So incredibly INFURIATING!Each time I open it, it takes me to my account summary after logging in. It won’t even take you to the Cloud portion and there aren’t any links for you to get redirected there either. I’ve gone through the reviews and tried everything the CSR has replied back to others and told them to try. To my “astonishment”…… still not working, of course! I have a post-pay account as well and don’t have these issues, like another person mentioned. I chose a prepaid account for my data sucking 6yr old since he games/YouTube’s all day due to a broken femur, and this has been the worst decision so far. I don’t want to pay extra for iCloud when att’s cloud is included in his unlimited max plan. This momma is about to pull her hair out having to deal with this after I’ve been caring for him w/an extremely bad break for months now. 📣Calling on the AT&T Cloud Gods📣…. Getting GIPPEDThis app as well as any and all of the AT&T apps have never worked on my device. All the apps do nothing more than have you sign into your account only to have it redirect to the browser to sign into the account which NEVER allows me to sign in using my account login and password unless I click on the “forgot password “ button to sign in even though I have not forgotten my password. I have even tried putting the same password I had used before resetting it and it told me that I couldn’t make my password the same as it was when I reset it. I don’t understand what the issue is. Not functional for meTheoretically I have 100 gig of personal cloud space. So far, I can’t get to it. I’ve installed the app, removed it, installed it, removed it, and installed it. I spent hours on the phone with a wonderful att rep with no change. The app doesn’t work for me and I’m disappointed with all things at&t right now. What option do I have other than to switch providers? If your app won’t work, is there another way to access the cloud? I think the answer is no. As expected from attIt was decent at first. Not great, but decent. Now I am unable to sign in. When I attempt to it just takes me to my prepaid account. Really not even sure how that’s possible. When you try to recover a lost password or user name you’re unable to because it’s not properly formatted for phones. You try to scroll over to hit submit but no dice. I’ve been an AT&T customer for about 9yrs now. About 2 years ago I discover this cloud service and used it to save my live photos.
I had an issue a few months ago where AT&T had my account under cloud cancellation even though I been paying my bill on time. I had to call customer service to get this rectified
Fast forward to today and I discovered they deleted all my photos. Luckily I have my live photos saved on my old iPhone. But I’m completely done with AT&T I will be switching my service..StilikVersion: 24.4.73
