Overall opinions about atat and servicesOverall your provided service are exactly as requested downsides are the physica people that run your stores won’t do what customers ask at least flagstaff Arizona locations they started my plan off with the most expensive plane you provide and I asked to be put on the cheapest while also asking to have larger payments towards paying off the phone itself and that was also set on a 36 month plan my bill was 200$ a month and I was being double charged per month for some time after a two month period I called you guys back and had someone very nice lady fix all my issues and set my account up properly as request originally only down side is the app also takes time to update but also seems to automate payments and that leaves room for errors such as mine you have provided me with phone service my whole life so far and havnt used another company yet, so overall your systems and all are great for the customer but their is some room for marginal error that could be addressed thank you and I hope yall have a wonderful day,.Version: 2026.4.1
App usageThe changes you all have made for the average person needs more navigation help not anyone can navigate through your app now without some type of tech skill so it needs assistance portal or like a magic won’d that will allow help immediately in that area so/or before people just assume and make changes your definitely gonna charge them for .. just an opinion of an average working with kids who’s bill has to be changed every month because we picked an end of month bill date 8-10 years ago and it always gets put at the 1st of month to be paid so you can tack on late fees discount fees and any other fee as the longest phone company you should be better period we was today 8-10 years ago to pick our payment date and we did and haven’t changed it always last week of month you can go through pay history to back this up but still have to pause payment and change date every month and get charged extra when we started we said we wouldn’t that your purpose is to please you our customer so we bought it but you all have yet to prove it again the longest phone company isn’t sounding that great at all anymore to navigation through your app to tech or even personal communication without adding to ones bill somewhere down the line to even changing our plans like a we force you to either pay or leave guess the world has evolved and there are other companies that stand by what they say!!! ServiceWork with me very well when on phone with live agent at #800 customer service line for AT&T. Always best to try and resolve big issues with 800# Custemor service. The agents at brick & mortar retail locations i left very unsatisfied and several times 2 billing cycles later the new bill amount is extremely higher than in store agent quoted me . More than once I was dead set on leaving AT&T but efforts of 800# customer service agent kept me there and all hammered out . Basically fixing what In store agent screwed up . In store agents on commission and lied often that I would always discover after at least 2 billing cycles (AFTER THIER COMMISSION PAID OUT ) most unethical stuff I’ve ever seen . Again the 800# service agent stayed with me an hour at times ! In store agents get a D- grade while 800# agents get A+++ ! Hope they get the recognition they deserve . No actual names of those agents to name personally but 100% of all of those 800# agents are the best employees you have in my opinion.Version: 2026.5.1

Old Traded In Phones Stolen at AT&T Warehouse.I’ve been with AT&T since Singular Wireless that’s around 25 years. I’ve always been happy with service and honesty of the company and its employees. Recently, I traded 3 old phones for new ones. It occurred to me to send in two iPhones in one box using one shipping label. What happens at the AT&T warehouse is that a criminal employee realized that the second phone could not be tracked and stole it. He/she never reported it as received and got it out of the warehouse. I called AT&T to ask them why they were crediting only one phone and they said that they only received one. I explained I them that I sent two phones I one box and they said it was my fault for doing that and basically, that they don’t have any method or procedure in place to determined if an employee stills traded in phones at their warehouse. So they didn’t have meant credit and now I’m paying way higher price for the new phone and with no way to make the criminal pay for my stolen phone. The updated app is so much better!The new updated app makes your wireless service and/or your internet service much easier to navigate and understand. My bill was also broken down in a manner that allowed me to understand how to make small changes without having to go to a satellite store and wait an untold amount of time to get help from a representative. Seeing my bill completely broken down and given links to details about every charge is very helpful. I gave them 4/5 stars because I’m still mad about discovering that AT&T has been adding an additional $6 to my bill for their “Next” upgrade option. I’m sure I didn’t sign up for it, so it must have been a fine print sneak-in. Thankfully, the updated app allowed me to find it, but it’s still costing them a star in the rating because I’m just that bitter..Version: 2026.5.0
46 years strong!Incredibly, I’ve had a cellphone for over 46 years now, & during all that time I have never used a different service company than AT&T. Sure there may have been name changes by AT&T through the years, but all through that time I was confident that AT&T was the real company who was expanding their network, installing the latest, greatest technology, & maintaining the equipment that me & the rest of the world relied on to conduct business, allow us to keep in touch with our loved ones, & help save lives! So many cell phone companies come & go, but AT&T has been here from the start. That says a lot about a company in this day & age. Not a real 5 starI only put the 5 star rating so people can actually see it so maybe AT&T can see it. Half the time it works wonders it really is a wonderful companion app for your service, but the other half is a complete nightmare, you can’t do half of what you want to do without fighting the app to get it to work and even then it might not even work. I’ve tried to change my phone plan several times and each time it says I have to call for help, and when I do it’s some AI on the phone that solves non of my problems..Version: 2026.4.1
Price vs ServiceThe service for the phones are great. The Internet service l, when I had it with ATT, was not great so I went back to Xfinity. I’m giving ATT four stars on the account of the pricing for the whole services. On tv they advertised that 4 lines will be cheaper than having 2 lines. Essentially two line price will equal four line which is not the case. With four line I’m over $300 monthly and I’m in a contract. I know what I signed up for and I know it’s a contradiction but my bill is supposed to be $250 or less and it’s not. Customer is helpful sometimes until they want you to buy more to make your bill less.Version: 2026.5.2

In App Support SubparI like that I can see everything about my bill, but if you’re trying to get in out of support, you’re pretty much wasting your time. Wait times are ridiculous. And if you can’t have your phone on and in the chat without going to screensaver or something while you’re waking on a response, it closes at the whole chat and you have to start all the way back over again. It often times just sends you to the main website which often times randomly signs you out for some reason or you have to sign in 4 different times depending on what you’re trying to get to..Version: 2026.3.1

Be aware of rewards cardsI switched my cellphone service as well as internet service to ATT a few months ago. They said they would pay off my TMobile phone and they did… kinda. They sent gift/rewards cards. Note that you only have a few months to use their card or it expires and you LOSE that money. ATT will not issue another card or extend it even by a day. My card got covered by some old mail so when I found it and tried to activate and use it to pay a bill, I learned a hard lesson (over $300). Simply The BESTAt&T's wireless internet plan with Fiberoptic hook up to my home is THE BEST connection(s) I have Ever had in my life. Chat with live agentsI find extremely difficult to resolve the non return fee issue by chatting. This is the 3rd time I have communicated by chat for this issue. And still not resolved. I feel as though even though the agents are trying there is an extreme difficulty in being understood on both ends. Not a fan of this method of resolving issues. Consider switching carriersThe bill is inconsistent and never makes sense. The T-mobile commercial bashing them is 100% accurate. You go in and get told a price you will pay monthly, then after you leave? Its like every charge they never discussed is getting put on the account. The monthly price is never consistent, cell service is “ok” at best. Some days it works great and others its trash & its the same area. Considering switching soon because my apartment complex supports Verizon, but T-mobile is cheaper and heard their service got better. Overall, At&t is slipping..Version: 2026.5.0

Internet serviceI have many years with cell phone service and I really liked the service. Now I decide to get Internet service although they don’t have fiber optics I decided to take the air internet, I had problems at the beginning with AT&T staff who could not solve it but in the end it was resolved and waiting for it to continue like this. Payment ArrangementI’ve been making a payment arrangement for years using the AT&T App, and it’s been a quick and easy process. Apparently, the process has changed between this month’s bill and last months. The new procedure is not as easy in the past. I honestly don’t understand why a process has to change from easy to more difficult. Not so user friendlyThe app isn’t as user friendly as previously. I’ve had AT&T/Bellsouth/Cingular for 32 years; way before it all merged into this AT&T; so I have seen many changes over that period of time. I wish they would let you choose the way you get to the payment page. Instead they have that one swipe button for making a payment. I don’t like that, I want to be able to choose payment dates/how much I am going to pay on such date. You have to go through so many screens to get to that page now..Version: 2026.3.1

SSI’ve been with Att a very long time and it’s nothing with customer service but it’s with very poor cell service and with a very high price that I can cut in half with t mobile or Verizon so I am definitely considering trying a change ! I got notified of an upgrade to a tower close to me but now I’m dropping calls in 4-5 places on May way to work and that only happened 1-2 times prior too that so it appears that made service worse and that is the reason I’m thinking about changing carriers ! This app is officially doing well.I struggled with the myATT app. The app got better, but it was still a process going from screen to screen for a while. Today, ai had to change my banking information with two bars of signal, and the new ATT app connected to Wells Fargo and got my new account information immediately.
