There are times where this app doesn’t help you at allI can’t count on the many times I’ve had to use this app, in fact it not even an app. You select through different options that best describe the problems that you are facing with your phone and it has you follow a tutorial,sometimes when completed does absolutely nothing. Sometimes the tutorial stops and you have to start all over, taking you to AT&T’s actual website prompting you to sign in ,and then it’s ( We’ve hit a snag, try again later) which is so frustrating, how's an app like this supposed to help? I had to call AT&T because I couldn’t send text messages or receive them and even they couldn’t help me but after 2 minutes after getting off the phone with them everything was fine they probably didn’t want to admit that was an outage or something that had to be fixed on their end. It’s att so of course it useless ; DI contacted them recently about slow data speeds on my iPad Pro M4. I tried to refresh the SIM. They ran into a snag and then I tried to do a Speedtest and it told me to connect to Wi-Fi when I’m checking the data connection so… Yeah, another absolutely useless hunk of junk from att… any other review on here that says different is a bot. Useless waste of 64 MB“Device checkup” is the only thing in this app that actually does anything, and it only works once and fails to allow a repeat checkup. And the checkup itself fails to provide any quantitative data. The rest of this app are just a bunch of very basic tutorial videos. I used the checkup, it told me that my Wi-Fi was turned off, and nothing else. I turned the Wi-Fi on, the app failed to update this info, and there was no way to reset the app and try again. So I erased the app. Tried it again, and now it told me that 4 areas of my phone were “ok” without any other data. Wouldn’t even provide me with how much battery life I have left, or how fast my connections are. Useless. Don’t bother. Save your storage..GiDoc911Version: 3.87.2
