How do I cancel the STAIR Coach subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select STAIR Coach from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the STAIR Coach app?
Touch and hold the STAIR Coach icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

The StairCoach app is both lighthearted and serious about emotions. Some of the information is helpful reminders during times of distress, while other info is completely novel and interesting just to learn when not distressed. The little badges and fun pop ups after reading material keep me wanting to learn and use the techniques. I’ve had this app on my phone for a long time and just kept forgetting about it, I’m happy I finally began using it after putting it on my home page!

STAIR Coach Negative Reviews and Ratings
The primary reason I got this app was to do the mood journaling. Every time you make a new entry it deletes the previous ones. It makes me feel like I wasted my time even trying to work on this whole endeavor. The only things this app has that seems to actually work is the reading material, which you get from your shrink anyway, and breathing exercises that isn’t even half as good as the mindfulness app on the Apple Watch.
