How do I cancel the My Aviate subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select My Aviate from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.

How do I delete the My Aviate app?

Touch and hold the My Aviate icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

Can’t log in on app

Update 14 Sep 24: with update there’s a notification badge I can’t get rid of. In the app there was a notification of an update, I read the update in the app but the notification badge for the app won’t go away. Update: login is now working. Review updated. I can log on with the browser version (safari) but when using the same username & password (I’ve double checked it 4 times) I can’t log on to the app.
