May not come when you want it but its right on time.Theres an old church saying about how someone or something may not come when you want, but it will come when you need it and it will be at the time you need it most. And that is what I recall in my mind when using UKG wallet app. I would like to be paid daily but that is not always ideal for me personally. My allowance from my daily income earnings post on UKG usually on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday, therefore I have spending money for the week and weekend to use on gas, food and small emergency unexpected expenses if needed to make it through until the upcoming paycheck. UKG wallet also offers customers to have multiple debit cards and bank accounts to transfer money into once your earnings post which is one of many of my favorite features on the app.._npruittVersion: 1.0.13

Helping those in need.I gotta say? Some times we all hit rock bottom some of us maybe not but? When you need cash at your hands this app helps you. When you need money before pay day or else bad things will happen? This app has got you covered and you’ll worry less. So? All in all? Despite what I saw online, this app actually worksThought it was going to be another one of those apps that we needed to wait for updates and more updates before it worked and in a timely manner…. Planned savingsI really appreciate being able to advance money when I need it. It’s always a challenge to meet my expenses. And there are so many great features to this app. I just wish I could set up a direct deposit to my credit union easily. Oh well. Great app but.It’s really a great app. I love how it tells you how much you’ve earned for the day. I definitely like how it allows you to take a certain amount out of your check. But for some reason it hasn’t been letting me login in. I’ve used the same login since I downloaded the app and it won’t let me login anymore. It tells me to check to make sure all the information is correct and try again but it’s correct and it still won’t let me in. Wow, that easy?I was advised to download this app by my HR advocate to help with a bill in a pinch. Literally solved my problem in a literal 60 second minute. Amazing, seamless. Mixed feelings, DO NOT USE THE UKG CARDIve had the app for a short period and its worked well all the way up until I applied for the card. It allowed me to create and activate a digital card however once I put money onto it it became unusable digitally and would not flip over so I could see the back of the card. Im still waiting on the physical card to arrive and the money shows its available $300 but its stuck in limbo until the app decides to start working or the card arrives. Ive spoken with support through email, text, and over the phone however its been over a week and nothing has changed. I was told my card wasn’t activated and I needed to do so in the app that was incorrect. I was then told I needed to call a number “card services” however to they require all information on card that I don’t have access to. I was assured that they’re working diligently to resolve this the term “high priority” was used. However I truly believe Im being passed around with hopes that I’ll just go away $300 while not a lot of money these days is still nothing to sneeze at I needed that $ in an emergency Id be completely screwed. Long story short, If new don’t apply for the card it is clearly a work in progress and they have been very slow getting this particular situation taken care of. Worst Experience EVERI used UGK at a former employer, and when I had an issue with another card I went back to UGK. I switched my Direct Deposit to the card. It has been a nightmare. I’m currently waiting on my 3rd bi-weekly deposit. It does NOT post “up to 2 days earlier” as advertised. My employer released my funds for deposit on Wednesdays, I don’t get it til Friday, which is the regular payday. Nobody at UGK can tell me why. They blame my employer (I work for the STATE of Arkansas lol). I was issued a card. My mail is held at the post office. Card never arrived even tho in the app it says it did. They sent it to an old address, wouldn’t let me change my address to the place I actually live. I in turn had the post office hold my mail, still no card. I have asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions, only to be told they will schedule a callback for a supervisor to speak with me, never got that call back. The card isn’t compatible with anything except Apple Pay, so when I go get funds deposited, they have to be transferred to my Apple Pay and then sent to Venmo so I can access my money. It’s an absolutely atrocious situation. Once I finally get this deposit, if ever, I’m closing the account. I just wanted to warn any potential customers DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Worst. Decision. Ever.I can’t understand why ANYONE would choose to use UKG wallet. I started a new job, & they offered me a UKG card to receive my paychecks. The perks they listed were payday advances. Here’s the problem: once you get paid, your check automatically goes onto a Visa (like a pre-paid Visa) & you have no direct access to it! You can’t use it like a pre-paid Visa, but that’s it. I tried linking it to my bank account so I could transfer funds to pay my mortgage—nope! I tried transferring it to my bank indirectly using Apple Cash—nope! UKG is not eligible for Apple Cash. I can’t pay for bills using the money, since it is not a bank account. They claim on their FAQs you can do all this—but the only funds that you can actually use for bill pay or to transfer to your bank is that payday advance money. Once you get paid, your check goes to the Visa, & you can’t get it. (I’ve spent hours on the phone—4 people at UKG support, 1 at my bank, the UKG liaison for my employer, and 2 people at Apple Support…plus scouring the FAQ on the UKG support page. I can’t figure out WHY anyone would use this, unless you are that desperate to get paid before payday. The only option I have now is to get my cash from an ATM. What a huge hassle. Issue After IssueI’m going on two weeks since I enrolled. 10 plus contacts with customer service who “escalate” the repetitive issues over and over with zero resolution. I’d think by now it would be a priority for a company that provides access to payroll and my funds to go beyond escalating? 1) The debit card won’t link to my account 2) Repetitive issues with inaccurate information and no access to all that should be standard with any bank account or debit card. Supervisor refuses to return my call. They contradict all the information, depends on who you speak with as to what info you get. It has happened to me and the “customer service” chat/phone line is unhelpful and unlnowledgeable, there is no time frame as to when things would get fixed and they have one set paragraph for these incidents “due to the technical nature of this incident, it coins take some time” as they off the bat said “it wound take to the end of the day”. Not dependableI paid over $500 in advance my last check and it won’t let me advance still. It’s been a full week of me working so I have the hours available, and they still keep saying they’re looking into the matter. To make matters worse my son whose home for summer break is starving and I’m pregnant and starving as well. Then the chat person asked me to send proof of them taking the 500 from my pay stub and somehow can’t see that I don’t have a balance of anything due. The WorstThe only reason I used this is because my employer uses UKG Kronos for payroll. The only benefit to depositing you Check into this is to pull advanced from your checks earned wages. But you don’t even need an account for that. If you run into any issues forget customer service. They are rude, incompetent, unresponsive liars. They will claim escalate your issue and tell you 24 hours it will resolve, but you will wait weeks and still not have a resolution. Do not trust this company with your money. I would immediately transfer your wages elsewhere and do NOT pay any bills with it. If you have a dispute or if anything happens to your money you can forget about getting it back. Inconsistent in funds availabilityMost support reps seem to be clueless when contacting them via chat in the app to resolve an issue. Had different reps give me completely different answers which none seem to address the issue. At times, the fund availability does not reset on the expected date. When contacting support, it should be common sense to view and see that 70% of the time the funds availability resets on a specific date within a pay period. Slow to update earningsIn theory it sounds great and at times it is. However, my earnings are hardly ever update within the 24 hour time frame. It’s annoying to always have to reach out and wait for the technical department to fix the issue. Today the chat advisor told me my earnings don’t update within 24 hours because he and I are in different time zones after he told me they update within 24 hours of me clocking out. UpdatesThe app does not update like it should. Therefore you cannot really access your pay in advance because it’s showing you didn’t actually work when you did. When you reach out to chat your message is never responded to. You have to call a live person. It really is a terrible app. Employees get excited that they have access to a pay app and then it doesn’t work properly. There is not access to on demand wages, that’s a lieThis company needs to be sued for false advertising. They claim to allow you access to your earned wages yet that is not true. You can only access wages 2 of the 4 weeks of the month because on the 2nd week of your pay period they won’t allow it and say they haven’t been paid yet. Bad Customer SupportI have had an issue for weeks now where I cannot access my pay. Won’t link my cardsI used two different cards, my discover card wouldn’t link at all for some reason but customer service telling me that they do accept discover debit then I used my Walmart money card and it linked, however when it came down to accessing my money early, it stated that my card wasn’t valid!!!
