My therapist sends me worksheets that explain the process, give examples, and replicate some of the sheets here. The app seems to have most of it; it’s just not quite organized in a way that makes sense to me for it to be standalone without the supplementary guidance. Once I’m doing worksheets, however, it’s a great tool. I jump into it, pull up the worksheet I need and fill it out on the go. I like that I can take it with me and do it anywhere instead of lugging around a notebook or folder. It’s good to have “in the moment”. I’ve had no technical issues at all with the app. I’ve been using it a couple of months and it’s been perfectly stable for me.

As a therapist, this app has been SO nice and helpful for my clients!! The only thing that I can think that would make it better is a feature that allows you to give a code to someone else to access your worksheets and progress (like your therapist or another supporter)

I had some reservations using the app rather than the paper worksheets but it seems to work well for folks. No issues. It might be nice to have a more convenient way to share data between client and therapist but then the design prioritizes privacy by default and that’s best I think.

The alternative thoughts worksheets will not proceed past step 16, and you are unable to save progress on a sheet unless it goes through all steps. This makes it not very useful. While the app is a great idea, still has a few rough edges.

Like most things meant to help Veteans, this application works halfway, some of the time. Locks up on different screens, won’t click forward through disclaimers, with no way to move past screen. No app update or other explanation. Ironically, even the survey inside the application is not submitting…. I guess that’s one way to be sure you don’t get negative feedback!

With the new update, when trying to do a worksheet, particular in alternative font worksheet, the app continually crashes at different points in the process since the last update to 3.11

I have been opening it and force closing it daily as I’ve been unable to use any features. After one or two page loads it simply doesn’t respond.

I used the password to my phone for my pin on here so i knew i wouldn’t forget it, but ever since i set the password it has been saying incorrect and i can’t open the app. i have to delete it and redownload it over and over again.

Smh.. fix IT

The new updated worksheets differ compared to the old ones in the app. The app needs an update.
