NEXT LEVEL!This app is beyond functional. Stereo pair? You got it. Multi room? Sure. Use my phone to control audio streaming from my iPad or Mac? Yup. Tidal Connect?? Effortless, greatly extended my phone battery life compared to AirPlay, and even better sound quality. 7-band EQ on Tidal on my phone??! WHAT?! Phenomenal appThis app is really cool because a lot of the time I lose my surround sound remote or I just don’t feel like using it and I can also go into the app and fine-tune it cause as weird as it is I use my surround sound for music only I’ve watched a movie on it once and the sound was so good. It tripped me out. I couldn’t use it again so using it purely for music and having the option to go into the app and fine-tune everything is absolutely awesome..Version: 2.5.11
JBL PARTYBOX 520I love my speaker The sound is amazing Remember it can be used on battery mode (200w)and it’s still loud but when using it plugged in to AC mode it delivers full 400w power! You can feel the change on the sound once you plug it in!! Up to 112 decibels AC mode vs 108 decibels on battery mode!!! On battery mode only delivers 200w but still loud!! Is like the sound of the stage 320 plugged in when the 520 is on battery !! Wooow i recommend this speaker.Version: 2.5.11
Best portable speaker ever!For the size the quality and volume of the music is truly amazing! Clear and well separated the vocals are clear and musically accurate. Strings sound like the are suppose to……warm and filled with life. This is truly a musical instrument in disguise. JBL 500 barThis replaced a still working Samsung sound bar with a 4-5 inch woofer and satellite surround. I’m not comparing apples to apples but the difference in every way is astounding. It has a rich full sound with deep bass. I love everything about it from the sound to the app You hear things that you didn’t hear before. I can’t say enough good things. Poor speaker, poor appI’m a JBL fanboy so I bought the Authentics 300. WOW the speaker and the reviews could not have been further apart. I don’t know if mine was not functioning correctly but there was little bass and very narrow sound. As for the app. It seems cluttered and the volume seems to have about 8 settings on it. It is very anti incremental. Trying to play Music through Tidal requires you to go multi levels deep to find the music. The bass and treble work great and then it’s as if you turned them off or changed them. You can’t seem to get it set where you want it as it seems to constantly change..Version: 1.6.21
Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! Ugh😫Doesn’t stay connected with the Wi-Fi part or maybe it’s the Bluetooth also won’t let me personalize the song sometimes it works, but rarely never please fix it so that I can change the stereo the base and the beat and adjust them all.Version: 2.3.10
Power on/off optionThe JBL One app offers convenient features for the PartyBox Ultimate, however, the option to power on and off the PartyBox through the app, like I used to do with my PartyBox 710, doesn’t exist. The top panel power button must be pressed all the time to turn it on and off..Version: 1.11.7
JBL boombox 3 Wi-FiBeen using the JBL one app for several weeks now without a glitch. Do love all the customizations, updating firmware was a breeze, and all the extra features are phenomenal. WiFi doesn’t work well on a meshJBL One doesn’t work well on a mesh WiFi network. It only works if the speaker and smart phone are in the same node in a mesh network. If the phone moves within the same network but switches to another node the speaker disconnects from the WiFi completely. It’s quite difficult to reconnect them after. Very UsefulI’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first because some apps simply don’t work that well. This one works very well. Love the remote feature that allows you to control it in case you lose the physical remote..Version: 1.9.11
SuperbI’ve been jammin with JBL before they were popular. Quality is superb. I work for Samsung so we get a huge discount. Even before our discount I was buying JBL products . I would like to be a tester of new JBL products.Version: 2.3.10
Needs work with authenticating with Alexa MRMI could not get the app to authenticate with Alexa. I have 2FA on and the app was telling me to enable cookies. It was an endless loop of trying to get it to log in. I finally tried to fresh when it gave me the cookie warning and then log in again. At that point I was able to login and get the MRM setup. This need to be fixed..Version: 1.6.7
ConnectivityIt would be great if you could connect other speakers. I have a JBL Xtreme 2 and can’t connect the two speakers. To have the same music playing inside and outside with two different JBL speakers would be ideal and should be an option..Version: 1.6.7
Good but could be great with updates and featuresI own and love the 1300x mk2 soundbar, which is great. I would love to see JBL and the app developers implement the following: - App should prominently display what volume level the soundbar is on - App should show what the current audio format playing is (Atmos, DTS, Multi Ch., Stereo, etc) - Ability to rearrange elements of the UI, like putting the “More audio settings” at the top - Ability to have the remote control displayed immediately on opening the app -Create and save multiple EQs - Toggle individual channels up or down like Left Front, Center, etc..Version: 2.3.10
Eq presetHello JBL Team, I am a proud owner of the JBL Bar 1300 and I really enjoy its performance. One important feature that would greatly improve the user experience is the ability to **save multiple custom EQ presets** in the JBL One app. This way, users could easily switch between settings for movies, music, and parties without manually adjusting the EQ every time. Please consider adding this functionality in a future software/app update. I truly believe many users would benefit from it. Thank you for your time and support. Decent start, lots of room to improveI have the Authentics 300. The app was easy to set up. The app has lots of controls which are poorly identified via VoiceOver, and the EQ is not usable with VoiceOver. Besides significant accessibility improvement, I would also love to be able to enter an audio URL to be passed to the speaker to be played..Version: 1.6.7

Dope..I have Charge 5 WiFi version. The difference between Wifi and Bluetooth is that you can use the WiFi speaker for music while jawing on the phone simultaneously. No regrets...Version: 1.9.11

The live push notification is goneIt was working great, but ever since the iOS 26 is out, the live push notification is gone, and technically the notification feature is not in the app panel in the iPhone settings anymore..Version: 2.0.6

Brilliant app and soundbar… well done JBL..Hi JBL, dubai based reviewer here: I have purchased your latest 1300 bar model and cannot be happier.. (and this is coming from a former audiophile).. Now, regarding the audio smart mode feature- PLEASE PLEASE add an option to keep it turned off to prevent auto surround audio decoding of different formats… The problem is it’s auto on feature every time the bar is turned on … Otherwise… it’s a great product.. Good App, With a Limitwd EqualizerOverall, the JBL One app is a good app. However, where it could improvement is with the equalizer. It’s limited to 3 frequencies. Perhaps, JBL (Harmon) can update the firmware so the speaker system can support a wider range of frequency adjustments..Version: 1.5.8
Good at firstI’ve recently hooked the 1300X up and I love it. This app was great at first but now after about 3 days I’ve had the same issues as mentioned. The virtual remote is gone and the EQ does not appear to be working. Please fix JBL, it was a great app, at first..Version: 1.2.22

SensitiveSub makes strange crackling sounds. Had to try it in 4 different locations before it stopped. Still does it occasionally. Would be nice if there was the option to have it wired instead of Bluetooth. The sound and power is great for movies. Definitely not great for music..Version: 2.1.10
