Kristi loves her customers and it shows I needed help with my app and she .. And I specifically say she helped me because there was another woman working there and she wanted nothing to do with me ... no personality Nothing I mean just stares at her register screen like as if to not make eye contact with me And I go in there all the time I mean the other girls work there and they are sweet and greet and go that extra mile but this woman she is not pleasant at all and I told the previous manager on her I go in there so much Kristi knows my name Tells me what on special and helps me if I ask a question. Honestly if I were in a higher position to say to that woman .. listen we are here for the customers if you don't like being in customer service then by all means leave ... She never smiles or says hello or greets customers It's like she is being forced to work there against her will I'm like .. if you hate your job then how productive are you And why are you not doing what the store manager is doing Kristi is leading by example 100 and more Can we get that woman a happy place or tell her can she at least pretend to like her job while she's there

Best Rewards Program you could ever have. I’ve used all the other gas stations applications and rewards or “coins” method and this by far is the best!!! You cannot compete!! You getter better deals, and you get a good amount of coins upon any purchase! Saves gas if you know what I mean! 😁 the only thing I would change about this application is for it to have my log in saved automatically… everytime I want to use the rewards program I have to input my phone number, and then I’m launched to the web… I’d love to have all the access in this application, instead of being forwarded to the web. Other than that, great stuff. The best recommended to anybody living next to a Alon gas station 🙏🏼

What an awesome program that has paid dividends better than most of my blue chip stocks. Enter your phone number WITH EACH AND EVERY PURPOSE; gas, gum, soda, beer, WHATEVER….EACH AND EVERY TIME IS THE KEY!! Once I got this thru my thick skull, I was amazed at how quickly I built up my coins. I’ve used the coins exclusively for discounted gasoline. I’m getting a big discount, nearly each time I pump, based on money I’ve already spent for the items I’ve been purchasing forever. It’s like “REVERSE TAX”; DK is paying me for being a loyal customer whose only requisite is to enter my phone number. If I can do it, ANYONE CAN DO IT!

The point’s needed to save on gas has been cut in half. If you bring back 100 points for 1 dollar off you’d get a lot more sales in the store and on gas. Everyone is struggling to pay gas prices and the money saved on gas will be spent in the store. Please at least make it possible to save a dollar a gallon. I know so many people who have quit buying gas at DK because of the cut back on points! Give some incentive to shop at your stores!

I love the perks of this app but I’ve been to the same neighborhood store to get gas and the last 4 trips I’ve not been able to use my number to get my points because their system doesn’t work When I ask the manager her excuse is that she’s turned it in but doesn’t know why it’s not being fixed

At first I didn’t think I would like the new way of doing this but now I really like it especially because you can pick the amount you want to use But I highly suggest that using the easy coins at DK is a great way to get a little extra from the money you spend. Keep it up

I’ve recently made this place my new daily stop it’s right down the road from my work and I stop daily for a fountain drink or slurpy service is always fast and my regular Cashier is always amazing 😊

I was skeptical, but it really is easy . No gimmicks. You just download the app and start paying less for gas. It’s based on what you spend in the store. Easy easy.

Love easy coins!! Makes it so nice to be able to get a few cents off gas these days. App is easy to navigate and I always get text to tell me about up coming deals.

The last few times you have run the 20 cents off, the price of gasoline was raised more than 20 cents. Even with the 20 cents off other stations were cheaper.

I have been to this station many times and the employees have always been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are very polite and courteous.

The receipts never come out of the gas pumps. I do not want to have to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt. I think the gas stations do not want to spend money on receipt paper!

Several times now that we don’t get our points when we purchase something at the store. Store employees always say they can’t do anything about it. There’s no way to contact support through the app. When I click on support, it asks me to download the Mail app. I don’t want to download anything just to contact this company. There should be a way to contact support without downloading anything. The only reason my whole family and I use the app, is to get the coins to use when we get fuel, otherwise none of us would use it or spend our money at these stores. There’s other gas stations that have lower gas prices, I rather spend my money there if I can’t get help when I need it, without downloading anything on my phone.

They keep changing the way points are used making then less valuable and much longer to obtain a good discount. I recommend the using the upside app this one doesnt help at all. Not only that but you can fill up at any gas station and get cash back for your gas at any gas station a much better option.

The app will ask for your phone number then you submit and then it tells you we have sent you a text..The text never comes through so there’s no way to get into the app. 😬

It just getting old having to put my number in and some times my cell off so I can’t login and get my points
