Jacksons Let's Go Rewards Customer Service

I really like coming to the store, even though a second is a very disturbing and not very friendly Neighborhood but as you walk into the store, it’s like you forget all of it. Jackson store a few good qualities It’s not only look clean iit feels just right Not to mention the employees makes you feel wanted doesn’t matter how bad your day was. It’s like you forget about it especially in this heat you walk into the store you were thinking what drink will be the most refreshing and amazing to get. There’s so much selection to pick from. in all in how nice would be to have a place to just sit and enjoy your drink not mentioning that it’s nice and cool inside it’s like a walking in refrigerator . That must be the part. I enjoy the most. Employees are always very friendly very cheerful not annoying or obnoxious but with character it’s like they actually want to be there and help each and every different individual that walks in to the store. I’m sure for the weirdest to the playlist Person it’s like they know how to handle it So . Having to walk a few extra blocks, passing by a few convenience stores doesn’t bother me

This has slowly grown to one of my favorite gas stations to include even feeding out Maverick at times. The variety, selection, and quality of most of what I’m going for seems to be more consistent than a lot of the other places in my local area. Furthermore, the competitive pricing, physical newsletter, and now application that made it a lot easierto bundle rewards, save money, or just splurge without breaking the bank from a traditional gas station run. Would definitely recommend that people sign up for Jacksons reward account in order to experience the full range of offers which they can provide.

First off my name is Justin. I work for treasure Valley heating and cooling and we have a contract that services all Jacksons and the Boise Idaho on the refrigeration side and I just downloaded this app and let me tell you what I wish I downloaded it sooner because I’m in and out of Jacksons almost every day buying their stuff and I’m so happy now that they do all the promotions and give a little back amazing great whichever Jackson’s I’m ever in. They’re always so kind and friendly and easy-going. Love it. Thank you.

This gas station has amazing customer service and patience. The lady (Malki, I forgot her name but close. She has beautiful extra long nails, LOL) she is an asset to this company. Her patience and her ability to go the extra mile helps relax you as the customer. 27 years (now retired) from customer service (With So Cal Edison), I appreciate amazing customer interactions and support. She made my day!

I work close to the Franklin exit in Nampa Idaho. I go into the store 3-4 times a week. I have always had excellent customer service from the crew that works there. One staff member, Linda, always is very cheerful and friendly when I go in the store. They have a awesome team that work in this location and it is always very clean.

One employee she name Kayla Tukwila store . She treats me very badly, disrespectful. I have already spoken to the manager, and she continues to be disrespectful in the store. Jacksom Thakwila, refuses to scan my rewards card, throws my food on the counter, and asks me as if I was stealing something from the store. It is very unpleasant to go to this store. I am willing to cooperate more if necessary!

Great looking place especially sense the new owners took over. Glad that they got rid of the to fast flying Jane. The place was turning south with homeless people sleeping in cars and lots of trash. Now It’s a five star place with the new pumps, bright exterior lighting and the interior has improved tremendously! Love this place now.

This is my favorite store in the world. Everyone of the employees are so cool and always on point Not to mention they always come out and say hi to my dog Deja & I when I’m paying at the pump. The manager does an awesome job at hiring. They are all great at customer service, I have made this my #1 favorite convenient store.

I love the people who work at this location. They put up with so much from so many yet hold it all together. They work together as a team which is quite awesome. When alone, they still hold the bar high! My hats off to this store. Thank you for this Jackson’s. Gail

What an absolute fabulous establishment, the staff are dressed professionally, courteous, kind and helpful. Food options are amazing, the donuts are the best, great selection of beverages and snacks or other miscellaneous supplies. Two beautiful coffee machines that provide an assortment of choices and you get a free banana to keep your day healthy!

Every employee at the warehouse store is AWESOME !! They are friendly, helpful and make me smile every time I go there! The manager is the BEST, treats her coworkers with respect and they all seem to be having a great time together. I love going to that particular Jackson’s, the there’s like on 185th the employees are rude and not at all friendly or helpful!!!

I have been going in to this location daily sometimes twice daily and I love the staff! Specially the morning opening staff. They call me by name and are always so nice and helpful!! I don’t like going anywhere else! The store is always clean and welcoming as well.

The store over here in Hillsboro Oregon has a very friendly staff. I honestly prefer this gas station as well as the convenience store more than any other in the area. I make it a priority to only visit this store.

Not only is this app easy to use easy to navigate through. Customer service is quick and will take care of anything that you need!

Great deals every time you go into a Jackson’s. The staff there are always friendly. The app has really great deals to choose from for the rewards system :))

Downloaded the app and when I got in the store and purchased the items for reward the app wasn't exactly easy to use. The employees were awesome and showed me how it worked,

Jacksons rewards is right up there with Fred Meyers rewards. Redeeming points is so easy and the rebates on alcohol happen almost instantly. 10/10 would recommend!

I love the convenience of having a Jackson on nearly every corner. It would not he unusual for me go to 2 or 3 Jackson’s each day. I also buy all my fuel at Chevron at a Jacksons!

We love the Federal Way Jackson’s! It has Diet Mtn Dew!! And Diet Pepsi!!and Raspberry, Cherry, Energy flavors to add. And you get a free banana with your drink and right now you get a candy bar too. The cashier at our favorite store is a fun guy.

Scanning or using phone number. The rewards have worked 1 out of 6 times. I don’t know how this app has such good reviews.

Has everything i need and lots of cold drink options like slushies or icees also nice that fire house subs is a part of it very good food !

FREE FOOD rewards Who does that?? Just for using their Ap when you fuel up or grab a drink. Later redeem your points for milk eggs or free hot dog for lunch!

Easy to use with a much cleaner interface than the old version

Because of the wi-fi dead zone that is your 2405 S Vista Ave store in Boise, ID, I was kicked off this app. I have tried to sign in repeatedly and have met with failure. I have requested a Reset Password link TWENTY TIMES NOW and have received nothing, not even in my spam folder. I have tried to contact someone to help me through the support page, no response. I tried to call someone, no such option. I accumulated over 1400 points on this new system and now I fear I’ve lost them all because no one will help me. I’ve been a pretty loyal Jacksons customer for years now and I honestly cannot BELIEVE how terribly I am being treated.

The app is what it is, but because they removed the use of the card I had and tried to force me to use an app I do not want they just lost a customer. I know my insignificant $150-$200 a week I spent in the convenience store not including the fuel I bought, probably means nothing to them, but I will not use the app and now will take my business across the street to the 7-11. The Jackson’s was more convenient due to not having to turn left at multiple lights, but I will not be forced to use an app I do not want and now will give the 7-1 my money

So Jackson’s are everywhere and I like using them because of some of their benefits. I also like using another competitor because they keep their bathrooms cleaner and they have brighter colors. If you gave your employees more time off and lunch brakes, I think their attitude would be better at the Jackson’s stores throughout this state.

Totally wrecked the rewards program. Not many people have time to deal with the way it’s set up now. I’ve been using the other local convenience store since the change, no easy easy way to get the rewards so just as well shop somewhere that carries items that you like and they don’t get rid of after a month for stuff no one buys

After updating the app, and trying to redeem and use points and then scanning at the counter I am not receiving the rewards. Points are given but not redeemable. App maybe has a bug or still needs attention.

Dear Jacksons: I am a loyal customer & member of Let’s Go Rewards and used the free fountain drink for only 200 stars which was great for broke people. But ever since you brought back the punch cards it drew the line on me. Trying to make me buy 9 drinks to get the free one. Stupid concept. Bring back the free fountain drink for 200 stars. Thanks

I have the app and an account. For some reason it logged me off and won’t let me log back in. I even tried changing my password but it won’t let me do that either. I tried using a different email and my brothers phone to make a new one but it won’t let us.

Jackson said as long as your information was current in the old rewards systems, you would not lose anything points or you pinch cards. I cannot login with my old account. I attempted to reset my password, never got a reset email password. Did it 5 times. Contact Jackson’s, no response.
