Nject Customer Service

I was under the impression that this would have more choices for syringes including TB syringes. I think it’s a nice app with a very specific purpose. I just think it needs to be updated with some more syringe options please. It would be nice to see some tuberculin syringes such as BD PrecisionGlide and Normo-Ject.

**Update! This was quickly added :) thanks!!** I really like this app, but I would love to be able to enter the number of units for a tox and have it show exactly where to pull that on the syringe. For example: if I use a 1.2mL dilution for Daxxi, and want to pull 14 units, where is that line on the syringe? Thanks!

This app makes it so easy and less stressful when drawing up syringes. I’ve reviewed before and forgot to up my star rating for adding the comfortox 0.3 syringe. Would still love to see 0.5 comfortox Syringe added if possible. Definitely recommend this all to any and every injector I know.

Don’t really need the advertisement for Semiglutide stuck to the page. If someone isn’t interested in signing up to purchase then there should be away to delete it off.

The developer reached out to me and we were able to get the 0.5mL Unitox syringe back and it is now correct for utilizing standard 2.5mL dilution. Thanks for the quick app update. We love utilizing this for all of our Tox needs!

Sometimes it is a little confusing to figure out dosing when you are using different syringes. This takes the guessing out and I feel confident I am using the right dose

I can't figure out how to delete my other review saying the app wasn't working but it is back and the best app I could ever recommend to injectors in the field!

I love this! I didn’t even know this was a thing, I was going to talk my husband into developing something like this! Works like a charm. The math is consistent with what I came up with as well.

I also love the fact that I sent a message to add a certain syringe and it was added! What an absolute wonderful tool to utilize when you are first starting

I love this app. It’s such a helpful tool. The developer is also very responsive. I reached out for help and within the hour they had reached out and fixed my issue.

I just found out about this app today and it was so great to easily calculate the dilution and see what each unit is on different syringes. Highly advise getting this app!!

Love, love this app. I teach injections and my students always stumble over units vs dose and volume used for reconstruction. Now I have them uploaded the app.

I typically use standard dilution for Botox, but I was hopeful this would help with compounded Semaglutide and tirzepatide dosing. I would love an addition of mg per ml to units. The different strengths of compounded vials because cumbersome in calculating dosages.

I love this app and use it very frequently but it isn’t working since the addition of Semaglutide dosing. Please help.

This is a great little APP. I recommend it to my students when I do trainings. I wish I could offer them a discount or free trial.

Absolutely love this app, greatest invention ever

I don't know why people are giving it low ratings. It has a simple, basic, and user-friendly interface. I use it for botulinum toxin dosing. It's very practical.

Love that this app makes it easy to see the dosages with different dilution amounts. The only negative I wish it didn’t have bugs. Today I was trying to use it and it won’t let me pick the syringe. I’ve tried deleting the app and restarting my phone. The problem is still there.

I used to love this app but now cannot use as it closes out before i can add the syringe on my iPad and on my phone I cannot even add the syringe. I think since the semiglutide ad is now at the top I can’t use the calculation!

I signed up for this app and paid and I could never navigate away from the first page for semaglutide. It appears from the app description you can use this for other injectables. I would never have gotten this and paid for it had I known this. Very misleading.

After the update the app does not work properly. After inputting the units and dilution, it kicks you out if you attempt to select syringe. I have tried numerous times and it shuts down each time I get to the syringe selection.

I was excited to try this app out so I downloaded it and went right to open it up. After plugging in my units, and reconstitution amount it is not giving me any options of syringes in the dropdown. It just says no options loaded. Save your money!

It still won’t get off of a single drug screen, for me semaglutide. There is no BACK button, and if I press info it just repeatedly shows leave a review window. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times. I wish it would work

Great app but some pictures of syringes are not helpful if you can’t read the numbers especially the .50 ml syringe

I used to use this app often for tox calculations. So many changes have been made, it no longer does that. Have deleted, reloaded, updated. It no longer works !

This app does not give you the option of dysport / botox/ etc . Dysport dilution is different. So not a very useful app. Dilute 2.5cc with your 100 Unit tox and you’ll have 40 Units in a 100 unit syringe (1.0cc) Or 20 units in a 0.5 Syringe . You’re welcome !

I think this is great but I can’t enter a decimal point Eg 2.5 . I can’t find the period so I can put on the ml for dilution. Can you let me know how to add a decimal? Thank you

The app doesn’t have Comfortox syringes listed as an option for use with toxin dilution

No longer allowing me to select the syringe, only says no data.

No TB syringe included which is honestly the most important differentiation between the Insulin vs. TB ratios. Add a 1mL TB syringe.

Paid for the app but it doesn’t have a drop down menu with any options for syringes. It’s empty with no choices. Useless.

The Comfortox syringe picture is incorrect. What is displayed is a insulin syringe. Please correct this. I have requested this correction > 1 year ago and was told it will get done. Thus far, it has not.

Force closing each time I try to open the app. Only medication that I am able to select is Semaglutide.

What happened to the comfortox syringes?? These are what most of us are using, the .3 and the .5??

This app is only relevant for medication which is dosed in units. Not helpful for medications in mg/ml
