The company is like a Cartel. They don’t care about customers. I come here with money thinking I have a chance to win… I’ve came here like that over 5 times within the span of two months and never made a profit. Can we have more/different live dealer baccarat modes or just multiple tables in general with multi-bet table selections. It would be greatly appreciated. Honestly it’s a great app and I like the clean look more than their DraftKings Casino app, but please - stop saying the jackpots are “Golden Nugget Exclusive” when it is shared with DraftKings Ontario players as well - they are identical and reset together. If you guys are going to maintain this in Ontario as a separate product, please make it worthwhile. This app used to be really good used to be a lot of fun very fair gameplay but recently within the past few months it has gone downhill. They just don’t seem to care anymore. I’ve uploaded my acid numerous times for both golden nugget and draft kings as they are tied together or sister casinos each time they state they will get back to me however I don’t hear back and still can’t play after logging in. I played multiple online casino sites and VIP at FanDuel and MGM and had the opportunity to be a VIP with DraftKings/golden nugget however due to my poor bet to win ratio, I decided to take my money elsewhere because it seems like I could never score large wins with DraftKings or Golden Nugget. I thought this would be a cool app to try. I’m a heavy gambler and wanted to change the scenery a bit. Since I was a new member, I did my due diligence to research any new player promo codes. After using their link and signing up I noticed I only received a $15 deposit match when I deposited $30. So I reached out to customer service and the first rep tells me “no problem I just want to confirm you’re talking about this promo so I can make the adjustments” I confirm. Then I received an email shortly after telling me “you got 50% match and there’s nothing further we’ll do for you”. Annoyed at this point, I then copy the part where the previous rep says they’d fix it, I then get an email stating they’ve added the $50 casino bonus. Ok but what about the other $15? They confirmed via email I clicked the correct promo and did everything I was supposed to in order to qualify. So when I inquire about this additional $15 they tell me too bad there’s nothing more we’ll do. 100% certain that’s against gambling laws in PA. It’s called false advertising and deceiving a player into signing up under the false pretense that they’ll be given something in exchange. I spend my money and the promo is simply not met. So tomorrow I’ll be filing with the PA Gaming Control Board, the FTC, the attorney general and the Commonwealth of PA. I’ve been playing this for awhile and I’m on the diamond level of play. I’ve spent and won much money. The other day I was playing a Slingo game and tried to cash out an $80 win and the game froze. I contacted their customer service with the issue. 1st contact they said delete the app and reinstall it, didn’t work. Don’t waste your money ! Golden nugget used to be pretty decent until DraftKings bought it, you never win very very rarely!! Well, I did think this was a really cool app and I enjoyed playing it very much, until one day I got into a dispute with DraftKings and I told him to just close my account, and then I found out that Golden Nugget and DraftKings are the same thingThey closed both of my accounts and banned me from both of them. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT HERE. Shortly after my withdrawal request I was no longer able to login to my account and it says it is restricted. I submitted the requested documents for verification purposes right away. It has been several weeks and my account is still locked and I still have not received the money I tried to withdraw. I currently have about $400 in my account in winnings that I’m trying to withdraw. I’m on day 7 and still haven’t received it, as well as be able to access my account. Contacted customer support after receiving a fraud report showing that while I was at the hospital with my mother, my teenage son had saw my phone laying on the counter needed in a rush I forgot it and he took it upon himself to go in their app and lost $2,500 without my permission and I LITERALLY got told oh well that’s not their fault or their problem. So they’re willing to keep money that my teenage son stole from me, while also not caring at all that they openly acknowledged that they understand that a minor gambled my money away on their app which in itself is a crime on their part.
