Horrible serviceThe only reason for any star is for the food. Our waitress,Courtney took our order and when our soup was delivered they brought 2 bowls instead of one which we thought she misunderstood that we wanted one bowl but we were ok getting and paying for both. She then came by and said “are you eating that, it’s not yours” well how were we to know that? Then I asked her to keep the tab open so we could order more and asked for water, she never brought the water but brought our bill, I told her we were not done ordering so she grabbed the bill and tore it up. I again asked for water more coffee and a beer which the water was never brought. Our friends came in and the ordered two drinks and lunch. After 49 minutes no meals but they go their drinks. We got our bill and our friends drinks were on our bill and we got billed for their mistake on the soup. Our friends got tired of waiting for this food so we paid our bill with our friends drinks but left no tip. She physically grabbed my husband and wanted to know where her tip was, he responded with your kidding, right? She then stopped me and asked why we stiffed her and I told her of all the mistakes and lack of service didn’t deserve a tip then she grabbed our friends spouse and asked where her tip was, mind you they never got their food. I called their office and have not got a call back yet. This was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had and we will not return and I will make sure that everyone I know how shabbily we were treated.JabetwockyVersion: 12.16.1
Love where you live!I love living here! It’s a beautiful community and management is fantastic! Between the location, the beautiful property with all of the trees and flowers, and the amenities, I couldn’t imagine a better apartment complex to live in. I just signed another lease and as long as management never changes, I will never move! All of the staff here are quick to respond and take pride in their work. I took a picture of some of the team doing their annual cobweb knockdown today. This place is always clean and full of life with all of the trees and vast amount of flowers. I love walking the dog in the morning and listening to all of the different birds that live here.
People complain about parking but that is an issue everywhere in Rohnert Park. At least we have nearby off street parking, not every complex has that available, and for $5 you can park overnight at the train station across the street where there is 24 hour video surveillance. These are older buildings but have been remodeled beautifully for their age.
All of the appliances, cabinets, floors, light fixtures and countertops are newer, but they struggled to get my front door weatherstripping right because of the age of the frame. This is just part of living in an older building. Really no big deal because they tried and tried again until they got it right. For the price, it couldn’t get better than this. I even got my son to rent an apartment on one side of me and a childhood friend of mine on the other side. All of us are happy here and plan to stay a long time!.Everythingistaken2026Version: 26.21.0
Skip this placeWe recently ordered two pizzas from stoners and was having it delivered. It stated that GrubHub would deliver it. I had tried to change it due to the fees that we would pick it up. I wasn’t sure if that went through so I called the store and was told oh no that’s GrubHub. Pizza supposed to be ready in 15-20 minutes. I think it was 30-40 I’m not sure. We got a call from the store saying our pizza was there and a delivery service never picked it up. We were good with that and picked it up.
When we open the boxes, we realize the order was incorrect We called the store. I told him I could bring it back in the next day. The girl said no she would leave a message for the manager. I have spoke to someone at the store not sure if it was the manager ; hopefully not the owner, though I think it was. And he and he said that their delivery service w I guess I can take a picture. Because I’m posting it on other things as DoorDash so he didn’t know what I was talking about or who I ordered from . So I contacted Toast who they use for orders and was told they use various delivery companies and GrubHub is one of them. Again, another reason why I hope that’s not the owner who should know how his company operates.

My 8 month old twins loved the hummus. Adults loved the rest of menuMy family (with twin toddlers) have been on a foodie tour of Las Vegas for the past 5 days. Tonight was our last night and Cleo was the best restaurant and experience we have had in town thus far. Our visit included Momofuku, Sushi Samba, Sugarcane, Picasso (2 Michelin Star), and the Caesar Palace Buffet (not for foodies but sometimes you crave a buffet). Cleo had excellent food, decor and service. Manager Jesus Sanchez stopped by to check on how everything was going adding a personable and friendly touch to what was already turning out to be a great experience. Request a booth which are decorated with Chandeliers and antique mirrors providing a beatiful backdrop for pictures. The signature hummus lives up to the hype. The Moroccan fried chicken was spiced and cooked perfectly so we ordered twice. We had heard to order the Brussels sprout and verdict - delicious. You can tell they have a very hot oven to create these crisp breads and char on succulent meats. Michelin should take notice of this reataurant as they are doing everything right at this moment. We all agreed that we enjoyed this more than the famed Picasso at the Bellagio. Not taking anything away from Picasso as it was extraordinary, but Cleo was better the better overall food experience. My home in Delmar New YorkResidential Improvement’s did a wonderful job on my home. All summer it rained and I was getting frustrated but all the siding was delivered and once the siding guys started they stay there until the job is done. The men were very polite and asked me how I liked everything as we progressed. The next thing they did was come into my home and gave my bathroom a makeover installing a new toilet vanity and fixing a ceiling that I Haidet. The transition was beautiful. Then they took my old rickety back porch that was drafty and unusable and transformed it into a usable space by reframing brand new windows in that word energy star rated and painting the entire porch area making it beautiful and livable. I am handicapped and have a ramp on the front of my home so the man build me a ramp on the back of my hole with railings and painted the front and back porches. Paul the sales rep suggested to put lattice work all around the ramps to make them look better and man was he right it really looks great now that it’s all done. I had to wait a while for them to start but once it started they just kept working and working what a beautiful job. They did such a great job I decided to contract with them to do my roof. Andy the owner was polite and accommodating as my frustrations crew because of the rain etc. and late start but he assured me He was correct that when the job is done I would love it. Pivot physical therapy on Kirkwood HwyI have been going to Pivot Physical Therapy, formerly Dynamic Physical Therapy on Kirkwood Hwy. in Wilmington, Delaware for approximately 14 years, on and off. I first started going there before a knee surgery and continued after I had surgery on both knees, for a few weeks. Since then I have been going there at different times for my neck and back arthritis pain. Obviously if they weren’t very good I would not keep going back. My latest visits have concentrated on my neck and back. Without a doubt, I can attest to the fact that both knees are in great shape, and my neck pain has decreased about 95%. My back pain has decreased somewhat less than that but I still improved greatly. The only reason I have stopped going is because I am going on a vacations in May and July. However, I plan on going back to Pivot in August. Without a Doubt, the group of physical therapists at Pivot on Kirkwood highway are by far the best. I have tried other therapists at other places but find this group efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and effective. From Greg, the manager to Cindy, Eileen, Robin(1), Maria, and the receptionists Kathy and Robin, not just efficient but delightful and friendly. In spite of the pain of the therapy which is only natural, I have thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent there. They are always so happy and friendly and cheerful, they make my day. My fave vape shop!!!Tooters is definitely the best vape shop that I have experienced here in town, it’s very clean and the staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. Not to mention they carry my favorite flavor geek bar, which is the haunted blueberry all year round. No other vape Shop carries it still and once I find one that I really like, I like to continue getting that one so I’m very thankful and glad that they carry it all year round. Also, their reward system is pretty great as well. The only thing that kind of upsets 😢 me is if you don’t go ON your birthday, to use your birthday reward on the EXACT day they won’t honor your birthday reward. It makes me mad because I spend a lot of money there so when my birthday comes and I can’t for whatever reason make it there on the exact day, I feel like they should have a grace period, just like many other stores do. Other stores usually honor your birthday for at least 10 days but I’ve seen other stores that honor your birthday reward for the entire month. So if that was something that they should change, I’d definitely suggest that. I went the day after my birthday, and they did not honor my rewards, I was so bummed because let’s face it who only celebrates their birthday the day of and is actually not doing something better. when you spend lots of money somewhere you do want to maximize your rewards, but when it comes to your birthday, don’t expect that from here. other than that, they are amazing if they could just change or be flexible with that rule then it would make this vape shop even more great than it already is. All PlumbingRecently the renter in the condo above me had a water main break and his water was coming through a drainage pipe in my front garden area/retaining wall. Having to go through our property management company is a challenge on a good day...but during a “Holiday long weekend” close to impossible! Finally, after 5 days, All Plumbing was dispatched to my condo. They accessed the situation, shut off the water at the sidewalk to the unit above me. Then 4 days later they returned (could not come earlier due to storms) and dug a trench in my garden area, dug up the side walk, laid a new pipe line, having to cut into my ceiling to find the pipes for condo above me. It was an extremely hot day...but that plumbing crew worked hard and got all the work done and trenches filled back in before they quit for the day. Next day, Sunday, they came early and put in the sidewalk. Then Monday they sent an AMAZING drywall and painting crew, of a sister and brother team, to repair the ceiling where the plumbers cut. This drywall/paint job was a 2 day job...and it was done so professionally, carefully, and they cleaned everything up when the job was completed. All Plumbing is a great company...unfortunately they have been in my condo many times as I have been the unlucky recipient of many leaks from above in the years I’ve lived there. They always rescue me and do a fantastic job. Kabir and Freddie always come through for me, sending awesome crews to my home. Best in home appliance service repairRick and his assistant from Lake Appliance Repair. Came to my home to repair my Maytag washing machine. They were both very professional and courteous. They both arrived with face masks and went right to work within 2 minutes Rick, had already discovered the problem was with the filter and water valve were blocked up with corrosion from the well water. He did not have a replacement part on the truck so he suggested that he could try and clean the parts to see if it will solve the problem. Sure enough it did work. It only took 20 minutes and my machine was working again. Rick was very knowledgeable and was teaching a new trainee how to test and troubleshoot the problem. He also took the time to explain to me how the machine works and what to watch for in the future to avoid future service calls. He saved me about $250. But than he did something even more amazing. He asked if we were having problems with any of our other appliances. I told Rick I was having trouble closing my dishwasher door. He looked at it and discovered there was a block of wood preventing the door from closing. He told me how to fix it. Then asked again anything else? I asked him about my freezer door he assured me that it was working properly. Rick is so amazing. In a matter of 30 minutes total he had solved 3 problems on 3 different appliances, all from different manufacturers. I got all this for a small service fee for out of warrenty repair plus prevention knowledge to save future costly repairs. American Heritage SchoolWe transferred here from California. We love it here! Our daughter is thriving in 9th grade. It is true that American Heritage is not an easy school. The Honors classes are rigorous. The curriculum is geared toward preparing students for elite colleges. There is a reason that the school has the most National Merit Semi-finalists in Florida and is ranked 5th in the country. They test for a high caliber population with the admissions test and they teach the students a lot of in-depth material. Everyone who works at the school is incredibly kind. The administration truly seems to care about helping the students succeed. They spend a lot of time and effort preparing students for the college application process. They offer SAT prep classes. They also have tutoring services. The Laurie Family exhibits commendable integrity by offering generous amounts of financial aid and scholarships while refusing donations, which keeps the system truly merit based. I commend them for that practice, as it is almost unheard of in the private school world. My advice to the parents who are unhappy at the school is to reach out to teachers and the administration. If your child passed the admissions test, they can succeed at the school. I really believe that people would help your child if they were asked. They notify parents when they see falling grades even when they are not asked. Frankly, I am very surprised by the negative reviews. We couldn’t be happier. We love American Heritage. Buyer BewareI purchased an Ashley brand (firm) mattress from this store for a vacation home. The mattress was delivered at the end of October but not slept in until the end of November. After 1 nights sleep it was clear that there’s a problem with the mattress. One side of the mattress was very soft and “sucked us in”, it was nothing like previous firm mattresses I’ve had nor was it like what we laid on in the store.
I went to the store to ask about their mattress guarantee policy only to be told that the policy doesn’t apply to the Ashley brand. I then had to create a ticket for a service technician to come to my house and inspect the mattress. In order to accommodate this I had to rearrange my travel plans. The technician read me his report which verified that the there is a problem with the rails in the mattress and he said that Ashley would follow up the next week. Fast forward to a week later and I still hadn’t heard from them. When I called, I spent 30 minutes on hold while the representative tried to figure it out. She ended up creating a new ticket number and said to give them 3 business days. On the 4th business day I’m being told that I need a second tech visit for “clarity”, apparently they don’t trust the first guy. 😵💫

A Must Stay. Recommend Without Hesitation.We had the good fortune of staying two nights in the spacious Cedar’s Suite. The extra space, ridiculously comfortable bed, and access to the porch was an unanticipated gift in that a torrential downpour pretty much claimed our first day and night in Williamsburg. The suite created space for us to unwind, relax, and stay dry. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, homemade muffin tops, homemade granola, boiled eggs, bottomless coffee and a wide assortment of hot teas. We ventured out into Colonial Wiilliamsburg with great advice from the owners, both lifelong residents of Williamsburg.
We parked our car in one of the Inn’s dedicated spots when we first arrived and never moved the vehicle until we checked out. The location of the Fife & Drum Inn is second only the accommodations it provides. Some of the finest restaurants, and shops, in Williamsburg are literally a stones throw away from the Inn. You can step out of the front door and leisurely walk over the heart of Merchants square within 2-3 minutes. The primary entrance to William & Mary is even closer. We’ve been fortunate to stay in a small handful of properties, centrally located in popular destinations. The owners/managers of those properties would benefit from a stay in this charming Inn. Billy and Sharon Scruggs have created a gem on Prince George Street, in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg. Nice technical work, poor admin sideWe used Ed’s tree service to cut down a dead ash in our backyard. When they came out to give us a quote they told us the price $1350 and specifically stated verbally as well as on our quote that they had to adjust the price due to the fact that they would need to remove bamboo and a large pile of sticks in front of the tree to remove the tree from our yard. I agreed to the quote and the work. On the day of tree removal they did a great job removing the tree and even found that they could remove the tree through another path and would not need to remove the bamboo or pile of branches. I tried to pay on the spot, but was informed I would need to call the office the next day as they couldn’t accept payment and the office was already closed for the day. I called the next day and received a busy signal all day. I finally sent an email stating that I wanted to pay, and also find out the new price since part of the quoted work wasn’t completed (bamboo and stick removal). I was then told that, “that is only 10 minutes of work and wouldn’t change the price”. If it was only 10 minutes of work and didn’t effect the price, then why was it included in the quote at all?? I went ahead and paid the full quote, but these little signs of lack of integrity and honesty are the things that will make me choose another service for the rest of my tree removal needs. Small businesses. We had heard of this place so decided to try it out with our friends.
Great ambiance, it has indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of room for social distancing. We all 4 walked in wearing our masks and then we noticed that NONE OF THE STAFF wore masks. We were going to walk out but decided to stay as we wore our masks each time they approached. When we asked our waitress why they weren’t wearing masks she told us that her “manager didn’t require the staff to wear one but I can go and TRY to find one to wear” it was the most uncomfortable situation. I wish I had walked out. The manager approached us at one point as something was not available and while he graciously replaced it with something else he stood so close to us that were were almost shell shocked uncomfortable. Look, it’s not fun to wear a mask. We want life to go back to normal. I get that. But right now, it’s not. People are still getting sick and dying. So, please if I go into a restaurant make me feel safer. Sadly, we will not be going back. My friends live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and while at first felt like they found a new hangout and were eager to share with friends on the beach ... they left saying how they will never go back unless they change the mask rule for employees. Now, sadly, I feel like I need to quarantine 14 days after going out to eat.

Repair shopThe person I worked with was phenomenal, His name was Deren Lawrence, and if I could give 10 stars, I would. A deer had hit my car and tore up the whole front of the car. I literally had no transportation whatsoever and Mr. Lawrence, set up for me to be able to have a rental car and Took care of everything with my insurance company. They replaced the whole front of the car from the Tail lights, fog, lights, grill, Bumper and even the hood in the window If you see the car now, it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The professionalism that was given from beginning to end was magnificent. I figured since the damage was so severe, that it would take about two or three months to fix. T-MobileI want to sing the praises of the employees at this internet, phone and tv provider. Every time I walk in I am greeted and my name is taken and they work with everyone that shows up. They don’t seem to want to get involved with your issues.
At T-Mobile Joshua is always ready to help. Senior Citizens don’t know all we need to know to navigate these phones. He is always helpful and explains what needs to be done. Key food on 185 near chase bankThis store prices are ridiculous and has hardly any customers when I walk buy. I have gone in to observe how they do the switch a roo, they sale sandwiches already made in a pack from food that was going to expire in a day are week. The sandwiches breads you can see through the packaging is old and watery form sitting in the shelf with tuna and cut meats from the deli about to expire. the hot bar packaged food looks old but the price is as though it’s fresh but not. I’m waiting on someone to sue this place for food poisoning. A popular bag of chip small cause 4-5 dollars. Nothing’s reasonably priced- the ice cream is on sell for the price it should be originally at 4.00 for three bars, they are marked at 8.00 before sale prices. Everyone probably shop elsewhere now, the overpriced products for everything is crazy - the mark up in this key food is three and half times the original price at other stores. The price point I believe is to at least get a twenty or forty dollar spend and you could only have brought four items. Someone with food stamps will be done after first day of using them. Higher Prices Less Food & No Response To ComplaintsRecently I went to the Taco Bell on E Colorado Ave in Pasadena (near the old Cameron’s Seafood Restaurant). It was about 11:30 am and I ordered 6 crunchy tacos, a quesadilla and requested extra hot sauce. The order cost a tick less than $20. When I arrived home and unwrapped my tacos, I was very upset and feeling totally ripped off by them . The tacos were horrible. They had little to no lettuce or cheese and there was only a negligible amount of greasy & cardboard like meat. These are simple items that at $2.00 per should be packed considering that a pound of ground round runs no more than $8.00, an entire head of lettuce just $1.99 and a big brick of cheddar cheese around $7.00. In total all Taco Bell consumers are being majorily overcharged for the food that just keeps becoming smaller & smaller portions for more and more money. Not only that, but it appears that all quality control in this location is strictly non-existent and you get whatever they decide to throw together. The only thing that was right about my order was the hot sauce.
This is now about the 5th Taco Bell in the Pasadena/Altadena area that produces the same horrid quality. You used to be a healthy and affordable choice but not anymore. You have been changing your menu items and prices so much that I no longer recognize who you are or who you want to be as a fast food place.
Rest assured, I will be renewing this review every chance I get because Taco Bell takes your money, gives you horrid food and could care less what they provide. By far my favorite restaurantKostas has been in the lighthouse point area for almost 20 years feeding this community and so many people love this man because he great human being. His food is always consistent and you know that this man doesn’t just cook, he finds purpose in feeding people. You could literally close your eyes and point your finger to anything on the menu and anything you eat will be amazing. Please be patient with this restaurant on busy nights. This isn’t the cheese cake factory or chiles. It’s a true mom and pop spot with a very hardworking team that work out of love over profit and sometimes wait times in busy nights can be longer then more mainstream restaurants. The long time customers who have been coming for years know that you come for the food and family vibes and have learned to respect the pace of this spot. If it’s your first time coming, you walk in a new customer and walk out as apart of a family. So excited that Now they’ve made themselves available on Uber eats, grub hub, slice, and delivery dudes so take out / delivery is a great option now that previously wasn’t available. Pizza is a MUST since Kostas makes his own dough. The margarita and spinach and gargonzolla are amazing options but honestly, again, you can’t go wrong with anything. If you’re ordering from the menu I would highly recommend the homemade dolmades, spanakopita, meatballs , octopus appetizer, lamb chops, anything on the specials board and anything gyro !!! Food was good service was notWe stopped in there around 4:30 for an early dinner. There was only one other table and they already had their food. The waitress came over to our table and was wearing WAY too much perfume. It was overpowering. She knew her menu, so that was a plus. We ordered drinks and our food. She didn’t bring the drinks or the food. She came over almost right after we got it to see if we needed anything. We said no so she left. About 15 minutes later my husband was waiting for ice tea refill. The Waitress was no where to be found we waited and waited finally my husband went up to the bar and asked for a refill. ( he also tried to wave down a hostess who ignored him and walked past). Two new tables came in and the waitress ignored us ( we had been waiting a long time by then) and went to discuss specials with them but then disappeared again. Bartender brought their drinks to them. We tried to flag down another hostess to tell her we needed a check and to go box. They brought the box and we asked for the check again. She said the waitress would need to bring it. So we waited another 15 min before she came. She “apologized for the wait” as “they got slammed”. Um. We were there. All she did was take drink orders and disappear. She didn’t ask (other than immediately after food came) if we wanted more drinks. We normally leave very generous cash tips because we want to reward people who want to work, but needless to say she got about 10% because she really didn’t do anything other than take the order and disappear. Master Pizza not masters of customer serviceWe are long time customers of Master Pizza. Supported both locations (Doat and William Streets) and now the just the William Street location. My parents ordered there for years and we have as well. The food is great. The service for pick up was good. Our order however was incorrect. One of the subs we ordered we asked for no onions. When we got home we found out our sub was loaded with them. This changed the taste of the sub for me as I don’t like onions. We called and they wanted us to come back to remake it but we had already gotten home and our family was wanting to eat. I asked if they could deliver but the order was outside of their delivery range. The manager told me to bring back the sub tomorrow and that he would remake it. I wanted a credit as I wasn’t going into that part of town. He told me he would not do that and I told him I was not bringing the sandwich back to which he again replied I am not giving you a refund. My last words and I mean this is well you just lost a long time customer. 30 + years we’ve been coming to this pizzeria… we don’t call often to complain but if something is wrong it’s wrong. Not my fault and not fair to make me return and use my gas, my time, and not be able to eat with my family. Can you tell I’m angry. You bet I am. This take it or leave it attitude is your choice. Warning about Reno Tesla collision CenterI brought my car here after being rear-ended. I got it back and it sat in my carport because I was on vacation for one month then I drove it and there was a storm in my trunk filled with water because they did not seal my trunk properly not only that, but they broke my driver seat clips when they did something with my driver seat she said she would replace them but then later informed me that I had to drive all the way back there, which is 60 miles from where I live to get new clips in a few days because they were out since then my car has driven poorly and I’m very depressed and will never buy a Tesla again after this experience of them not selling my trunk I had no idea all my things were in my trunk and when I looked, everything was saturated, moldy and wet now I have mold in my car I can’t even drive it without having stuffy noses or respiratory issues not to mention my heater core stopped working right after I got it back really super depressed about this place they wouldn’t even hear me out and they told me it was all my fault. There is no reasoning. They haven’t even reached out to me after I have complained about it numerous times over the course of when it first happened till now they say it’s been too long will it wasn’t too long the trunk filled up why didn’t you let me take it back and you resealed the trunk properly because it sure wasn’t like that when I brought it in, it never leaked before the collision I rate this place -100.My opinion, counts 101Version: 24.50.0
Yelp Nowait not helpfulI’ve been using Yelp for couple of years and have to trust the information as reliable and trustworthy. However recently I found the information on Yelp to be not as accurate nor helpful. For example I used the Nowait through yelp for the first time and the restaurant didn’t have my info. The restaurant showed up on the actual Nowait app but then through Yelp it stated that I had place in line. But when I got to the restaurant I was not. So this cause bit of a hassle. But the real kicker was that I couldn’t even find the Nowait info anywhere on Yelp once I had “placed my name” and I close the app I couldn’t go back to check I status. Which is a minor inconvenience. The real inconvenience was when I showed up at the restaurant and they had no info regarding my place in line. So embarrassed and looked really stupid to thinking that using app like Yelp was trustworthy. Not sure that I’ll keep using Yelp going forward. The second incident happened couple of weeks ago when I tried to scheduled a lunch at an Indian restaurant. On Yelp it stated the restaurant was open but when we got to the restaurant it was closed. It took 3 different tries to find a restaurant open for lunch. Finally I just resorted to calling restaurants in the area to see if it was open. It another embarrassing moment for me. Although my friends understood, I couldn’t accept this situation as “it happens” moment. Now I don’t trust the info on Yelp nor its capabilities. It had been a couple years since I have been back but while I was there I over heard several conversations on the phone and in person that the employees could not find their glasses. Over and over I heard “now what’s your name again?” I was really getting nervous about my appointment. The Dr was ok but the frames to choose from were not as many as last time I was there.” Last Friday I called to see if my glasses were in ? I asked about both pair. So another trip to eye glass world to get the second pair that was actually there the week before. The lady replied “ we are all human”. Worst experience - left before orderingCame on time for 6pm reservation. Host looked down at computer for full three minutes while we stood there. Others breezed by the host desk without acknowledging us. Host looks up takes our name and proceeds to tell us the table they reserved for us was taken by someone else. Not wanting to go into a Seinfeld routine about what a reservation is, we waited. A full 20 minutes after res time. We were seated. After 5 minutes, comes by and introduces self then before we can say anything indicates she thinks this is technically someone else’s table. She disappears. 5 minutes later another waitress appears. My wife asks what the seasonal margarita is, waitress didn’t know. Disappears for 5 more minutes and come back. We order drinks. Asks to take order, we informed her our table was not set up yet. My wife wanted a mista salad Ashe saw on menu board while waiting for our table that wasn’t reserved. “That’s only for lunch.” Do you have a standard garden salad? Yes but only as a side of an existing dish. You can’t have it otherwise. With the general vibe of “we don’t care you’re here “that was reflected in every employee we interacted with to the general lack of professionalism, everything just felt off. As I got there a few minutes past 6 PM I waited until 6:40 pm when I finally sought out a server to get a soda. We sat watching the game for a couple more minutes when all of the sudden the broadcast on TNT was switched to TBS. The bartender Haley was heard by us instructing one of her coworkers to change the channels for the patrons to continue watching the playoff game. Most of the TVs were switched but not ours or any of the ones in the back room where we were sitting. We waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes and asked three different people if they could accommodate us by turning the channel to the game. It took me asking three different servers which was all of them if they could accommodate us as customers by turning the channel for the playoff game which we were all there to see. We waited until approximately five after seven for someone to come and take our order which never happened. At that point I had to find one of the servers and request the ticket for the drinks we had begged for a half an hour earlier. After waiting for an hour and trying to get service from anybody the only person that someone tried was a new hire who was very kind. Needless to say we left and would never go back and give them a penny of our money. Waited for food over an hourWe are local and love eating here, but not sure we will anymore. We got to Jefferson's before 6:00 and got sat at 6:25 PM. Ordered right away because we knew what we wanted. Kept waiting for food around 7:00 and waitress said they had messed up twice on our food and that it would come out soon. We were nice and said that is ok. We thought maybe they had lost our order. She said no the cook had messed up our order twice and it would be coming out soon. She said she was going to talk to management and see if one could be taken off check. We said that I you and told her it wasn't her fault. We saw people who sat down after us get their food, but said it's ok. Well food came around 7:35 and the manager came and asked if our food was fresh and hot. We said yes but it should be after being here since before 6:00 and been seated since 6:25. He then made an excuse for a large group of families being there. I said that was not a problem because that group left before 7:00 and our food is here at 7:35. She asked again if our food was fresh and hot. We said yes. The poor waitress felt bad that the manager took nothing off our bill for sitting for 45 mins and then doing everyone else's food around us making us wait. It was definitely the cooks fault and not the big group that left before 7:00. Avis car rentalI reserved a rental vehicle back in February and paid in full in advance. After picking up the car this week on Monday from a Florida airport. I noticed the next day that I had pending charges on my Amex card for additional fees that I did not select. I called Avis customer service and waited on hold for about a half hour for a customer service agent to answer the phone. After explaining that there are additional charges pending that I did not select I was advised that while updating my profile their website defaults to adding the unwanted charges. I requested to have the additional charges either removed or just charge me the charges for the now 2 days that I have had the car. The response was that I needed to drive 1 hour back to the airport and go to the rental desk and have them amend and print a new rental agreement. I told the CS agent to use common sense. He was telling me to disrupt my vacation, drive an hour each way, pay for parking at an airport, get on a line to have them amend an agreement. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The CS advised that a supervisor will call me back at the # on file which is my cell. It’s been over 8 hours and haven’t heard from anyone. I’ll be disputing the charges with my credit card company and never doing business with Avis again. Yelp! I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!First off, why is the iPad version of the app different than the iPhone version? In the iPhone version, you can select how you want to order the reviews...it defaults to Yelp Sort, but you can do it by rating or do it by latest first. In the iPad version, you can only do yelp sort, and it really is stupid to have 5 year old reviews next to 1 month old reviews. Secondly, Yelp as a company are ridiculous. Restaurants change management, chefs, etc over time, and what was true 3 years ago may not be true today. A formerly good restaurant could have lost cooks and degrade in quality because of it...on the other hand, restaurants which had problems often react to critiques and get much better over time. But Yelp ignores this. The stars are an average of the entire lifetime of reviews, so, restaurants which started out great and had many high star ratings but then get new management and cooks get worse over time, but they had so many earlier reviews that the bad newer reviews don’t impact the star rating. On the other hand, a restaurant that was new 8 years ago and got some growing pains reviews that were low, still today have 3 1/2 star rating though almost all the reviews of the past couple of years were great to excellent. Yelp should use a running average that only takes the last 3 years, so it is never misleading people who are using the main average as a tool, and don’t have time to read every review to see that what was good isn’t anymore, or what was problematic was fixed. Decent food review app- do not use if you’re a business owner of non food related businessesA family member of mine who started a business in the auto industry had asked for my help to get him online. This included Google, bing and other sources like yelp. I thought I myself everyone uses yelp right? Yeah sure, for food reviews not a auto shop where having repeating customers is actually a bad thing, in a sense of if they’re coming back to the shop, they’re most likely not happy with the outcome of their car. Yelp doesn’t seem to understand this, and they really have a hard time understanding the industry if it’s not food related. Just like food and good restaurants, friends and family recommend or don’t recommend a place, and want to support you. That’s exactly what happened. Most of my uncles first clients were family and friends. Yelp actually removes these reviews with no rhyme or reason. They continue to harass you and call you to sign up for annual plans and unrealistic expectations for your “restaurant” again, the only food my uncles shop has is free popcorn. They also advertise that it’s a free service, it’s absolutely is not they make you pay for how bold your business name is, and also charges you to put your name over another well reviewed place. Doesn’t seem very honest to me. They go in for your throat especially if you’re a small business. Words of advice if you’re a small business- do not use yelp. Use Google reviews, places. UnfortunateI tried to have breakfast here on Monday, March 25 at 9:30 in the morning. I walked in and there were two women working there having a conversation. She acknowledged me when I walked in and said she’d be with me in a second. She continued her conversation while I stood there by myself, the restaurant was completely empty, except for one other table out on the patio. A little irritating me too, but I continue to wait to be seated. She finally came over and seated me, she didn’t bother to ask me if I would like to be inside or outside, handed me a menu that was pretty wrinkled and you could tell had been through a lot of wear and tear. I should mention at this point that the restaurant is adorable!! A great atmosphere, really cute. Also has a patio. I sat there long enough to look at the menu, figure out what I wanted to have and place the menu down, at this point no one has come to the table to offer a drink or anything. The women are still having their conversation. There’s also a note on the menu that states that it’s farm table and you should enjoy yourself and if you don’t have time to be patient, you should come back another time when you do. I assumed this applied to how long the food would take to make not how long it would take for someone to come over and offer to take my order. I decided to leave as I was walking out the women gave me a quizzical look and I said I don’t wanna interrupt your conversation. I’ll just go somewhere else for breakfast. Pretty disappointingWe ate at urban village grill in the park meadows mall in lone tree, co on the recommendation of friends whose advice we trust. from the time we were seated things went south. the server came to take our order, but neither of the TWO people who seated us bothered to leave menus, nor was there anything to access on the table. we ordered a bottle of wine which did not show up, in spite of us sitting in front of the bar, seeing all 3 servers stand and chat with each other for a very long time - yikes. when a server finally returned to take our food order, i inquired about the wine. he seemed surprised, as if he had no idea to what i was referring. another server then delivered a GLASS of wine, but of course that was not what we ordered. loud words were exchanged between the two male servers; how embarrassing for everyone. after we placed our food order, our entertainment was watching servers deliver the wrong food to most tables, including ours. they were not very busy, but couldn’t seem to get the food to the right tables. we could hear other diners murmuring about their own poor experiences. it was baffling for so few tables with patrons at them that the clueless servers couldn’t keep things straight. the food was okay, but the experience masked the meal, and we just wanted to leave. our 20% tip was a gift; nothing that transpired from the time we walked through the door warranted any gratuity. i hope they can get their act together; not holding my breath for that, with the circus starring three stooges. what a shame..V. kayVersion: 23.34.0
TJ Harbor RestaurantArrived on time for. 6:30 PM reservation in the new addition second floor. We specifically asked for this because the main building is extremely noisy. We were told they could not seat us where they had promised because they had given our table away to bigger parties. Then they made us wait a half hour for a table on the bottom floor of the new building. When we were finally seated we notice that there were numerous open tables on the second floor and they remained open the whole time we were there. The meal itself was mediocre at best. I had the shaved prime rib hoagie and it was lousy. It was an open hoagie roll with a sloppy mess of small bits of dry beef, over cooked onions and mushroom and topped with melted cheese. I did not see any “shaved” prime rib. My wife order their special, baked oysters. It was a plate of six small oysters with some tomato sauce and a wedge of lemon for $18. Another dinner companion had Short ribs in Mole sauce. He got two small short ribs and a couple strands of charred broccolini for $27. Fortunately he got the mole on the side because it was pretty bad. To add insult to injury, we waited over an hour for the food once we were seated. All in all a very poor experience. No attempt was made to apologize for the delay in seating or the long wait for food. I think TJ is getting spread too thin. Harbor and Highland are both capable of very good food and service but the food quality is hit or miss in both places. ZERO customer supportYelp randomly deleted my account WITHOUT reason, WITHOUT warning, and WITHOUT telling me. I didn’t realize it until I noticed I was logged out and couldn’t log back in with my Google account, as before. I NEVER abused the platform; I NEVER harassed anyone; and I NEVER left false reviews. I only left two reviews ever, over 5-years apart, with truthful reviews about poor customer service (one that left mw in tears after the experience). Other than that, I only used Yelp to look up places and save businesses I liked when traveling so I could visit them again. Now, a good 10-years of traveling and businesses are lost for no apparent reason. Likewise, I’m frustrated because you can’t directly contact Yelp for help or support unless you own a business. As a non-business, your only “help” options are their online forums, which I combed through and don’t address randomly deleted accounts. I even called Yelp’s business support number and that person literally couldn’t even connect me to someone who could help consumers (bc there is no one who can help, from what I can see). I’m resorting to FB, IG, Twitter, some possible email addresses I dug up from random people online, and, for what it’s worth, this Apple review, to get Yelp’s attention (mostly out of stubbornness at this point). Terrible customer service!!!This place of business provides the worst type of customer service that I have ever encountered. My finances car was towed for parking at the top of our driving way so that we would plow our driveway. We left afterwards to get salt and got stuck car accident traffic on the highway. Upon our return, we found that his car was towed due to Penndot being unable to plow the street. I contact D’amico’s to get the details out the car. There was a lady who answered the phone who was so rude and nasty, I could not believe the way she was speaking to me. She in so many words told me “I do not care why your car was towed, your going to pay my tow bill”… mind you I never disagreed that what was done was done and the bill would need to be paid, I only began to elaborate on the situation when she made the statement “I have no idea why the police do these things”. She said if the tow truck went out she would call me back, but other than that someone could be there at 6-7am the next day for us to get it. MoversThis moving company is the worst!!!! My mom and I have moved sooo many times and never had to deal with this. They quoted my mom one thing and because once they got there they added another 2,000 and more. They were supposed to be at my storage unit yesterday between 3-6 and they never got there til 6:15. Once they got there I was told they needed money down for them to leave with everything and how based off everything in storage unit it was going to be a higher cost. Rude ManagerOn Saturday December 17,2022 my 2 cousins , my aunt and I arrived around 6:15 pm . We seated ourselves at the bar and ordered drinks and our food. Two of my cousins received their food and began eating while at the same time my cousin arrived at 6:35pm. She ordered her food and my aunt and I realized that we were still waiting for our food. My cousin’s food came out and still our food had not left the kitchen. We asked the bartender… “Hey, can you tell us why we haven’t received our food and yet our family member got her food before us ? He replied , “Let me check with the kitchen” Then the manager came over to ask what did we order…. We told him… and he said that he was going to “check with the kitchen”. We informed him that we didn’t believe that it was the kitchen, but the bartender who failed to put our order in . They both went to the computer screen to look at the orders…. then to the kitchen .. then they were conversing behind the bar looking at us.. perplexed as to why we were bothered by the fact that it was 20 minutes at still no food! Finally the manager comes over and says, “ the kitchen is working on your food”. My aunt asked if we would be compensated and he replied , “ Why?”. He then started talking to a group of people -ignoring my aunt and I . We told him that he was being disrespectful . He replied that he wanted to make sure that “all” the customers were doing ok.

Management??No deals for recreational customers will tell ya alot about how they feel about ya. 3 lines that move at a snails pace (splitting up your customers creates confusion and frustration not efficiency). Incompetent folks are selecting orders that cause delays while fixing their mistakes at the counter. The budtenders are too chatty and need to focus on getting people out quickly. The products are hit and miss. Some of the worst grown weed I’ve ever seen was sold here as top shelf (obviously dried poorly and had a very horrible taste, tons of stems and leaves is common and yes even a couple seeds have been spotted lol). What they do have is a wonderful kiosk system and a nice building aesthetically. I think the wrong management is in place and procurement is definitely buying blind. Some employees (perhaps management) seem to walk around doing nothing when customers stand in line 20-30 min. Worst experience ever!!Last night I had the worst experience ever after inviting a family member to the restaurant for first time after telling her they had the best sushi in midtown! First it took at least 3 mins before anyone acknowledged us after another guest picking up carry out got someone’s attention. Our waiter started off good then everything went downhill afterwards! We proceeded to order our meal before we decided what we would have to drink. He brought 3 slices of ginger and wasabi in boil sat in table for the both of us to share. Then he brought our drinks to the table they were room temp with no ice. My guest then asked could he bring her some ice he said they had to make it, they didn’t have any. Something I’ve never heard before in my life. We sat and watched as other guest arrived ordered their food and 45 mins into sitting our food still hadn’t arrived. He proceed to ask my family member was she upset because she looked as if she was. Maybe 15 mins later he came back and said the kitchen lost the ticket that why we hadn’t received our food. At that point I should have gotten up and left but I stayed and waited another 20 min before the meal came out! Not a fan.I’ve never been a fan of how this application markets, obtains information and chooses customer comments. Marketing business with incorrect information. Not only should the company be listed but the business actual business name should be included as well. Many of these corporations franchise out their places and we as consumers should know if it is a franchise or not. I don’t see why business would ever pay for your lackluster marketing as well. You don’t give a personal email or any real leads for business. If the company offers anything they won’t offer it on yelp, they’d link the business page. At least put a “most/least recommended item” on there or something. The restaurant business doesn’t rate on a general scale. 1 star is too much for this former 5 Star app.I loved the original Yelp app, and so avoided all updates, but I just recently had to finally update my iOS, and all my apps, too. Naturally, Yelp is now worthless. It was my most used app by far, but since it no longer shows me search results in a sensible order, there’s no point in using it. If I search for “tacos near me”, it gives me tacos in cities in every which direction from me, with no clear reason for the order they’re shown, e.g., closest to me, highest ratings, etc. I go in settings to try to sort them in a way that is useful, but there’s no way to save the settings and so it continues to give me results 12 miles away, before 1 mile away, and even includes Italian restaurants that never have, and never will serve tacos. The results are just all over the board. They used to list them in order, starting closest to my location, period. Because that makes sense. Now, it shows me results several cities away, even when I search “near me”, meaning I want to go somewhere close by, duh. It’s so messed up, and it makes me sad, because I travel a lot, and love to discover new restaurants in the cities I’m in, but it no longer gives results anywhere near where I am. I’ll have to do it the old fashioned way, and use concierge service, lol, though that only helps if I know what I’m looking for before I leave the hotel, and won’t help if I’m out and about, exploring a city. Yelp is truely a scamYelp is possibly one of the worst review sites out there and have thousands of lawsuits against them for their practices. My small moving business is failing after 5 years because a company in a completely different region in the state is using our name illegally. Now we get all of the negative reviews for them and all of our reviews are buried and "not recommended".y license doesn't even allow me to travel out of state and yet all of these reviews mention what state they were from and what state they went to. When calling Yelp there is nothing they cab do and refuse to delete them since there is no proof they are not for our company. How about the copy of my license for 2018 and prior years stating I only move out of the state of Florida? The fact their BBB does indeed have an f for scamming so many people. And after we talk to someone who tells us there is nothing to do we get inendated with suspicious calls and emails about it being possible to delete or busy negative reviews...for $250 a pop. That would firstly cost thousands for us at this point and secondly how unethical to say that you cannot delete reviews that aren't even ours but how is it possible that only after speaking to our Yelp business rep do we receive these calls and emails..you are trying to scam us out of an already unfortunate situation!! Walgreens - 20th & Wilshire Santa MonicaI agree with the reviewer who almost every time she goes there she leaves crying! The only reason I went there was because my pharmacy chain closed and they shipped all their customers rxs to Walgreens! The people working there are the most incompetent, lazy, nasty and just plain STUPID people I have ever encountered. There can be 10 people in line and there will always be only one cashier. They can never find your meds first off and you have to tell them to keep looking, which they slowly do. If they don’t find them they will tell you it hasn’t been filled yet so you have to show them the tons of texts you’ve received telling you that they ARE ready and to pick them up. This happens with every customer waiting in line. I usually go up and jam my face on the plexiglass and say loudly “You’ve got a long line out here! Would you send up another cashier!” There are always 3 or 4 techs huddled back there, doing nothing. Fifty- Fifty they send some one up to help out. I’ve moved all my rxs to another pharmacy because it wasn’t worth the amount of time wasted in line only to leave empty handed with my blood pressure sky high… A person shouldn’t need a medication, in part, because of picking UP that medication! Action paint and body a total disaster!I brought my car to Action Paint & body last August 2021. I needed a drivers side mirror replaced due to an accident & also had a few scratches that required painting. Larry, the owner, gave me a quote for the entire job and I agreed.
Four days later Larry called me to pick up my car. The scratches on the body had been repaired & painted. Larry explained that he had ordered a new mirror for my car but that it was in back order which meant it might be a couple months. He would not give me the key to my car until I paid the entire bill. I argued with Larry stating that’s not how it works but he insisted. I offered to pay by credit card because at least I would have some protection. Larry stated he was unable to process a credit card payment. Finally, after much discussion, I paid the bill in full. Larry documented on my bill that the future repair was paid in full & also noted that he had ordered my replacement mirror.
It’s now March 2022. My mirror is still not fixed, I have made 6 trips to the shop. Larry making promises each time with a date for repair. Each time I showed up, he would make a different promise. It’s obvious to me that Larry never ordered the mirror & that he is horribly dishonest & without a conscience. Because of his scam, I will be filing a small claims report & take him to court. I’m also writing this review so that any other potential customers are aware & take their business elsewhere. Agreed/ Deceptive PracticesBusiness beware! You may ha e clients give you an avg, good or great review. It will not matter. Yelps system, it’s software as explained to me decides which recommendations are valid. Our company had a five star review at which time we were approached by the sales department. We went forward with the paid ads and what we found is at the end of the first week or five star review was demoted to know reviews. In addition the reviews we had received which were favorable from multiple sources were notated as ‘ recommendations should not be considered’. The five star review was the basis of the sales representative spitz to the company and for sizing regret having this five star rating made our company more likely to be contacted for services. within two weeks the software system used by yelp for some reason of which yelp cannot explain to us took that down. Therefore I have filed a complaint filed an application for a refund and will pursue this until we are satisfied with either yelp response or their correction to their software system. Read to as others have reported have clients who are now questioning us as to why their recommendations are not being included and I can’t have a accurate explanation for that. I am not comfortable doing business with an advertising service who cannot explain to me the works of their software system that appears to just have a mind of its own and it anytime your five star review can be a zero review? Boston pizza on Starlite in Regina, SaskI went out for lunch with my ladies group of about 20 of us to the Boston pizza on Starlite in the east end of Regina. Even though we made a reservation, they were not set up for us . But once seated the lady serving us was awesome. She had no problem keeping up with all our requests.
They advertise a Gluten Wise menu so I ordered the pick your own pasta in the GlutenWise Fusilli with Gluten wise Creamy Alfredo sauce , chicken breast and mushrooms. The chicken was hard as a rock , and I refused to eat it. The waitress advised that they cook the chicken breasts in the morning and keep them warm under heat. And reheat if necessary. In other words. NOT fresh. The noodles tasted fantastic but the sauce was almost non existent. I would say maybe 2 tbsp over a plentiful dish of GlutenWise noodles. She did bring me half of a cup more sauce. Noodles were quite tasty. I got home and had violent cramps that night from the so called Gluten free food. When I phoned today to make sure what I had was Gluten free the lady who answered the phone advised they cooked the gluten wise noodles in the same water as any other noodle and were not guaranteeing that it was gluten free. Only that it was Gluten wise. I did not know there was such a thing as Gluten Wise. So Boston Pizza. NOT IMPRESSED. Don’t advertise you serve Gluten Wise food because that is pure crap.

Claremont veterinary HospitalI’ve had very positive experiences with Claremont Veterinary Hospital in the past and have referred my family members there as well, which is why this recent experience was disappointing.
I was simply trying to get a general idea of the cost for a dental assessment for my dog and book an appointment toward the end of May. What should have been a straightforward process turned into multiple back-and-forth emails, and I found the communication unnecessarily difficult.
I also felt that a quick phone call could have easily clarified everything, but when I mentioned that, I was told the clinic may not be a suitable fit for me. That was surprising, as my only goal was to arrange care for my dog.
I understand clinics are busy, but clear and accessible communication is important—especially when clients are trying to plan and budget for necessary care.
