The best!Out of all the skiing apps I’ve used this is tenfold the best. Admittedly not fancy and can be hard to interpret at first, but after a few runs you understand what the heck is happening and it all fits together. The main thing is that it is WAYYYYYYY more accurate than any others I have tried. (Now long review time) Other apps I’ve tried have VERY iffy results… at one point I had two downloaded (this being one of them) and this app claimed my top speed was 34.7 mph and the other said 74. I can’t make this up even if I wanted 🥲. It also tracks where I have been very well to almost the exact point; which is nice for someone like me who has hilariously bad memory. It’s nice to me that this also doesn’t cost money and still works very well. I’ve even tried an app with subscriptions and it wasn’t as good. The only thing I would ask the developers to change is PERHAPS make it a little more user friendly, just a bit more self explanatory in general. Ski Tracks App ReviewI have successfully used this app since 2015. Recently however, I echo a similar concern tracking the number of runs is being improperly counted. It is disappointing to realize the app is not accurately recording this season after consistent correct utilization for almost seven years. The Ski Tracks application needs an overhaul to return to accurate recording and tabulation of ski details for a given day. I have deleted the current app, hoping re-loading it will resume accurate recording of activities during a day on the mountain. Stay tuned. Great preview to Ski TracksThis app has been amazing for the four years I’ve had it. The only difference between this and the pay for version is how many of your previous recorded and saved tracks you can see. It has all the same measurement and display. I have loved this app and it has been amazing. I have however decide to upgrade so I can always see my past trips. When making the switch, it was as easy as hiring “sync tracks” once in both apps. Worked perfectly until last month!I’ve used Ski Tracks Lite without a problem for one year until the last few weeks when the app began to count runs incorrectly - adding runs where none existed. The graphic on the bottom of the display has the correct number of runs while the box showing “runs” is off consistently since sometime around January 14, 2019. Nice appLots of interesting features. For skiing I am pretty happy with it. The top speed seems to cap at some point, not sure if that’s because I hit a speed wall or if the app has a limit it can measure due to sampling rate. For biking. Once you figure it out, works greatIt has everything I want to know. MilesI’m trying to track my down hill miles . The American Legion has 100 mile challenge a walk , run ,bike, or swim .I completed the 100 mile walk , would like to down hill ski 100 miles . How ? Best ski app out there!I have tried almost every ski tracking app on the App Store. Out of them all, Ski Tracks is the most accurate at tracking speed, location, and everything else. Most of the other apps are only accurate within a mile or so and they usually just make up random numbers for speed and altitude! On the bad apps you can be standing still and the elevation will jump up and down drastically the entire time! The other bad apps also sometimes make you track each run individually! with Ski Tracks you can go skiing the entire day without restarting it! This app is the best! A friend recommended it to me and now that I use it constantly and recomend it to all of my friends! The only thing I don't like about this app is the limit of 4 days worth of runs and that you can not put the stats into a skiing video while editing on your computer. PerfectHow do you possibly put a rating on something that is perfect…? I have been skiing since I was 6 yrs old and have been waiting my whole life for this app. Every stat you could imagine - maps, times, speeds, slope inclines - broken down by run or as totals.
