Flashlight - Night Light Clock Customer Service

I found this after looking for an app to replace one that I liked but was not updated to keep up with iOS 11. I want a Symple app that doesn’t have a lot of extra garbage that I could turn the light on with one tap from my home screen, and turn off by hitting the home button. Sliding up to access the Apple flashlight is an extra step I don’t want when I’m Fumbling around in the dark. Same goes for turning it off. Hitting the home button is the easiest way to do that. One thing that would make this perfect is the ability to decide whether I want the time to be displayed or not. Sometimes, when I’m up in the middle the night I’d just assume not know. Please consider this for future revisions.

This review is short and to the point. The only purpose of a flashlight - any flashlight - is to provide a source of illumination where and whenever needed. I am glad to tell you that this app does just that. We can always say that any product can or should be better. We can say that about this, or any, flashlight. But... this flashlight goes where you go because it is on your phone. If you are like me, your phone is always with you in your pocket and just a click of a button away from quality long-lasting light. I have personally found this app to be very useful on multiple occasions and emphatically endorse and recommend it to one and all.

Last night my power went out unexpectedly during an ice and snow storm here in Kansas City, MO. I couldn’t find a flashlight so I fumbled through the house. I called my daughters on my cell phone and they told me to use the flashlight on my cell phone but I was to ashamed to tell them I didn’t have one but I did use the light off the cell phone to get around until the lights came back on two hours later. Today, I downloaded the flashlight and now I am ready for the next power outage!

I was looking an App with more features than just a simple button in the middle of the screen and an Advertisement at the top. I mean, the iPhone has already included the button to turn on the flashlight. It’s not necessary to install an app that will give you a second button to do the same function. I suggest to add a menu with other functions like an option of using the display like a flashlight changing colors and brightness. Or changing the intensity of the real flashlight. I think that the flashlight of the iPhone is too strong if you want to read at night. It would be great if you can control it. Just a recommendation guys. Other than that, the App and the design looks nice.

This is the best flashlight app ever it’s so bright it gives you light that you can see a mile away, Plus you can use it as a night light! and not only does it have light it has a clock too so you don’t have to worry about clicking off or going anywhere to check the time! I highly recommend using this app is so amazing you won’t have to worry about light ever again!🤍

What are marvelous idea you can have this app and you don’t have to hunt for your flashlight cause I do have one on my phone but it’s very very nice to be able to just have it wherever you want it you could put in which ever page you want you just tap it to turn it on the time is fantastic I really enjoy this So glad I downloaded this app

It can be hard to swipe up to flashlight and all those other helpful things from the bottom of my iPhone screen when I’ve got a screen protector on it. This way, I have the app right there on my first page and can use the flashlight without swiping up 10 times.

I was very happy to see that the apps light actually worked!! However, I also was just as confused/ disappointed to see there wasn’t any other options like different colors or flashing or anything 🧐🥺?? But still gave it 5 stars because it did what it said!

I have come to rely on this flashlight for a variety of purposes. It trains a focused beam, for example, on appliance dials (dryer, oven) whose calibrations would otherwise be dfiiicult to read. When I walk to the curb for the daily mail or to retrieve the garbage cart, this flashlight lights a clear path. I like this flashlight very much! It is wonderfully handy!

I like this app so far , cause it’s sorta not a app it’s truly a flashlight feature. Tracking shouldn’t be agreed too unless the app is used at least 5 times on any app in my opinion so I did opt out of that tool for now but overall I think this light is amazing and my daughter Karma is sitting here enjoying it with me 😉.

Would have given it five stars except I just wish it was brighter it’s not very bright at all I love that I love it it’s so easy thank you! I think maybe a few different brightness settings would’ve been great I know it supposed to be simple but I think just a few more things would’ve still been simple but I do enjoy it thank you very much‼️🔦💡🔦🕯💡🔦💡

Downloaded flashlight after needing one several times. This light is bright and spans over an area bigger than the hand held flashlight that I had been using prior to this cell phone flashlight. I have used it numerous times since downloading it. Very happy with it’s performance. 5 stars!

Continuing the sentence, Apple should just have this - instead of the iPhone flashlight feature- as a basic app . The only thing that would make it better is maybe a color change option for the interphase as like an optional paid feature.

I was looking for a simple app that gave me time with seconds. Most free clock apps are filled with ads. This app is easy, has a great flashlight, and shows the time with seconds. Especially with Daylight Saving Time, this app makes resetting regular “dumb” clocks a breeze.

I like this app because it’s simple and when you open it in automatically turns on, and you don’t have to slide a button or something that might take longer, so when it’s dark in the house or outside, it’s turns on fast and is works well.

I luV this app. & use it frequently to find things in the dark. I especially like the fact that this app. was yet another download onto a phone because I just charge my phone & don’t have to continue buying batteries like I do for the flashlights I use that are in our home. ThanX. <3

Very nice app wish I could put it in my Home Screen for emergency purposes and many others especially the other flashlight icon so I can take pictures simultaneously not this app but the original flashlight. Anyway this is a 10 perfect multi function light.

I go to bed last in my house. The stairs are all dark, so it’s impossible to climb the stairs without turning on lights. However if I do, I will wake up everyone in the house, and this is when the flashlight comes in handy! Also, our long hallways are dark so again, the flashlight is awesome!

I Love the flashlight but I only thing that I don’t like is that I have to turn My phone on to use it. When the phone is off You can see the flashlight and the emergency buttons but if I press the flashlight button it doesn’t work.

This app is so easy to activate when I need a quick light. I often watch tv late at night without a lamp on so I use it to guide my way to the bedroom when I turn off the tv. And I often get up in the middle of night and it lights my way to the bathroom. Great find!

I can’t believe how often I use this flashlight app. It really illuminated both large and small soaces. Turning on the light in your room is not always going to provide enough lite to find something small that rolled under a bed. Also great for searching between and under seats in the car,

Sometimes you just need to see better. Sometimes, you just need to see. And, Sometimes, a little light in the dark makes things less scarry. My iPhone light is always available;always dependable. It’s always ready regardless of my need.

I love this app but I think it could use a little this and that. I started using this app when I went to walk in the neighborhood with my dad to get the mail from the mailbox at night. So I decided to get this app and it really lit up our path way through the neighborhood. I recommend this App for others

I like your flashlight a lot. Others I have tried require you to touch the flashlight app on the screen and then you have to touch the flashlight again for it to come on. With yours, you touch the flashlight app on the screen and the flashlight is on! No having to touch it again for it to come on. On others there is an emergency blinking light option and it is way too easy to activate. I like your clock too! It seems like either my husband or myself always like to know the time if we have to use the flashlight. You have a great product! Thank you!

For some reason the flashlight on my phone would only work some of the time. I downloaded this great flashlight Because it was the first one that came up and it had a lot of good reviews. No more issues plus I like the screen and clock it provides

I had been using a flashlight that had a bright white screen, even when the flashlight was on. I would feel blinded when I used the app in the dark. This flashlight is much better -- the clock is not so bright as to be blinding.

I personally love this app but if the truth be told i accidentally deleted my other Flashlight app and couldn’t remember which one it was, so I searched again and found this app and I am so glad I did thank you be blessed

The design coupled with its simplistic features makes for the perfect design and preciseness on the dime. I use this light in myriad ways and it gets better and better. A true fit when you really need to see it. 👀

I really flash light it’s bright and has come in very use at times. The one thing I really like is rather than having to swipe up I order to get to the light on apple all you have to do is close the app and it tiff.

The light was working great until it wasn’t. One day there were ads that kept appearing, would not close or go away, and made it impossible to use the flashlight.

I just wanted a flashlight no other gimmicks just a flashlight that’s what I got plus it gives you the time great big letters in case say there’s an outage or whatever it’s simple and direct.

Perfect when you are as blind as me at times, like trying to put the key in the key hole at night. Or just when you drop something and there is not enough light to see where it is. Love it!

Absolutely the BRIGHTEST Light Ever! I had an older flashlight app that I didn’t realize was so dim, until I got this one. I thought it was just my eyes getter worse as I age. I was wrong. Once I installed this app, it was incredible- the difference- so much brighter! Love it!

So convenient to have a flashlight right on your phone. I like to use it when I am reading with the lights out but it is bright enough to give light in any dark space.

Love this Flashlight App. I use it as a flashlight, I use the clock to set my apparatuses when daily saving time comes around or if the light goes off and they must be set. The adds are not intrusive. I va know I can count on this app for reliability and accuracy. Thanks so much.

Flashlight is totally dependable and usefulfor finding lost Things in the car under bed putting key in door looking at maps in dark car or buttons you cannot see to push.

I could never find the button to turn on the built-in flashlight. Now I have an icon on my screen and I can find it easily even in the dark. WONDERFUL

It is amazingly helpful when a person needs more light. To read something in a darker place it adds so much. Such a boon at different points to my husband who has eyesight challenges!

I can’t begin to say how many times the Flashlight app has helped light my way in the darkness, wether inside or outside the house. I use it almost every day and find it to be reliable and bright. I couldn’t live without it, my ever present flashlight!

I only use this app for the clock. I work morning and use the clock to see the time in the shower. I love this clock better it's always on and does not go to the lock screen like others. Thanks for making me be on time for work.

I had occasion to use this flashlight when our apartment building lost power, you could not even see your hand in front of your face in the hallways or stairwells. not only was I able to maneuver around the building but I was able to help others find your way out of the building, because this flashlight stays on full power and it's nice to know you have a flashlight and a phone all in one.

I thought this app was great when I installed it. For awhile I was living with the ads when I was using it. Now I am feed up with the ads as they are a pain in the neck. They constantly interfere with the operation of the app. Since I have no way of getting rid of the ads I am going to get rid of you and the ads. I wonder how you could get a high rating with ads you can’t get rid of. Fix the ads problem as I am finding a new flashlight app to use in place of your sorry app. Other users have complained about the ads problem for the past five years and you still haven’t fixed the problem. You people are nothing but sad and as far as I can see you don’t care about this problem. That is why I am looking for a new flashlight app instead of this one. Like I said you are a very sad developer.

I love this app. Was looking for a clock that would stay on all night that also had the flashlight. This would be a perfect app and would get a 5 Star if not for the ad at the bottom. This is very distracting when rolling over to look at the time in middle of night. Put out a paid version and nix the ad. I would go for it. In the meantime I will look for a app like this without the ad. Also clock does not need the seconds ticking off like a timer. Please do an update and add more choices to customize

I loved this app! I used it to navigate my house during very early morning without waking everyone up. Well, lately everytime I open it a very loud ad with sound keeps popping up waking people up which defeats the purpose of me getting ready unnoticed. I never had this problem before as all ads were without sound. Now, I can’t use it for fear an ad is going to pop up and make a ton of noise!! So I’m deleting it and replacing it with another that works for me.

Thought I would like this until I found out that the flashlight comes on every time you open the app. I wanted the clock for my iPhone dashboard but it doesn’t show the time until you open the app and when you do, the flashlight is the first thing that comes on. Make a clock app. Show the time on the dashboard, then if you want to add a flashlight option, give the user the ability to turn it on and off themselves!!

It’s great to have a quick light at night, even greater that I can check the time clearly, without putting on my glasses..BUT- THE GOOGLE ADS ARE MAKING ME CRAZY. Half asleep, I see the ads and as I turn back over to sleep..they make my mind start working again. This is a night light, LET ME SLEEP. I’m sure Google won’t go bankrupt if I get 8 hrs of sleep.

Light works easy as it should. But the pop up ads take over the screen and if you touch the screen, say to turn it off or back on, you get redirected to the ad site and the light goes off. Deleted it.

His is absolute garbage, I don’t usually like making hate reviews but this doesn’t even work, all it has are adds, all the reviews are botted because the app doesn’t even work and all of them are consistent and has no explanation what so ever and it tells you to please rate a 5 star even before you use this extremely useless and terrible app and if I could give 0 stars I would, maybe even negative one and who Evers thinking of buying this, don’t do it listen to me and don’t listen to these other bots, thank you for wasting my time and goodbye app creators.
