Getting out datedWhen the ‘new’ format started several years ago, it was good and informative. The picture format is helpful to identify latest news stories. However, my biggest frustration is that it takes several menu option clicks to get to the lower levels (e.g. to view certain divisions in soccer) or you can’t easily always see results and tables in the same place. There needs to be more focus on actual results, trends, latest scores from multiple sports that are more easily accessible on the side of the format, with key news forming other areas. I also access the site everyday from outside of the UK, and so some of the content (e.g. video) isn’t available. You might want to not show these links if they’re not available. And maybe join forces with other sports agencies to widen your news coverage and scope (think Flipboard or Apple News, etc) but become the global hub for sports news? Just a thought ….Version: 2.1.0

So tiresome not getting most videos overseas.OK you don’t want to provide every video of every sport around the world. But for example not providing your mini videos of highlights of the World Cup was bad. Too Slow LoadingNo excuse in this day and age of fast wifi and 4G. Its consistently the slowest loading app ive ever installed on any of my phones. Its a shame cos the content is excellent. Out of CountryLiving in the States it is nice to be able to read up on what English supporters and Managers have to say. We receive many games on TV so I feel spoilt that I can watch 6 Premier League games at weekends and the odd game during the week. Great sports appJust slow to load. Otherwise great job. I live in Canada (from UK originally) - would love to have access to all of the app, such as video clips, but ‘rights protections’ often affect this option. Many Brits (and foreigners) living abroad would happily pay a fee for full access to BBC services - why on earth doesn’t the BBC get on and do this. Changes for the worseSeveral things irritate me about the BBC in general. Firstly, I’ve contributed to the BBC for over 40 years, through the licensing fee. Once I left England for Canada, my ability to receive any sport updates or videos was severely reduced. Since then, unless I decide to follow some leading top flight team or sport, the BBC Sports app decide to remove the ability to follow lower league teams. For example, all of a sudden, I can no longer follow Wigan Athletic live updates now and for no known purpose, justify any reason why this has changed. I feel as though I’ve paid my dues to the BBC, through good times and bad. Now feel totally impotent to affect how I’d like to receive news about the places I grew up around and the sports I took interest in. You’ve had my money, now offer me little service or say in what I want to see or follow..Version: 2.4.1
