Idaho 511 Road Conditions Customer Service

I created a few saved routes I use in idaho and I really like the layout and usability. I wish I could select a camera view and zoom in and instead of camera 1,2,3 ext, if it followed what direction or view it is from the 511 description

Awesome app to use, although my area doesn’t have a ton of public traffic cams, it does cover the perrine bridge. So in the event of a crash on the bridge, I know to use a different way. I also live 45 min away from twin, however work there, and it is super cool and useful to see how traffic into twin is coming.

Really great app! Actually easier to use than the actual state website. Allows for so much customization of routes. I also really love how you can follow the map and add cameras. Following the map allows for easier understanding of camera locations.

Have been using this for about 2 months. The quality of the images are very clear and there are numerous cameras available throughout Idaho and a few in neighboring states along Idaho’s border.

I use this app to check traffic as I move about Boise. I love the aggregation of wen cams for the different routes. Thank you!

Great app. It’s having route cameras together on one screen

Disappointed. I’d like this app removed and receive a full refund. I was not allowed to review the information privacy policies, until I downloaded the app. That would be something the owner/developer can change. I will not agree to the privacy polices of this company and its affiliates, who will also have access to my information. Thank you.

The cameras and all available views should open and allow a used to scroll left or right to see all relevant views. Going in and out to ‘view 1, back to View 2, etc. very inconvenient. Not sure I’ll continue with this one.

The previous road condition site was well planned and better than neighboring states. I’ll go see if apple apps has a counterfeit program that I just happened to be diverted to- this is very low grade.

The new version makes it impossible to see cameras. So i signed up for the yearly. Now i can add cameras to a widget i don’t want. Can you say refund and delete. This app used to be so good. Now it is worthless.

Over half of the main roads show no information

Don’t need another gps map. I want an easy way to check for road conditions, view cameras and know about construction and possible accidents.

No reports of road conditions with out subscription. keep using the regular Idaho 511 for free

Not as easy to Navigate this new version. I will seek a refund of the annual fee.

Cameras and road conditions do not show up on the map like the old app.

Can not rotate app on iPad

Worst 511 app ever. Difficult to navigate, set conditions and get camera feeds and conditions like smoke emergencies.
