Science backed Pain Relief & ManagementI’ve been using this Pain Coach app for three years. In the morning, I record a checkin focused on what action I have completed. What a solid start to my day. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 30 plus years ago. Doctors proscribed a half dozen of pain- management drugs.
