In my opinion the most fair match 3 gameI’ve tried out many match 3 games only to be hit with a massive wall regarding level difficulties. Obviously this game is no exception, but I’ve also found that I end up stuck on them less so than I am in similar games. Mystery Matters throws a metric ton of free power ups and lives at you all the time, which lets you quickly accumulate and save stars, which then allows you to stroll through the story at your own pace and earn even more free rewards. The story is not amazing by any means, but there is an extreme amount of polish and interactivity which drives you in further. The characters are silly and likable, and the vibe of the game is very cozy. I have had the game for about two months and have paid for the past 2 passes and occasionally a few coins to pass a level, but by no means have I had to spend an exorbitant amount to make progress. I’m currently almost at level 1000 and am happy to continue playing and see where the game goes..Yek_Version: 1.5.0

Fairness qualityI’ve had my own run with quite a good share of 3 match games. I thought this game was good, and the interactions and stories to it are marvelous. But so for I’ve run into levels that just weren’t of good fairness quality. Despite the rewards you get for helping with the levels, the moves programmed into these particular levels like the super hard ones that virtually become un-doable I feel just aren’t enough. The reason I bring this up is because when having to deal with a certain vast quantity and variety of multi-layered objects and cover grass, it feels to me that I have to somehow generate a huge amount of combos and power-ups consistently which is rather spotty. It’s like it’s either “generate power-ups consistently or fail the level or unless you fork out tons of coins to beat the level” sort of thing. It sort of feels like once you get to those particular levels, the legitimacy of quality for fairness comes to an abrupt end. It’s not that I hate the game, it’s just that I’m rather disappointed with the aspect of the whole matter. Levels need more movesI like the story in this game, but, I do not like playing the same game board, 5 lives at a time for days and days. When you have to do that game board after game board, it gets quite monotonous. You forget where you are in the stoy, what you are trying to earn stars for and how many stars you need for the next task. I agree with someone who said you make us use stars for ridiculous, meanial things. I think adding more moves to the match 3 games would be the easiest solution to this problem. I play other match 3 games and none of them have such low number of moves as this game has. Also, it would be nice if at the end of a try on a match 3 board and you could use 900 coins to continue, you could see what you still need, to complete that board. I am going to have delete this game. I cannot spend money just because you designed your game so that you have to spend to win. Progressively harderI’m somewhat new and only on level 245. At first I thought it would be my favorite game. The finding items games are not timed, the match 3 games “were” pretty easy, and the storyline is really interesting. Now, the levels are so hard, there is no opportunity to earn coins if you are stuck on a level, and the amount of stars needed for some tasks are ridiculous. 17 stars needed when you only earn three at the basic level? Also, they have you do some unneeded tasks that have nothing to do with the story or decorating which is wasteful. Lastly, I was stuck on level 244 forever, and there is no way to earn coins or boosters without purchasing with money. My suggestions for this game -It would be better if they offered a video to watch to earn coins, reduce the number of coins needed for tasks, and somehow let you repeat the dialogue that shows up on the screen as sometimes I’m not sure when they are going to continue to say something and I miss it if I go to play the games. Decent GameI enjoy matching games up until they start throwing really hard levels at you back to back so you spend money. This game is no exception. The story line is decent and I do like that they mix up the levels. You get to play matching but also finding hidden objects. What I don’t like, is having to play the same level 20-30 times because it’s “super difficult”. I’m not going to buy coins to get that *one* more move I need to beat the game. I work long days and the last thing I want to do at night is get stuck on the same level over and over and over again. It’s a bit frustrating that you can’t move on with the story until you beat several levels, especially when I’ve gotten stuck numerous times back to back. For a matching game, it’s about like the rest of them. The storyline is better and I like that you actually do get to play several types of games. I’m Stubborn I GuessI loved this game and so I quit it because it got too hard to play and I didn’t want to spend too much money getting swept up in it. But I went back because it IS a fun game. I spend a little money on it, then I play the same level over and over and over until I get sick of it and go play something else for awhile. Then, I come back and play until I eventually get through the level. I wish this was just a little easier to play. Eventually I suppose I will quit for good, but it’s a shame because the little mini games are such fun and the story is great. Great game until….When I downloaded this game, I really liked it. I was breezing through the levels and had plenty of stars. Now, I am at level 120, and I have been stuck on that level for 5 days. 5. Days. I have used up all my power ups, I am 2 stars below what I need to be to progress the story, and I don’t have nearly enough coins to give myself another 5 lives. This is because the levels don’t give you enough moves to beat them, so sometimes you are sort of forced to use power ups. I have been trying for five whole days to beat level 120, but it is impossible with the situation I’m in. Of course, I will never be making in app purchases for this game, so I feel like there is basically nothing I can do. Playrix has another winner on their hands!I love the whole scapes series but y’all have really outdone yourselves this time. The combination of match 3, puzzle, image search, etc; ROCKS!! I'm on level 2600 and I've noticed that the powerups are not performing the same as before. I.E. I had one piece left to remove from the board with one move left at which point I activated a helicopter power up which in earlier levels would have taken out the last piece automatically. On a separate occasion I combined a lightning and a helicopter which created multiple helicopters that all targeted a single piece instead of separate targets. Mystery MattersThe game is definitely overall fun and I was very interested in the storyline of the game but some levels are completely difficult and impossible to pass without spending money on coins or using power ups. This game is designed to have you spend money, I’ve only gotten to level 140 and I’ve gotten stuck quite a few times on other levels which are very hard. Then when I finally end up beating the hard level I get one normal level then right back to a “hard” or “super hard” level making it impossible to actually enjoy the game and the storyline itself. Awesome game but..Let me first say the amount of money I have spent on this game is ridiculous, but I’m obsessed. The only downside is obviously the higher levels you go the more amount of stars you have to spend to decorate something or open something or unlock something and like I said I’m obsessed but it seems like once you finish a hard level or super hard level you get maybe two easy levels after that and then again it’s another hard or super hard level so that can be kind of annoying. Love!I never leave reviews, but I had to share my love of this game! Mystery Matters is in a league of its own. I love the stars earned in a level-to-stars required to complete tasks ratio. And I especially love how you (the player) get to do even the tiniest things, like clearing leaves, matching icons to unlock treasure, mixing potions, etc. Mystery Matters goes above and beyond what other, similar games are only hoping to achieve. Fun while it lastedGame hooked me pretty quickly. Liked that it had a story to go along with the fairly standard 3-match game gameplay, which was fun. However, difficulty/impossibility ramps up pretty quickly (within the first 100 levels) to the point where I would I have to play the same level for weeks to win or shell out cash for the “gold pass” that gives you 5 extra moves on all levels for a month (where you will need to spend more money to renew the gold pass). In the end, storyline wasnt intriguing enough to get me to shell out cash. Fun game but having a small problemI am sure it’s just a glitch but my game seems to be stuck on the chat part. I am seeing the same message for the past week for help from other team players but when I hit help it comes right back. Also when I click on a button to go to the chat. It kicks me out the first time every time! I always have to go back into the chat twice every time. And it just now kicked me out of select collecting the prizes on one of them and I didn’t get them. Fun but becomes impossibleThis game is very fun. The story line is interesting and it has a mix of some hidden object and color match. I did purchase a couple of $1.99 packs when I first started when I realized how much I liked it. However, I’ve now reached a level that is absolutely impossible to beat without spending money to use power ups. It’s incredibly frustrating because I do enjoy the game. Won’t Let Me Move OnI LOVE this game and play everyday and I’ve made quite a few purchases. I’m on level 575 and it keeps telling me there is 1 ring left and there are NO rings left on the board! I’ve played the level twice and it happened both times. I have lost a lot coins because I pay to play on for 5 more lives and nothing works. Same Matching Game FlawThis game is like every other matching game. It lets you get through the first few levels with strategy. However, when it gets into the higher levels it has HARD and SUPER HARD levels which translates that I will give you 50 things to do to finish the level, but I am only going to give you 15 moves to finish it in. BTW, the majority of these tasks require special moves which sometimes require 3 or 4 special moves to complete. And I may provide these special moves in this round. Progressively harder and expensiveWhen I first downloaded this game I was really getting into the storyline. As I progressed it got somewhat harder which I would expect with most games. Some games takes scores of lives before you win it.I have been stuck on level 762 (a 5 pointer) for several days. I’ve tried every strategy I know. I just have to wait to get lucky. Great game, but became too difficultOver all this game is really fun and well-made I think. I enjoyed the storyline and all the little side things. I started a group and looked forward to the storyline, discovering things, discussing who-done-it and expanding territory. The only way to get points to expand and solve mystery is to level up. Get rid of the profanity.The game is really great. Lots of variety, you don’t get stuck too too often. It’s got a lot of my favorite features from a variety of other games but the profanity is just so out of place. It doesn’t even make sense when you put it in there. Good & BadI like the seek and find game and that it barely playable. We have way more of the match game which i truly hate, its not relaxing its anger inducing. Loved this game until it got stuckPlayed this game all the time. It was great! No unwanted ads, fun games, great storyline. Then it got stuck on a part and I couldn't get it to advance no matter what I did (restart app, restart phone, delete app, etc.) It wasn't even like it was a hard level I was stuck on. Better, but still stingyLike many Playrix games, the sheer amount of hard and very hard puzzles are daunting and use up a lot of your power ups to beat them. Which causes you to lose coins fast buying an extra 5 moves or purchasing more in game power ups. The graphics are good, the storyline is very corny and the jokes are just not funny at all. The good thing they improved on is the hidden object puzzles. The elimination of a timer like most other similar search games is a welcome change. Game is too hard! Not worth it.(2nd Review) Not only this game is beyond difficult, you also dont get your rewards when you win a tournament. My team was in first place many times and nobody got their winning prices. Ive been stuck on the same level for over a week. You would think developers will want people to play this game but its glitchy, extremely difficult (not challenging just very very hard) and im done with this game. Im just like everyone else here leaving the same feedback, but its true. The game has a great storyline and graphics, but unfortunately it becomes nearly impossible to win without you having to spend real money. I despise developers who make their games so difficult that you have no choice but to spend money on it all the time. This company, all of their games are the same. Homescpaes and the other ones are just as hard. They barely give you enough moves to even make it through half the round. Its just simply not fun or enjoyable at that point. I get it that you have to make money to keep up with the game updates but there are other ways. Maybe give us optional ads for extra moves or hearts. Still FAKEI don’t know why everyone keeps advertising the mini games, especially when you hardly EVER get them & they don’t make sense or are different when you do get them. The game is matching shapes just like a crappier version of Candy Crush , that Kingdom one always advertised & all those house decorating ones, etc. Why can’t the ads be correct? Support is pretty much nonexistentI sent this to support: I was in the middle of a level and had spent 900 coins on 5 extra turns. I had also spent coins on hammers and shuffles when the game shut down. When I reopened the game, I lost all the coins I spent, no longer had the extra hammers and shuffles, had to start the level over and also lost my extra help from the winners circle. I have spent over $80 dollars on this game this weekend and do not feel I should have to repay for what I lost because the game shut down in the middle of a level All I got in return was questions that were answered in my original message. They didn’t respond until the next day (not a problem). But only gave me a few hours to respond and closed the issue. Granted that would not have been a problem if it notified me that they responded. The conversation was in the settings and didn’t even have any indication that there was a response. It started out great. I love the story and puzzle aspects of the game, but now as I’m approaching level 100, my progress is quickly diminishing. The match 3 levels are becoming extremely difficult, even “normal” levels. The number of moves provided for some levels is so ridiculously low it can’t help but make me shake my head and laugh. Just wants your moneyThe game was GREAT in the beginning! Drew me in because it’s a match game with a story line and mini games! Very unique and different! But then I got to a point in the game where it was almost impossible to beat even the simple levels without needing to spend money to take more turns, AND on top of that every other level is either a hard level or a super hard level so you loose that bundle of tools to help you win easier and you have less moves. Expensive game to playYou get about 20 hours of gameplay before it gets ridiculously hard. No way to win levels without spending money. Very few opportunities for freebies and coins. If you do decide to spend money, the game will make you lose it very quickly. Levels will get just close, but not a win without using up your purchases quickly. I like the Playrix games. Expensive to play, good mysteryEdit: I just deleted the game. I finished the first mystery and it was enjoyable but the game is just too expensive. There is No way to get game friends to give lives unless you use Facebook (who uses Facebook anymore?). I play a lot of match 3 games from this developer. Forcing me to purchase Gold Pass!??I’ve really enjoyed playing this game. But now, whenever I open the app to play, it takes me to the ‘Creepy Festival - Gold Pass’ with no ability to get out of it and back to the game. Why 2 stars Don’t waste your timeThe game is really fun to play and finding clues, BUT the biggest problem is once you get to certain level and I don’t mean high level, there is know what to beat the games to find clues. They only give you a few moves and the bombs, propellers and the others you get for matching more than 3 the same color doesn’t matter. My wife deleted it because of that issue and I am going to do the same. I will find another game that at least you can move up without having to SPENDING ALL YOUR MONEY TO BUY EXTRA. Got Way Too Hard Way Too FastI was so excited about this game when I first started to play. Good graphics, interesting storyline and fun characters. Then I came to level 100 and everything started changing. The hard levels got really hard and the very hard levels became almost impossible to beat without tons of power ups. Non responsive tech supportI’ve played several Playrix games, Gardenscapes, Homescapes, etc. I’ve really enjoyed, for the most part, playing Manor Matters. It has match 3 boards interspersed with hidden object boards. So I thought Mystery Manners would also be fun, so I downloaded it. I can’t play. The game closes as soon as it finishes loading. Did all the usual, rebooted, checked for updates, deleted and reinstalled, nothing worked. Contacted tech support and received an auto-reply. It’s a week later and no other response from them. Game still won’t work. Tech support is vital to players and unreliable or nonexistent support is unforgivable, given they want money, need money to continue. I certainly cannot spend the occasional dollar or two if the d@mn thing won’t load. And it moves me to resolve to not spend another dime on the other Playrix games. Ok but trying to take your moneyThe game is a three match where you go through the story line to ‘solve’ the mystery. The extra puzzles are simple and easily solved. Higher levels are designed to entice you to spend money on coins to complete the level with more turns. Some times the game cheats and doesn’t create the bomb you are trying to create or doesn’t recognize that all the elements of the level were achieved. A so-so “puzzle oriented” mystery game, except…There are some nice puzzles you have to solve to move the story forward. But very quickly (within 20 -30 minutes of play), each fun puzzle is thereafter locked behind a version of the much-copied “bauble-matching-with-bombs-and-whatnot” minigames you find in other pay-to-play games. Only these are more frequent and jarring as they interrupt (rather than compliment) the game - and the difficulty increases rapidly to the point where you’re spending a much larger portion of the game, repetitively losing more and more increasingly boring mini-games, just to get to see the next three minute scene, and maybe —just maybe; you might get one of the puzzles that made you interested in the game in the first place.
