Yesway & Allsup’s Rewards Customer Service

This Allsups has been in my small town since I was a kid back in the 80’s and only one of two stores other than the new Dollar General… It’s always been the go to, but really could use a big time update, especially the parking lot. I’ve been to several of your stores throughout my travels and they are definitely much nicer. Please bring this location out of the 80’s

The cashier that waited on me he was so nice now those are the type of cashiers that the employers need to keep and pay for what they’re worth and he is a worth keeping as an employee. I wish I had my receipt that way I could’ve given you a name of the cashier, but I didn’t ask for the receipt but thank you

I go to the yes way in Lubbock Texas on Avenue eight and 50th. The place is always clean and the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. I stopped there almost every day as I work in town one employee named Chris, which is the night employee. He’s always courteous and nice, but also all the other ones as well, but she has been working there the longest.

Most of the time I go into there they are friendly and cheerful people. There has been a few times where they have been hateful towards me but I know the reason why. Salty

I have tried several times to open this app. Says it sent a message to activate. NO TEXT!!! Have sent several support messages with no response. Please help! I can take my business else where.

I had to fuel my grandson’s pick up and my truck. They were very helpful while I was trying to use my app. We had to run it twice. No big deal very nice thank you.

I just recently learned about Allsup’s and I am very impressed with the cleanliness. This has become my favorite place to stop for the night when I’m in the area. Excellent food and a great variety.

This store has the friendliest staff and is always so clean. I always stop here after my grocery shopping. I don't live in town or I would come more often.

I love this store is one of my favorites , the food the variety if merchandise they carry is just fantastic, Only thing is some of the store lately they don’t have creamers or half and half for coffee

Your new location in Broken Bow is very nice and by far the best truckstop convenience with everything of person that needs that travels through it’s very nice place

I work for Allsup’s. I am proud to work for Allsup’s. I have always stopped at Allsup’s for 30 years. The rewards program is great and is improved due to just Phone Number used. Great idea on starting that procedure

It is nice to be able to get a receipt when you purchase fuel a lot of places you don’t get one because the printer doesn’t work

Miss the food option that use to be available.

This is a country high class place. I love stopping by there. Every time we go this direction we always stop to get gas or food. Even to meet friends.

We constantly use Allsups and the rewards system has been amazing! It’s saved us a ton especially on gas. It’s super easy to use and earn rewards.

Great app, easy to use. I use it fairly often as I make my way back and forth to the 2 Allsup’s near me. Easy to track my smiles and gas savings from my in store purchases.

App is a convenient way to get those world famous guy bombs in the middle of your shift! Only thing I would change is expand the menu some. Great app

I like this app bc I love this smile points, and how you get to redeem free items and put your phone number at the register and get more smile prints by buying stuff

The employees are quick on mudflaps. I didn’t even know about that “ mudflap until I gassed up. The employee gave me a run down on how it all works. Appreciate it !!

This location is always so nice, clean and, organized. The staff here are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

New place in Mcalester Ok People are nice and they are keeping it clean There food are always fresh. Especially the burritos Iam getting my gas here also Great location

The rewards thing is a good idea, but there are very few options that are good.

Jessica is always so Friendly and kind. She provides excellent customer service. Grateful to walk in the store and see a smiling face. She is always so happy and polite.

Always enjoy the Allsup’s food selection, and getting to use points for in store items is nice.

The cashier asked me if I had a rewards card. I remembered I did. She didn’t ask me to input my number and it gave me $.60 off a gallon of milk was very pleased.

Don’t like the new rewards system over the old one. But I do want to say the store in Mineral Wells is always clean and clean bathrooms with friendly staff. The store in town the store south of town and the store in Cool or as y’all call it Millsap are always clean. But I write this today because the store on the west side of town is always dirty and nasty inside the store and the bathrooms are trouble. The staff is always standing around on their phones and always out of bags of ice and not as friendly as the other stores. Today I needed a bag of ice and was told they were out I asked if they could bag me a bag and she ( name Goergia) said they wasn’t supposed to unless they were full staffed. There was 3 standing around doing nothing. This store is more convenient but I stopped going there because it is always nasty and rude staff.

When there’s only one person working and 4 people in line ahead of me three behind me and a delivery guy walks in demands whatever he has to say is more important than the customers that have been waiting there wanting to go home.. respectfully he’s there to do a job and paid by Yesway/Allsups and should wait patiently until the worker has a minute or stand in line like the rest of us! He was rude and made her rush, which I thought was unacceptable when you’re trying to take care of a whole bunch of things at one time. And yet she still had a smile on her face! 🥰more than I would have given..

The prices at the Edgemont sd locations the only two gas stations in town are way higher compared to the yes way/allsups 30 minutes away in Hotsprings sd especially on fuel and snacks are about the same . Edgemont is mostly seniors not sure why the price gouging is going on . Most people now go to the dollar store for snacks and drinks that are locals to save money

After I downloaded, kept giving an error message. Tried with and without WiFi and didn’t work. Kept saying error on my side or the apps side. I don’t have time for y’all to figure it. When I tried to access the website version, my phone registered it the AI as malicious and full of malware. Make it work the first time and fix your website.

Miss the card .. trying to enter your phone number in the receiver, with customers behind you, who are also in a hurry… just doesn’t always work. I generally skip the ID if there are folks behind me. Make the card an option..

This app is a worthless app. They should hire the software engineers that wrote 7/11 app. It works. Oh and don’t go to the helpline. It’s worthless also. It worked at first but doesn’t now. Try to use app discount at pump. That’s a joke also. The employees even say it doesn’t work. If you get to use the app and use it at the pump. Congrats. It’s as bad as the QT app.
