Planning a route across the state of Montana can be daunting, especially in the wintertime. This app makes it easy by showing highway cameras in one convenient location! You can see what the road conditions are before you head out to know what to expect! Highly recommend!
Love being able to see all the cameras along a route without having to click into and out of them individually. Huge improvement on the state 511 app.
This version is much harder to navigate. Pictures seem better.
I had this app dowloaded and created my first route (Bozeman to Billings) in less than 5 minutes. I travel frequently throughout the state for work, and will be using this every time I travel and have concerns of road conditions. This review is being written in January, and I can tell this app will play a huge factor in my decision making when traveling for jobs. I will recommend this app for all my friends and family across the state. I can currently see that the roads in Billings are fine but get nasty towards Livingston. I am happy and relieved that a simple to use, free app is available for the general public (unless they have an android but whatever) This Solo-Developer has outdone themselves and deserves proper recognition for their work on this app. Bravo

Montana 511 Traffic Cameras Negative Reviews and Ratings
It’s nice having a group feature, however this app doesn’t show the road temp and the other information the previous app shows. I also don’t see where I can choose what layer to see. Also, some cameras were showing snow flurries actively falling but the app said no snow reports. The previous app showed much more pertinent information.
Camera selections are very few and far in between. good thing I don’t only cost $2.99 or else I’d be pretty upset that I bought it. MDT 511 is free and has all the cameras available to see.
What a disaster! 511 apparently does not work! How many people were endangered or stuck on the Bozeman Pass in the last 24 hours? Apparently 511 does not work! I strongly suggest 511 be improved or deleted! Currently I would suggest it be deleted. It’s putting people in danger! Robert Shropshire
