This is a wonderful app designed by a pharmacist that allows you to add drugs to its library and quiz yourself or practice using Flashcard mode. It utilizes adaptive learning which reinforces the drugs you need more practice with memorizing. There are minor glitches here and there but overall it’s a great tool and I highly recommend for those getting ready for their NAPLEX.
The app lets you put drugs into categories which is nice. Only complaint is that you can't do flashcard mode and choose a category. You have to disable all other categories instead of just choosing the one you want.
I find this app helpful in many ways I like the pronunciation option as I find I'm easily tripped up by drug names because I am not putting emphasis on the correct syllable. The range of drugs is good & covers many classes of drugs. I did sign up for the course & look forward to more in depth learning
This is a very good all around app for studying. I have been out of practice for some time and am working on getting back in to the profession. I found it has helped me not only to recall old knowledge but it is also a great help with the new medications that I have no knowledge of.
Great for studying. I'm an RN student and it's concise and gives me exactly what I need to admin meds in the hospital. Plus, it includes how pronunciation. I definitely recommend. Used it for 1 year and still love. Best money spent.

Excellent app for pharmacy students! Especially those without prior pharmacy experience struggling to catch up and get a handle on unfamiliar brand and generic names.
Does not give the uses of said medications.
Awesome
I love this app!!!! Not only does it quiz you on the drugs it also has the pronounciations for the generics. It helps you with long term memorization by quizzing you on the medications you are having trouble with but now and then will quiz you on meds previously answered correctly. The drug database allows you to add more medications as well as pronounciations that are not included in the top 200 drugs (paid version). The app even helps you keep track of your progress. The best part is that the developer is readily accessible. I was having problems recording new pronounciations and he quickly responded to my email and fixed the issue. This is a must app if you are in the medical field!!!!
I would suggest that no one should look further to master the most commonly prescribed drugs in the United States including their brand/generic names, indications, contraindications, adverse effects, commonly used doses, drug classes. The app employs different modes that will enable one to easily learn those drugs in and out in shortest period of time while having fun. Let me also not forget that in case you need help, the customer service is exceptionally helpful and prompt.
Could be a little more flashy but it does what you need it to
FlashRX - Top 250 Drugs Negative Reviews and Ratings
Not worth the cost. Not all drugs are available and it is not user friendly. There are better apps out there to spend money on or that are free. I gave it two stars instead of one because I do like the pronounciation part wish it was updated.
The volume on this app is so low. It is hard to hear pronunciation of the words. Very disappointed.
I paid and downloaded it, but after accepting the disclaimer, the screen went black.
I bought this app in hopes of it helping me with my pharmacy tech certification but it only works when it feels like it. I do not recommend it.
App keeps crashing & sound does not always work! Waste of money.
Bought on feb 24th 2018. The sound does NOT work!
This used to be good enough when it first came out, but… Please hear me out as a constructive feedback. According to my students, the current NAPLEX asks for more brand/generics than this. They studied the top 300-400 to prepare for the exam. This is not the best one out there for the NAPLEX, especially since this is a paid app.
This app seems good in concept but it is completely unusable. Whenever I try to change the flash cards back the app freezes. Buyer be ware! (iPhone 6)
Too simple for anyone above pharmacy technician . Easy to select wrong answer while scrolling .
The pronunciation of drugs are not working. It's been a while. Can you fix it?
