Trouble shootingMy Instawork was working perfectly fine until the update.. I’ve not been able to record or upload anything. Very frustrating. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app many times. Still not allowing me to record anything. I’ve restarted my phone as well. No success/progress anywhere. I have updated my phone as well. Before the update I was able to go in the app and start recording projects. Now that I’ve updated it when I go to record a project it’s blank and the options to choose. Payments are unorganizedWhen the app was first launched payments and time worked were tracked and documented properly. Now they send payments when they feel like it, one has to track their own time worked by reviewing feed back and matching it with payments which gets very confusing. Lens app needs help!Ever since I applied for this job via the Instawork app things were smooth yea esp when they’re trying to get enough people on this easy job. Long story short there is no one to contact for issues w payment etc. I have a invoice still in outstanding mode but my other invoices are being paid. The captain name was Natasha at the job meeting thru Instawork but now she’s no longer able to contact which I’m not understanding that part. I contacted support via the Instawork app but those A.I. isn’t no better bc they’re typing the same automated msgs that I already know of. Now, today 3/27/26 I do not see a payment invoice for my previous recordings like I always do/did for my 4 and a half hrs that I did do. I will not work for free! I even see ppl in the chat thread on Instawork wanting to turn in their head mounts but do not know whom to contact. At this point now I’m feeling like this job is playing w ppl now. I updated my app and everything was still working. Now, I’m waiting on payment from a 3/23/26 recording that nvr had hit my bank account. It’s crazy bc I’ve given a good review on Instawork and I really wish I can update that review.
