WiFi LimitationAfter much frustration, I was able to add my Q990H soundbar to the app. The soundbar requires a 5G-only WiFi network; it will not connect to multiband WiFi. Some people may find success by creating a 5G-only guest network, then connecting your phone to that network before trying to add the soundbar to the app. If possible, allow guest network devices to access your local network (LAN). Cannot Connect SoundbarMy Q990D is connected perfectly within the SmartThings app. I can control it, WiFi works just fine, Bluetooth works fine, everything works fine in that app.
When I tried to connect it using this app, it prompted me to re-connect to WiFi (?) (it’s already connected) which then failed but I can’t even remove it from the app now.
I switch back to SmartThings and everything works fine.
This app is currently absolutely useless and certainly riddled with bugs as many others have pointed out. There’s no point in even having this app when everything works just fine on the other one.
The UI feels a lot less detailed here too. Things just look “pixelated” compared to the crystal clear UI of SmartThings..McTechyVersion: 1.1.44.54
