Make it possible to add advanced speed effects to videosHey, I use VivaVideo to edit my videos but a question and problems. 1. Could we make it possible to add advanced speed effects to videos? 2. It crashes the app when I buy something. For example, I asked my dad to buy the subscription and he said yes and it crashes the app. I don’t like when it crashes the app, but it could be because he tried to buy it and abruptly crashed the app. 3. When I add music and videos, they don’t save at all. Maybe I am a little nit picky about this but when this app shuts down, it shut down every quarter of a sec. 4. Always crashes when I try to open it. 5. There needs to be animated text, music and photos. 6. There should be an option to add sounds to videos. 7. There should be an option for u to crop a video. 8. There should be an option to trim videos. 9. There need to be an option to add animated text to videos. 10. There ned to be an option to split a video. 11. There should be an option to increase or decrease intensity and contrast. 12. Please make it so we can add more animations to text. App doesn’t work as promisedI purchased this app for almost $50 well it downs work. I can only use the few music I downloaded in the past, there is tons that I cannot download, either there is a flaw in the app or the developer isn’t updating it. It’s pure garbage and I’m super disappointed with their service. I have requested a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I’m beyond frustrated and I feel ripped off by the developers. I’m back to write a review, so bear with me as I try to explain. The app works well now. I think the developers must have done some updates. There are two issues I have now: 1) some of my videos get zoomed out, I guess what I mean is that they do not show in full screen, there is a wide black line on each side of the videos, like when you play a very old movie or sitcome in a new TV and it shows those black lines on each side, it’s really quite annoying when combined with other videos that don’t show the lines. I’m wondering if this has anything to do with taking the video in portrait and/or landscape mode but I wish there was an option to get rid of those black lines. 2) There is a good variety of music, although most of it is not good and they don’t add new music. Anyway, the number 1 issues is a bud deal for me and what bothers me the most, I wish they could fix it. Uhh this has been my go to editing appSo I was downloading almost every video editing app on the AppStore and a lot of them came with free trials just like this one did. I tried just about all of them. Even the “professional polished” looking apps that charge more for pretty much the exact same thing that you can do on here. I purchased the year VIP subscription and I don’t regret it. I use several other apps in conjunction with VivaVideo. The things you can do if you try to learn them, are pretty awesome. There are some limitations when it comes to using it on your phone but partially due to the screen size but once I have my iPad running this app, I have a lot of fun and the effects are super cool. I’d like to see more of them added. And maybe some video filters that have mirroring or even a kaleidoscope view! I’d like a better way of adding or finding music to add to the clips but it’s not at all bad in the stage it’s in now. Great app but doesn’t support dimensionsI love viva video! It is so simple to use and you can really make a great video using it. I especially love how it exports as MP4 instead of MOV! Would love to see: 1. BRING BACK ROTATE ALL / APPLY TO ALL when rotating a clip. I import multiple clips and it changes the rotation. If I change the canvas and rotate it how i want it, there is no option to rotate all the clips the same. Instead I’d have to do it one by one which; if there’s 35 clips that takes WAY too long!!! Please bring that back. 2. Make it so we can change the LENGTH of the transition. If I use cross fade, it cuts off the sound from the first clip wayyyy too early. I can never use cross fade if there’s spoken word for the last 5 seconds of the video. Even if it’s silent between the cut, it will start crossfading too early and you can’t change the length of the cross fade. On videoshop you can change the length of the transition and I love that. 3. ADD AN ADJUSTABLE SMOOTHING SKIN FILTER!!! Sometimes I don’t want to change the color or anything, sometimes all I want to do is smooth out my skin a little bit / make it more consistent. If you add an adjustable smoothing skin effect… this will be the PERFECT app. Just please don’t ever change that it exports to MP4 even if you’re importing as .MOV! Good app but...I downloaded the app recently and it was pretty fun and I was able to make videos. The downside was that there was many ads, had to pay/ become vip, in order to get all the cool templates and effects. That is really annoying. Some people don’t have that type of money. I will still use the app, but just saying, when you download this app, there will be tons of ads. To add, THERE IS NO REASON TO HAVE A TIME LIMIT. I still don’t understand why you make a time limit. It’s no fair. Some people like me love making videos longer than 5 minutes, but on this app it has a time limit. No other app has that. And I don’t want an app that has me pay for all the good things. Also, every time my videos were exported, AN AD POPS UP. I don’t like that. It’s like my photo app has to help me put all my videos together, and this one just helps me make the video from my screenshots. It’s a good app, but there are things that need to be taken down. Why a time limit?I love VivaVideo. I have been using this app for about 2 years. But there is one thing that I dislike about VivaVideo. Why is there a time limit? I don’t understand why VivaVideo has a time limit? When I make great videos that are longer than 5 mins it tells me to trim it down or to take off the time limit. I don’t want to pay because I don’t think it will last a long period of time. I just hope that VivaVideo will make an update to take of the time limit for free. Best video editing app out there!I’ve been looking for a app to make TV show or movie edits with my friends for fun and haven’t been able to find one that’s got what I’m looking for that doesn’t cost a lot. I found this as one of my friends recommended it and it’s perfect! It has a lot of options to choose from for free and then some for a fee which I can respect. It lets you trim and adjust the video, add music or voice overs (which I LOVE!), and has a bunch of options to enhance the videos by having it fade in and out certain ways etc. Which honesty I haven’t seen anywhere. My videos now look very professional even tho I’m using a free app. I’m now using one app for something I’ve been trying to accomplish with 3 and falling short. If your a person who wants to make those amazing edits you see on Instagram or TV, or just want something awesome to add to your videos, definitely give this app a try! I love this appThis app is what I make all edits on. It makes it incredibly easy and less frustrating than most apps. However what I can’t find in any of these editing apps are really good transitions. Viva video did recently update and add some which made me really happy because I make edits for like tv shows and stuff and I like to have a broad choice of transitions and themes. So I’d really like if the transitions will continue to be updated and i would also like if on the themes I can take out any pop up words that I don’t like. New Format/Update Ruined Effects!!!It was a 5 star app before this new update. Everything’s changed. I can no longer drag on the bottom on how long I want an effect to last I have to split the clip individually into smaller clips to time the effect. And I don’t mean effects anymore because now they’re classified as “filters”. The “filters” I’m referencing are the ones such as Dizzy,quake, endless, etc. It makes timing beat drops with effects wayyy harder!! I don’t like the new layout it looks too close to imovie it was simpler to just have individual clips numbered. Plus there’s a little lag in the clips when you press play sometimes. I’m a VIP member and I really loved this app for the last 3 years but now it’s like I don’t even recognize it :(. If there was a way to go back to the old layout that would be amazing! Recent changes are awfulI’ve used the pro version of this app religiously every single day for years. Why on earth would you decide to remove the fast forward jump to the next video clip in favor of adding in a frame by frame movement instead?? 🤦🏻‍♀️ For people like myself who have multiple clips in one project, the amount of extra time that it now takes to make one edited video is INSANE. I have to swipe and swipe and swipe and then swipe back because I skipped it, and then forward cause it’s the wrong one, etc… it’s ridiculous. That feature was critical for multiple media in one project and cut time down substantially by being able to just hit the forward arrow and go right to the beginning of the next file. Very upsetI used to have this app and I could export sounds from my camera roll I just re-downloaded it so I couldn’t make a video for my fan account on Instagram but when I tried to import a specific sound from my camera roll I couldn’t because you have to be a member for it. Turn Back The Dynamic Effect Into a FXI’ve had the app for years and stuff and I remember back last year I was able to use the Sci-fi (Aka called the Dynamic Filter now under Effects) into a FX animation, I would really appreciate it if you could bring that back, it’s much more difficult having to crop a certain part of the video and then add a dynamic filter rather than just being able to control it at your own time and adding it for a certain time, I hope you could please bring this back, other than that everything works great, there’s no problems I run into and sorry for that long run on sentence, thank you, please bring it back..Silver Tone MusicVersion: 8.1.3

Pretty good but can improveI love using this app to edit my videos. My only dislike about it, i can’t undo things. There should be an “undo” button. Sometimes when i split my clips up, i might accidently delete a split clip that i didnt want to delete, so theres no going back from there unless i delete the whole thing and start all over again. If there was an “undo” button, if i accidently delete a clip, i can hit the “undo” and it was basically go back in time and bring the clip back. Hope this can get added to the app. And the “undo” button can be used as much as need, can undo all the way back to the beginning if needed. I love viva video but why is there a 5 min time limitI like viva video. I’m only nine and I can already edit videos! The only problem is you have to pay for over a 5 min video. I think you shouldn’t. At sleepovers we make little clips. When we make bigger videos though, we cannot do it very well because there is a time limit. Bring back ability to Mute ALL clipsI’ve been using this app for a few years now and it’s gone through a lot of changes. Some are an improvement. Some I find really frustrating. There is a way to adjust the volume on your original video clip and a way to just mute it all together. Both used to offer the option to this clip or all clips now neither do. So I have to go individually, mute or volume the clip. That means scrolling through the list on the bottom all the way to almost the end every single time. in addition to changing around the format, there is now a delete button directly underneath the clip area where you would be splitting and or trimming. Constantly freezesThe app is very nice in reality. Has lots of functions and templates however with this new update it is really messed up, especially the edit and cut and delete functions. They removed the cut and made it a “trim cut” which is useless. Have to click on the cut, then it will “trim cut” highlight the section, then cab cut, previously could easily be done with one push, now 3!!! Just a few flawsVivaVideo is a great app! It helps so much to edit your videos, put on great filters, and so much more! There’s just a few things keeping it from perfect. If you don’t want to pay 7 dollars a month, or 66 dollars a year, the watermark is pretty annoying! Even though it may be faint, it’s still there at the corner. Another thing is that in the new update, you took away the FAQ button where you could watch tutorials on how to use everything the app has to offer. Amazing app minor bugs - TriggaheartzAs a musical Artist this app has everything I need for independent video editing! Would be 5 stars but it has instances that become tedious for the user that could be fixed by small change like being able to adjust edits like speed, size, or timing, more than just decreasing the amount of it. Amazing App!I love this app so much! It gives you a variety of tools to use, and is easy to edit photos! My only exception is that there would be more themes, and sometimes when I add transitions my phone lags a bit and crashes. This only happened one time, but it’s okay and I definitely recommend this app. If you want to edit these photos for free, there will be a watermark on the bottom right. You would have to pay money to get rid of the watermark. Also, if the picture is vertical it has black lines on the sides and it looks sorta off? I think the only fix I would suggest is that you CAN record a video to start a new project BUT you cant enter the project after recording then re-record in the same project. If that makes sense. Why I can’t give it 5 starsI’ve been using this app for quite some time now and for the most part, it’s pretty cool. But ever since the most recent update , it has affected how the song clips sound . They never sound faded out and always sounds botched at the end. For example, if I want to have a song playing only on a certain part of the video , then wherever the song stops, there’s a botched sound and the audience can easily identify where the music ends (even when I elect to fade-out) . You’ve ruined itAre you stupid or just greedy? I’ve been using this app for over 3 years, i used to love it and thought it was an awesome app. It helped me learn how to edit basic videos and got pretty good. I bought the 5 dollar vip pack (the old one which was a one time payment, you know the one that you removed) to get the fullest out of the app (over 5 minute videos, no watermark, etc.) i continue using it on my iPod Touch. The updates have been great except for one change. I tried switching to my iPhone but now I don’t have the pack (both signed into the same account) I can’t make videos over 5 minutes and watermark is there. Randomly deletes pics/videos after savingWaste of time. Though the app is very user friendly, and would be really fun to use if it actually worked right.... But it doesn't. Good & badI like to make fun videos but it hard when I only have 5 minutes to make a video, also I was adding photos to a video (Collage section) and I am able to put how many pictures I like, but when I played the video with the pictures i was MAD! The one photo overplayed the other photo, for example: let’s say you put a picture of a puppy and a cat. You put the puppy picture for 3 seconds and the cat picture for 3 seconds, suddenly the puppy picture goes to 6 seconds and the cat pic stays as 3 the puppy picture over played and now I only see the puppy picture in the video and don’t see the cat picture. That was just really annoying to me. Waste of timeIt’s a bad product. All I wanted to do is edit videos on my phone. It sold itself as being capable of doing that. First it requires you sign in claiming that’s how they know we agree to the terms. It’s a lie because apps can ask you to agree to terms without signing in. Next thing to clip a video.. there was no way to pick the exact starting frame. The timeline cannot be zoomed there’s lack of precision. This made me want to give up. When I wanted to exit, it only gave me the option to save and exit. No option to exit without saving. So I wasn’t sure if it’s going to modify the original video. Then I couldn’t see if there’s an option to export the video to my device, only to share on their network. Don’t get this if all you want to do is edit videos on your phone. My third review.When I first got this app I rated it 5 stars, then 4 stars, now 2 stars. This app WAS great but than it got worse. Now, instead of just paying 5 bucks, I have to pay 5 bucks A MONTH!! Always crashing and freezingI like this app and it has many great features and ways to make videos but it crashes and freezes a lot and the most recent video I made I spent hours on it and I’m still not done with it but I can no longer get into it. Disappointed and dissatisfiedI’ve had this app for a while, but now it seems it never works when trying to edit videos. For example my videos become blank or black screen when trying to play them, trim them, split them basically everything. It gets extremely irritating and tedious because I have to start all over and re add a clip only for it to get messed up too. My video almost never plays when I hit the play button and I find VivaVideo crashes when I work on the harder parts of editing. Just recently I had a 20 second video edit and VivaVideo wouldn’t let me export “error”. I have storage space on my Phone and on VivaVideo. In addition I find the new update dissatisfactory. Pathetic customer service , downright cheating !!App is good but the customer care is pathetic. My son accidentally enrolled to the trial feature and eventually i forgot to cancel . After 3 days suddenly i was seeing they charged me $40 .Sadly when i got aware of the fact it was too late and the money was already charged by them . Used to be goodI used this app EVERY DAY...it worked amazing untill they started changing the layout and some functions, it is FILLED with bugs and glitches now. Purchase after purchase 🙄Couple things aren’t great. Once you import audio the video is ahead of the audio so isn't synched properly. Also, some of the features also aren’t available as in you have to purchase more ie: VIP to access those but that’s not clear when you’re doing the free trial.
