How do I cancel the ACT Coach subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select ACT Coach from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the ACT Coach app?
Touch and hold the ACT Coach icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

Very useful app. No distracting advertisements or in app purchases unlike a lot of mental health apps. many different features to choose from but still easy to use
Among the top 5 apps on my phone in all categories. Spend time with it regularly and improve your psychological flexibility. Can't recommend it enough if you have an interest in ACT.
The low ratings are from years ago and are no longer relevant! This app does not have stunning graphics and they do not ask you for money. 💰 It is set up like an outline, it keeps opening up to more information and exercises. ACT Coach Negative Reviews and Ratings
I chose the audio guided exercise, but there was no audio! There was onscreen text instructions. One of them said to close my eyes. How could I continue with the exercise if I needed to read instructions if my eyes were closed?
Having the same issue as others. No audio for the audio guided exercises. Please fix the bug
Just started to use this app for my anxiety. Wanted to mention that the "Observe Sensations" guided audio is silent. There are only words on the screen. I just finished the "Observe Thoughts" audio and it was very helpful. Giving three stars for now cuz the audio isn't working for an exercise I need.
