My VA Benefits Customer Service

This is a great app that helps understand what you need and exactly what the VA wants for the claim. Finding a diagnosis is a little complicated and there is a steep-ish learning curve, but once you get some time logged in to the app, it becomes easier. During the last update, however, the app can't talk to the database and all my info was lost. Still a great app that I'm sure the developer will fix shortly! EDIT: Within two days, the developer fixed the database issue and now everything works. GREAT APP

I started using this app about 2 years before retirement. It works great. Some thing I never even realized I could get rated for. It helps you plan effectively. I had urinary incontinence and didn’t even know it. Many conditions are caused by stress. Since military folks are constantly put under stress, there are many conditions rated that may not make since to you at first. It’s time to stop being so tough, stop sucking it up, and get yourself checked out.

After being out of the military for almost 17 years this app single-handedly help me receive 100% disability rating. Please understand that you going to have to do some legwork also but this is an amazing tool to reference as you navigate the veterans administration.

Helped me get 90% with all my ongoing documented medical issues after my AF retirement. This app is a must to get you informed before you retire or get out. Good luck!

The most helpful app out there for vets

Great app to give you an idea on VA percentages. One thing I can't figure out....how to delete a diagnoses that has been added.

Such whiners...you can please some people all of the time, all people some of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.

I downloaded the app and paid the money and now I see that the app probably hasn’t been updated with current percentages and current diagnosis in a very long time. I would love to use this app but half of my claims can’t even be found.

Missing all kinds of schedule of rating codes and diagnosis. Not worth the money.

The app provides information you can get for free from the Internet or VA. It's states it will add your disability amount but "*", it may not be accurate. The VA will send you a letter and it will be accurate and it's also on the VA partial... All this information is..... What I wanted to see what the tracking of medical information for the exams and for the veterans records.... That fails also... It's a text block that you must just keep adding to like a word document. You can't even add a scan or pic of your dr notes. When you ask to have your info emailed to you it just produces a email with a pasted text from the blocks you inputed. What it should do is produce a pdf file in format similar to a EMR that doctors are use to..... It's is nothing more than a app that took free info and made an app with it and then added a basic input text field for notes... @$5 is not only a rip, it's a disgrace that it dupes Vets. The description of this product is deceiving and inaccurate in part.

What is the point in searching for your disability injuries when it should be able to know your diagnosis when you log on to ebenefits or something of that matter. Waste of money and immediately regretted it upon purchasing it. There is no feature where you can ask for a refund within 24hours if you don’t like the app or it isn’t what you were expecting. Need to be clear what the app really is and that it doesn’t tell you your rating, that you have to search each disability individually on your on. Stupid app and a waste of money.

The idea is great because it could be overwhelming exploring all pertinent and potential diagnostics. The information is organized and there are a few issues that take away from it’s practically. An option to build a profile and keeping the information is vital for any app.

You should be ashamed for charging so much for this app. I'm a Veteran and I have worked for the VA. I have helped numerous veterans get benefits for the service connected disability's. I was very hesitant in purchasing this app and I wish I would've listened to my gut. This is a waste of time and money. There's more than enough resources online so don't bother buying this. Wish I could get my money back.

I agree with other comments! “How about updating the app to 2021 VA Compensation Rates and latest diagnosis codes released by the VA. Then you'll get a higher rating!!!” It has lots of potential, however seem they have lost touch & now just collects payments from veterans.

App is outdated and most disability codes do not exist along with the descriptions. Even the easy ones cannot be found. Stop taking veterans money people on something that could’ve be made much better and it’s so simple. Shame on you guys. Give it for free for what you get.

As I was looking for VA benefit apps I came across one that charged 4.99...thinking “oh, this should have everything I’m looking for” when in fact it does not. Definitely a waste of money. Definitely misleading as well. DO NOT BUY THIS APP

Not worth the $$$. I have 16 rated conditions, the app only has 5 of them in the “database”...sort of. App should be free, they clearly do not use the money for updates of their app. What a waste! Refund would be appreciated, but not holding my breath!

Since last update, all information was deleted and attempting to recreate has been fruitless since search doesn't show anything. In the day that I needed it!!!!!

I bought this app last night (2nov) and it will not do anything. You cannot update dependents, you can't search for a diagnosis. Waste of money.

On 1 Nov, you updated the app. For the second time I lost all of my data which took hours to compile. Not happy!!!!!!!!!

Update to 2023 VA Tables!

Calculations in the app is way off, some of the buttons don't work. Don't know why they would charge for this app in the first place. Do not purchase this app you are better off getting your info on ebenefits or va.gov.
