One Stop Shop for Multiple Products!Would have given 5 stars if one could also register their products for warranty and include the serial # etc... I still had to go to the Sony USA site to register my new headphones... but it only took three minutes to input all of my Sony products and can easily access the instructions and receive notifications about each model in general!.Version: 2.0.1
Better than nothingSomeone at Sony (and Denon, Panasonic, etc. etc) needs to take Library Science 101. Organizing and presenting research materials properly is simple, and the methodology has been in use since printing began. Videos are fine for some training purposes, but ridiculous as reference materials. For centuries, users have been able to find the exact book or paper they want in libraries with hundreds of thousands of books using the card catalog. If I'm looking for one book, I don't want to waste time wading through a bunch of material about the author's grandfather or his hobbies. Disks replaced spools of magnetic tape because they gave the user random access. Videos are sequential, can't by nature be indexed, take longer than reading, and are cluttered with irrelevant information. A reference is the simplest kind of one-to-one flat database, organized in hierarchically logical manner, indexed in whatever manner makes sense. Computers have brought huge improvements, but the purpose and logic are the same today as they were 3,000 years ago. This app's ability to retrieve and update the latest information is a huge plus, and the interface is clean. But it still hasn't reached the sophistication of a system found in any high school library. Surely Sony can reach that bar..Version: 2.10.1

Needs Basic UX ImprovementsMore than anything this app needs a way to mark all messages as read and/or deleted. With multiple Sony products, I currently have 495 messages, many duplicated across similar products. Every action you make in the app is one by one. It’s infuriating..Version: 2.15.1
Needs Landscape Support and bulk message deletePlease allow this app to work in landscape mode. Much easier to use in landscape mode. Also, we need a delete all messages option as the messages can really pile up to the point where I have messages turned off..Version: 2.15.0
Depends on how much Sony you own ...This basically kicks out what you’d find online if you search your Sony product’s serial number. The only difference was when I was online I had the ability to initiate a chat session which lasted five minutes. And that’s including the rebirth or repair of my new Sony product. They taught me how to reset it to its factory defaults, had me power it off and then restart it. BINGO!! BAM!! DONE!! It works like a charm now, which it should. Because it’s a brand new product, I know I set it up correctly and finally it wasn't like it was inexpensive. High-End Sony Products Can Cost Quite A Bit..Version: 1.11.1

Very functionalThis app basically keeps track of your Sony devices and presents the support docs in an easy to use interface. You could go to Sony's support site, but that sometimes is difficult to navigate. Simply select your model in the app, add it to your devices, now you have all your Sony products in an easy to use interface. You can easily navigate the support documents for all your devices in one location. Great way to keep support docs close, but also keep track of you Sony products. Great job Sony..Version: 1.4.0
A Must Have App For Sony UsersOver the years I have amassed several Sony electronic products. This app is a must have if you have Sony equipment. It is a one stop shop place to find all your Sony equipment user and tech manuals along with FAQs and tech information for each product. The newer Sony electronics allow for software and firmware updates but during the update process little or no information is provided. What do these updates do and what enhancements are provided by the updates? Well, this app will provide those details. And the app is updated frequently by Sony.
