XM Satellite Radio Dealer AppSXM is A great way to trial activate satellite radio for your pre own cars that have XM installed but Not connected you get 3+ months trial free service. Not everyone likes satellite radio but I have enjoyed it for a decade and where ever I travel it comes with a full menu of entertainment music, news programs, news such as CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, Howard Sterne, MSNBC, Fox, Sports from NFL,College football, NASCAR, MLB, Special documentaries, what doesn’t it have available? I find everything I want. Great service and I invested in the stock 10 years ago under $1 and it has grown on avg 20%+ / year great return on investment while enjoying great service for 10+ years. Pricing transparencyUnable to see pricing options on anything other than bare minimum option. Tried calling they insisted I could see the pricing tiers on website and app. I explained I am using my phone and not a computer but customer service insisted it doesn’t matter. They were unwilling to walk me through it. Guess I don’t really need or want this product if customer service isn’t even willing to help me with pricing for my car and my daughters iPhone! ***update to response*** Clearly your customer service team reads as well as they listen! I work at a CJDR dealer and this app didn’t refresh the trial subscription on a 2020 Jeep WranglerI legitimately work for an automotive dealer group. At our store, I asked a rep from SiriusXM if our dealer was a participating dealer for this application and she said yes. I followed her instructions and any directions written in the app. I tried refreshing the signal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on the lot twice. First by scanning the VIN barcode, second by typing in the Radio ID. Both times, the application said our attempt was successful, however, it was not successful. We were unable to listen to SiriusXM Radio. Maybe this doesn’t work with Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram products. Maybe it doesn’t work at all! The Wrangler we used had the 8.4” screen with Uconnect 4C with Nav. Any advice?.Nickname 1000000000000Version: 2.3.0

Sick of being houndedI just purchased a new car, it has a year trial from Sirius that goes with it. I had to cancel the yr subscription I just paid for and got the refund. No problems connecting to the new car. But every since I bought the new car I’ve been hounded with ph calls every day and some days 2 calls. Net by pleasant people. They claim to want to help with setup. The real deal is they are already hounding about signing up for next year. I’m 73, if I’m alive and still able to drive I might sign up again but if the keep hounding me I won’t. Also when I bought the cat I sign a paper opting out of call such as this. Not workingI’ve had this app for two days and it keeps wanting me to add my ID number every time I open it. I’m not happy it should be something that is seamless and it seems to be something that is a lot of work to play music and listen to Madison on ALT nation who should stop singing because we would rather hear the real professionals singing.
