Good but the price continues to go upThe app works well. I’ve made videos and added music and sound effects. 2 features I am not pleased with: 1. After saving & downloading the video, if I delete the photos used from photos on my phone, those also disappear in the saved version of the app. Photos & videos must stay current on your device in order to show in the saved version in the app. This doesn’t work for me because something I have content specific to a project that will doesn’t stay on my device. 2. I can't save to my galleryI was going to use this app to add some music to my speed art once I finished I went to save and it said you already used your certain amount of saves then it told me to start trial and buy stuff. Now, I don't want to pay money! I understand that you need to do that for business but it's really frustrating that it says I used a certain amount of saves now buy. I've just got this app and I have never saved anything from it yet! At least give us like 5 saves before we have to purchase the app. It is great quality and I know that to make such a great quality app you need money but if you want people to buy it I suggest that you at least let them save it and then they can show others and if they like what people say about there work and start using it often they will most likely pay and who knows maybe the people the person shows it to will download the app. It's kinda funny you said at beginning of app get this 14 day free trial and when you say no it says you won't get this offer again! You have to subscribe to do anything :/I was excited to try this app because it looked super fun, but I was disappointed when I got into the app. I pressed the “create” button which then took me to a “please subscribe” page. I was a little upset but then found a “x” on the page, but it was faded to match the screen and was almost impossible to see. I tried pressing the create again, only to be presented with the same subscription page. So I tried a shorter video thinking, ‘maybe it’s too long, and for a video that long I have to subscribe.’ (My video was 18 seconds long.) Still a nope. Hard to Use ControlsThe whole drag and cut are super hard to navigate. I’m basically winging it dragging my finger left and right on the music track., to the point where I’m like meh..this will do. I was about to unsubscribe IMMEDIATELY until by total luck I was able to get it to do what I needed it to. Excellent For Novice cinematographersThis App works almost seamlessly with iMovie App for iOS. Pretty much any composition contained on Apple Music can be purchased and used without issue. I myself have purchased an entire album for a 7 min Christmas video produced for my family. If your Posting on IG or FB, you may get an email inquiring if use of music was paid for. I answered yes and never had another issue. My only complaint is that the Purchase didn’t seem to transfer over to my New iPAD PRO. I had to repurchase a song to get it to work. It was only 1.29, but the principle bothered me because of the possible implications. Had I purchased more music for the project, I would have had to chalk it up as a loss. For that reason I took away a star. There may be (and I hear there are) better apps for this sort of thing, but I am not comparing this to anything else I have used. User Error or Bug?I will update my rating if this is a user error - because I like the functions and tools within this app and it’s very easy to use. However, sometimes, despite saying my save was successful, I won’t see it in my camera roll (yes, I am subscribed/paying). Stopped working randomlyThis app has met my expectations up until today- it may be due to my IPhone update, but it no longer allows me to access my music library. App gets frozen during edit and doesn’t export 1hr long videoFor starters I thought making videos on the app was going to be a breeze but oh boy was I wrong. I got it and signed up for a subscription, I’m currently on day 4 of my 7days trial, I started and completed my first project, which was a 15mins video on day 2 of trial, things were very bad right from the start. The app kept freezing whenever I start scrolling through the clips. I some how manage to complete the project and saved the video in 4K on my iPad. I got right on the second project, which was a 1hr long video, just like the first project everything went badly as well, I mean yeah the app offers some good features, but this time around the app was not only freezing, it wasn't exporting the video to my device either. My internet connection was perfectly fine and it was still day 2 of the trial, so I kept trying to saving it on my iPad and it will show on the app successfully exported but the video never gets exported to my device and I had a lot of space on my device. Not goodI fought for hours with this ap. I selected all the photos I wanted, it was a large file, I went to create and it kept saying “something went wrong” with a retry or cancel button. My old subscription had expired a while back, but I need to “cancel” the inactive subscription in settings in order to change my debit card on my phone. Can’t do much with this app at allYou can’t make the music start at a specific part, and you can’t crop the video shorter. Too many glitches for a paid app.Updating review from below: way too many glitches considering its a paid app- which is not cheap by the way. $7 a week is crazy when we have iMovie that does the same thing. Clips won’t saveHey guys this app was great until it was time to save all of the hard work in editing that o had done. My phone actually didn’t have enough storage so I of course made plenty of room to ensure the edited video could now be fully “prepared” or downloaded. So finally I clear plenty of space and after trying at least 15 times (literally no exaggeration) to save the video to my camera roll I would get the “error” message. I took a screenshot of the error message but I cannot attach it here. Again all features worked fine until it was time to actually save to camera roll?????
