Yandex With Alice AI Customer Service

I am a native speaker of English learning Russian on my own. Yandex provides many avenues to do this, and because I spend a lot of time on the phone (unfortunately, and who doesn't right?) this is a great tool to immerse yourself in Russian. Works very well

Dear yandex, Yandex app in ios has only russian verson. There's no english, so it's hard for many people who are fans of Yandex but didn't understand for russian alphabets. Please, please, please make it also english verson. Thank you.

Google censors far too much. Yandex gives me good results and it's easier to download pictures.

Read the Developer responses & even though my device language is set to English, the app stays in Russian (I assume). EDIT: Thanks for your response. I look forward to the day when your app supports English 🤗

Приложение конечно хорошее, но бесит когда на сайтах появляется реклама вашего браузера, а ещё я постоянно не могу найти то чего желаю выходит либо реклама либо что-то другое, а ответа на вопрос нет. Разберитесь пожалуйста. Но на остальное жалоб нет. Дизайн страниц мне нравится также и Я.клавиатура с чудесным переводчиком.

On the mobile app (iOS), when making an image search, taking any image from the search results, and trying to zoom in, you will be disappointed, because you won’t be able to zoom in on any point of the image: The farther that point from the image center, the more difficult to zoom in on it because Yandex is built in a way that when you zoom in, the image is not immobilized, so the focus point is not dynamic. It’s static and it’s always represented by the center of the image. This needs to be fixed.

It’s ok. It does collect a lot of personal data. A lot of what’s collected seems to have no use in the big picture. I guess they are collecting data for reasons other than just making money. Final comment. The reviews here, North America or USA store have more reviews written in Russian. I don’t know who is responsible Apple or the developer but I’m sure others are like me and like to get a better picture of the App by reading reviews. One would think it being an Apple App that you could select the text and translate at least but you can not. This is just raises red flags for me.

I came to Turkey for vacation. Yandex app became half Turkish half English half Russian. My device language is English. Why the app switch its language by itself? Maybe there’s setting that can fix it but because I can’t understand Turkish so I wasn’t able to find it. I wanted to contact support but the “написать через форму” button didn’t work. Please fix it.

Yeah everything keeps changing in this app like the letter я becoming a y (yes, those are yandex’s icons) I speak english, yet i know the letters. it’s still pretty confusing, though.

Итак, к самому приложению вопросов я не имею, но ИИ чат с Алисой очень подвел. В рекламе великой Алисы упомянули, что она легко справится с домашними заданиями. Так вот, она не смогла даже нормально решить мне тест! Все не верно! Также, когда я прошу прислать ее ТОЛЬКО ответы, она присылает решение и пояснения. Оригинальный GPT так бы не поступил

Я возмущена. Сама алиса дает +- достаточно информации когда нужно, но когда хочешь чтоб она что то тебе нарисовала, то как оказывается даже для примера "файлы прикреплять нельзя". А когда я ее попросила нарисовать мне по тексту, то она мне ответила "я в таких темах не мастер". Что это такое?

Такая проблема: я иногда пользуюсь голосовым переводчиком видео с ютуба через мобильный, но после одного-двух раз успешного использования этой функции , при следующих попытках запустить голосовой переводчик видео, кнопка для перевода исчезает. И возвращается только при переустановке приложения.
