Rent CostsOne of the reasons I have stayed was the rent fit my budget. However, it seems that the sewage and the trash management costs have gone up. Good but NOT GreatI like the app because I don’t have to logon to my computer to check the status of a work order or pay my bills. I can do everything on this app that I can do on the computer. Horrible place to liveThe manager don’t care about the residents. They are infested with rats and roaches. There is trash everywhere. We pay for trash pick up and they don’t do that. They don’t help with any complaints that are filed. They don’t answer calls when residents call about the complaints. They don’t care. I would not suggest this community to anyone. They rather have the residents into it with each other then handle it their selves. The police is over here every other day..Game player 83Version: 12.9.0
