How do I cancel the ARQ™ Universal Remote Control subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select ARQ™ Universal Remote Control from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.

How do I delete the ARQ™ Universal Remote Control app?

Touch and hold the ARQ™ Universal Remote Control icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

I downloaded this app hoping it was a true universal remote, but I didn’t read the description well enough because this app has to connect to software inside your car. Unfortunately my car does not have a programmable garage door opener installed.

Trash product and awful customer service

I purchased a new car that came equipped with the frameless mirror with universal remote that can’t be paired to an apartment building gate. When you call their supposedly customer service number they transfer you from one representative to another that doesn’t know how their product works.
