The Paychex Time Kiosk app enables Paychex Flex® Time clients to turn an iPad® into a working time clock for their employees to record their time and perform other self-service options. Employees can quickly punch in/out, punch for lunches and breaks, and perform job transfers, even when the device is in a location without an established cellular or Wi-Fi signal. Employers can grant employees access to enter pay adjustments, request time off, view their schedule, and view/approve their time card. Clients can enable an optional image-capture setting during the time of a punch.

Stops working randomly, no help from supportDon’t buy this. Don’t let PayChex tell you that they have a solution for a time clock. This app breaks a random times and the answer from support is basically “shrug” and “please try downloading the new version when it’s available in the App Store next week”. The software didn’t stop working because of any new app version that we downloaded—it just stopped working. And they have no solution other than to hope that the next release fixes the problem. Frequent crashes and missed dataAbsolutely unacceptable level of “support” and reliability from a professional timekeeping provider.
