DanTDM AR Customer Service

I don't now how this works? I just can't figure it out I cant even take a picture of my two new puppies.

I gave this five stars only because I love dantdm but whenever I press start it shows me what my camera was looking at please tell me how to fix this I always love your videos dantdm especially your hardcore world please don’t die I want to see more❤️❤️❤️.

Because I don’t get the start is because when I click the start button it shows up my camera backwards .

I gave it 5 stars cause I love DanTDM, but the trouble is that when I press start, I try tapping the screen aka the camera view but nothing happens, and I wanna see cute pugs and Craig the creepy mailman

I’m only giving this app a five star because dantdm is a good YouTuber I can’t see the caricters I just see what’s in back of my iPads camera

Gave this app for stars because I hit start and I camera appears and nothing happens like I tried to tap it and swipe button nothing happens

So how do I get the characters onto the screen do I have to find some thing or print it or something? Please tell me.

I have a problem the characters on the cards seem to want to jump off And it would be pretty cool if they could interact with eachother

I don’t know how to snap the picture. It only shows the back button

When I was watching a Danton video he said he had and app so I downloaded it and it really wasn’t much I pointed my camera at Danton on the video I was watching on my computer and it made his hat turn red and his eyes also turned red and that was it and also when you press the arrow it just sends you back to the homepage. P.S DANTDM FIX YOUR GAME!

So I got the game for fun but when I got it... it didn’t really do well why because when you press start it does nothing I was standing looking after the start button was pressed for about 20 or 10 minutes or so then I selected the Arrow went back to the home page I’m only giving 3 stars because of DanTDM P.S FIX YOUR GAME

This game is not very good. I don't really like it. I hate that you have to buy cards for it. And is not worth the time and effort. This game is bad and I will not buy cards for it or download it again. I know you can do better dantdm. It would have been better if you didn't need cards. But it is still a little stupid. It is worthy of a 1 star rating.

I did a two star because the camera was not working I kept trying but it would not work I give a two stars because I like DanTDM but it won’t work for me so I suggest not getting this app because it might not work but you can get it if you want.

Well when I went on the camera I though there was going to be Dantdm and the other characters from his show. but it was a blank screen not very surprised but disappointing if I could I would have given it zero stars very upsetting.

It did the same thing I waited for 20 or something to 30 minutes and stuff although I’m a huge fan of DanTDM I’m not blaming him it’s not his fault but it would not let me do anything

Looks cool... except you have to get cards for him and I never ever seen those type of cards before so are those cards even a thing and how will you take a picture with it how does this thing work!?!

I tried to get it to work but it didn’t I got the camera on but it still didn’t work but I also LOVE DanTDM so I gave it a four star. 🤩 but 😭

Hey I’m having a problem with it and it’s not opening

It makes you to print out a sheet with 4 characters on it and the just appear and move it’s a waste of time useless app it should be 0 stars

I hate it because it’s just pitch blue when I started the game it was pitch blue everything was blue that’s why I gave it one star but I’m a big fan of Dan TDM not the gam

I was watching danTDM and he was doing fake calls on him!but then he said the only one that I know is reals is DanTDM AR so that's why it's one star but I can mane put it to 5 ONLY if you put a help thing on it!!!

There’s no instructions.... after you hit start nothing happens and there is only a back arrow.

Ok so heres the problem I press START but then it just shows a picture of my house! Like HOW CRAZY IS THAT! So I recommend you NOT to download this app

When I started the ar game, the title screen surprised me so I pressed start and nothing is happening. I look up. Nothing. Down. Nothing. Left. Nothing. Right. NOTHING. Am i supposed to have some kind of card to make characters appear? What is going on.
