Soundcore App Comments & Reviews

Soundcore Positive Reviews

I love my soundcore frames!!!!I know they’re sold out on the Encar website, but I was able to pick up a pair of Wanderes, on eBay NB , with the elusively hard to find Charging Case. I have to say I love these glasses, and I’ve tried a lot of Bluetooth glasses, VR glasses, etc. I love them so much I bought a second pair with the café frames and have them fit for my reading glasses prescription. It’s so nice to never have to worry about losing Airpods again. But the best part is this app is so awesome and customizable as far as being able to control the sound of the glasses, which are stellar for an open ear headphone. They are way better than Dan conduction. My favorite part is nobody even knows I am wearing a piece of tech when I’m wearing them. Please make all of the frames available on the website again. I need to get a set of promenade and aviators lenses!!!!.Version: 3.3.4

When does the space a 50 coming out,Wants better ear tips even better sound dont need it to pause when removed that will keep the cost down, hear id, better noise cancellation, and a set of the same specs with hooks for not falling out i could get basically what i am describing from Jlabs but i prefer soundcore, keep the battery life the same or increase somewhat ( the 50 hours is totally fine) love the app too, the best eartips are silicon covered over memory foam I buy them from a 3rd party for my sony wf-5000 earbuds, last though maybe just a wing attachment to help keep in ears but thos tend to get lost, love the find ur device feature, basically keep them the same maybe improved sound quality (which is great) , keep the bud battery life the same probably not having “pause when removed” ( dont need it just drains the battery) and fit is probably the biggest issue they stay in but as soon as ur moving around one falls out, memory foam covered in silicone is the best eartips ive ever used the passive noise cancellation is excellent i rarely have to turn on anc unless its reaally noisy, i prefer the in ear bud tips for that passive sound cancellation and i have earings so over the ear isn’t an option for me and i get better sound with the in ear options ( when they fit) love ur stuff i have gone though tons of different earbuds im not a stem style guy no apple airpods for me though im all Apple user.Version: 3.6.9

Some improvements are really needed. It’s been a couple of months and so far the product works as intended. I have been able to get better night sleep mostly because I can't hear anything else going on including my husbands really loud snoring LOL. That said, I have a few criticisms and one concern. 1. The navigation on the app is clunky and confusing. It takes me a few tries to remember where the sound effects are. 2. It is annoying that you can’t make changes to the sound once it is downloaded including its intensity. You have to start from scratch each time. 3. It is worrying that if my family ever needed to contact me, the earbuds are not designed to allow phone calls or alerts during the sounds effects. And my one concern is that for some unknown reason, I get little electric shocks from the connection parts of the earbuds. It doesn't cause any major injuries but it's enough of a jolt to make you jump. A couple of times, one earbud will drop connection and I have to reconnect through the app. Other than the above mentions, I'm okay with them in terms of what I wanted them for. I feel 3 stars are a fair assessment because there is room for improvement and the little mishap shocks I get..Version: 3.8.4

Depends What You BuyFirst, from a UI, form and general function this app does the job elegantly and simply. No notes here. However connectivity and your settings being saved really depends on the audio device you buy from Anker/Soundcore. This app works flawlessly for my Q45’s and my wife has the app on her phone working seamlessly with her Aerofit 2’s. Tuning them is responsive and settings flip in a millisecond of reaction when changing them in the app. Both of those are on the higher end of the price scale, though… And then we have my Sport X20’s, which is in the middle/low end of their price range lineup: Buggiest experience ever and my earbuds *constantly* lost connection with the app, despite me following their debugging tips: 1. No other Bluetooth or AirPlay devices being connected, yet uninterrupted Bluetooth connectivity on Apple’s side, 2. Full charges on case and the earbuds, 3. Continuous connectivity to WiFi. 4. I completed the recommended firmware update and did not interrupt the process, 5. The earbuds were never paired to any other device other than my phone. I eventually got all of my changes to save on the fifth try, but boy was it frustrating to go from a flawless onboard with my Q45’s to pulling teeth with my X20’s. I had to speed run saving my settings as I had ~30 seconds to save my selection or all was lost. Ultimately, my message is that you get what you pay for. Nicer products seem to get better support from Anker, and the cheaper models don’t seem to get the same love..Version: 3.9.10

Works great (except sleep data doesn’t work)The app is pretty easy to use, and connects quickly every time to the A10 sleep buds. The UI is a little confusing but once you figure it out it’s fine and easy enough to navigate. I thought I’d use music mode more often, but find that I use sleep mode almost exclusively, and it does help to fall asleep. The one negative is that the sleep data is extremely inaccurate. It shows sleep time past the time of day that it currently is (for example, it will show that I slept through to 8am even if it’s still only 4am - it’s as if it’s predicting what I’ll sleep and not actually tracking it). That said, while that would be nice to have, it’s not a must-have by any means, as there are other devices specifically made for that if you want something more detailed..Version: 3.3.1

LOVE LOVE, LOVE THEMThese are fantastic. They are great for going to bed and listen to something. My wife got it for her, but I got a chance to try them out before she did now she might not get a chance to because I think they’re mine. We might have to get a second pair. We lived in the woods and had wood heat for quite a while and that fire crackle just sounds so familiar that it takes me right back. The way it will stop your book when you fall asleep is awesome and if you snore it recognizes that,! it’s a very Intelligent system. No problem at least but no, so I don’t know what is not to like about them. I have either went out and ran a tractor which is extremely noisy and put a set of shooting earmuff on You must over the top of my ears and they canceled the sound they were coming in and they were great..Version: 4.0.70

Love the device, app needs workI purchased a Soundcore Wakey because of all of the changes and issues that are currently occurring with Apple iOS alarms. I have narcolepsy and require medication to be able to sleep, which occurs at the start of sleep & halfway through the night with a limitation of four hours. So, I need a consistent and reliable alarm. I also live in a city apartment building and need noise covering sounds to assist with staying asleep. I also use noise canceling headphones when working from home during the day, but this is not done with the Soundcore. So far the overall performance has been awesome. And the alarms have helped me to take my second dose of medication on time more consistently & wake up on time more consistently as well. But, I have two issues that have caused my three star review: 1. I have been forced to disconnect the device from my phone’s Bluetooth a few times due to the speaker stealing the audio from my phone or computer while I was working in my home office. Sometimes the fault I attribute to Apple disconnecting my Air Pod Pros when an alarm goes off, and the rest seem fairly random - and, yet no less frustrating, must be the fault of the Soundcore. This really should not be happening, ever. 2. I also find it exceptionally annoying that every time I leave my flat or need to disconnect from the speaker for the above mentioned reason the time limit I have set for the LED turn off gets reset from my desired 1 minute to the obnoxious default of never. 😠 I find it absolutely stupid that I have to reset this setting multiple times everyday..Version: 2.9.9

Great app. One questionEdited: I love this app and the headphones I have. I have the Life P3’s and use them as much as possible. Because of that, they sometimes get lost. And I searched up how to find a missing headphone, and it says to do the find my headphone feature on the app. My question is where is that feature? Other than that this app is great and I highly recommend it. Turns out I found you had to turn on the earbud to use it so it isn’t a help of the one that is lost is dead, and also when I pressed the button to make it have a loud noise play I don’t hear anything, even when I put the earbud in my ear I don’t hear a single sound. Is there something that I’m doing wrong? Or is it a problem that needs to be fixed. If so please fix it..Version: 3.0.4

Very helpful suggestion..I’d like to start of with saying I absolutely love this app along with my headphones!! The speaker and noise canceling features are perfect for me and I’m so glad I was recommended these. That aside, I’ve had a recent issue with my Soundcore Q20 headphones going missing. Everytime I’ve searched up how to better find these headphones or if there’s a locating option, it says there is one but for me there isn’t. I’ve noticed that all the newer earbuds seem to have it but not my headphones. So naturally, for a week now I’ve been stuck trying to find headphones that are said to have a locating feature but generally don’t. Aswell as having to turn them on manually or the Bluetooth doesn’t register. Now, If there is something I’m missing someone please let me know but I’ve done everything, and checked every section; yet still, nothing..Version: 3.9.4

Great, but one more feature would be perfectI have the Soundcore Wakey and it’s easily the best bedside alarm clock ever made, especially for smartphone users. However, it’s missing one thing that would make it perfect - an Apple Watch app. This way, you could run its audio through your Apple Watch Bluetooth rather than your iPhone. For example, my wife goes to bed before me and wants the sound machine on, which I run through this phone app. But then that means I cannot run any other audio from my phone. I’d like to, for example, watch Netflix with my AirPods before I fall asleep, but it auto runs through the Wakey. If I change the Bluetooth output to my airpods, I can’t run the sound machine any longer. Are there any plans in a future update to fix this issue without having a dedicated device solely to send audio to the Wakey via this app? An Apple Watch might be an easy workaround?.Version: 2.1.1

Headphone Better than App - App no so good and not necessaryEarbuds have proven well. Normal issues where one earbud does not last as long as the other. As for the App, it is not very reliable. Connection is not immediate, often taking several tries. Constantly sticks with ‘Retry’ as it cannot connect even though headphones/earbuds are connected and in full use. Even had times where entire life of earbud is used and app never connects. In all cases, phone is sitting on my desk not more than 6 inches from earbuds. When the app works, there are some cool features but they have rendered themselves useless since just connecting to the app is such an effort. All the updates to the app still have not solved this issue. It does not make sense how this simple Bluetooth connection fails connection of the app while the equipment is working fine. Coding needs to be looked at again and refined..Version: 2.8.5

Sleep Changer!!!I have had two pair of SleepBuds by Bose and both pair stopped working. So after months now of hardly any sleep, due to my husband’s snoring, I went online in search of a replacement. I could replace the Sleepbuds as Bose discontinued them. I searched and searched then I saw Soundcore by Anker. The prices was $179 and I did not want to ask my husband to buy something that cost that much. I just got some earbuds trying to make them work. After being grumpy day after day, he asked so I told him what was going on. Next day he came in with the Soundcore. I slept all night long and heard nothing. Soundcore has the same key portents that Sleepbuds have, different sound masking and alarm,!which makes it great for sleeping. So thankful to have my sleep back. ❣️❣️❣️.Version: 3.9.7

Good app useful but needs some updatesThe app is useful I like how you can tweak the EQ settings for the earbuds, adjust the controls for each bud (Liberty 3 Pro) switch ANC modes etc. but it’s far from perfect & needs the following improvements: - Using too much space to show images of the buds/case/battery levels etc, so that needs to be smaller & they can use the added space to add some of the most used controls to the first screen rather than having to tap “More Settings” to access ie. Device list/Multi-point menu etc. - Need the ability to swipe/long press, etc to delete old devices from the Device List section. - Liberty 3 Pro - This may not be app related but we need voice indicators when we change ANC modes from the buds directly. i.e. long press a bud & a voice says “Noise Canceling” or “Normal” rather than just hearing a tone play. Cheaper earbuds have this..Version: 3.0.3

Sleep on the Couch No More!I have always been a light sleeper and nothing worked to drown my partner’s snoring. 3-4 nights a week I’d end up on the couch or guest bed. I tried ear plugs, white noise apps, pillows over my head. Still the sound crept through. I researched noise-canceling solutions and noise-masking like my A20 ear buds. While noise-canceling seems to be great for steady, constant sounds (plane engines, road noise, etc), it’s not as good for irregular sounds like the staccato sounds of snoring and sleep apnea. From the first night I used these (2 months now), I haven’t had to go sleep somewhere else. The brown noise options and customizable sounds mask the snores almost (95%+) completely. They’re super comfortable. These have been a game changer. 20 years of suffering gone literally overnight..Version: 3.9.5

Nice features, privacy policy is a jokeFirst impressions matter. The first step on launching the app loads a “agree” button. I usually quickly scan these things, but when I opened the policy there were instant red flags. First, dark pattern design everywhere. Literally dark grey text on a black background. Stuff hidden off the side of the screen. Microprint without zoom or copy. No options for visually impaired users. Nobody does all that unless they are hiding something, didn’t take long to find the truck sized holes. Keeping in mind this is a headphone app, it claims the right to collect tons of info off your phone, combine that with information from other sources, then use it for targeted ads, or transfer it to data brokers. Keep in mind some of these devices have health sensors and have access to the health app data on your phone. There is no opt out on the app, and the policy routes requests to a generic email account and claim it can take 30 days to reply. By which point your data has probably already been packaged and sold. This appears to fail to meet either Apples policies or California laws(which they mention but don’t seem to comply with) Fix this to be readable, Accessible, and allow permanent and global opt-out from the privacy screen, and fully legally compliant..Version: 3.3.2

Great ValueI purchased Soundcore Life Q30 headphones based on CNET review and price which seemed like a deal when compared with Bose noise canceling alternative. My Q30’s just arrived and they appear to be a quality product and easy to pair. It took me a little longer because I didn’t notice my iPhone was already paired to my Apple ear buds, the pairing problem went away immediately after returning the buds to their case. I’m a wood worker want-to-be, so ear buds are not a good option when working with my table-saw and other power tools. Headphones are safer and more effective when noise reduction technology really works. Haven’t used them yet in my woodworking shop (garage) yet, but they are very lightweight, and the sound is excellent. Will update my review after a day of wood shop..Version: 2.3.3

More premium sound options, please?I enjoy listening to both my speakers and my LifeTune headphones however… Why are there are no options for Spatial Audio and the equalizer is limited to tune bass frequencies that aren’t appealing? When I first used the app, several years ago, I could have sworn the bass frequency started at 60 or 70Hz, when I downloaded the app a couple of years later, it starts the bass tuning off at 100Hz. A little lack-luster… Though both my speakers and headphones sound awesome and the noise cancellation options on the LifeTune are excellent, there’s a certain drawback when listening to Dolby Atmos enabled songs, I know they’re not true Dolby Atmos capable, but some spatial adjustments would be more than welcomed. Otherwise, I really enjoy the app it is just the lack of some key features that make it not worth the hassle….Version: 3.5.6

Love love love!Amazing headphones. I just recently got the Q30 headphones & love them!!! Awesome app features too! I have coworkers saying these have better sound quality than their Beats do! The noise canceling is awesome!!! Only 3 things I wish were different & are by no means a deal breaker nor effects the quality of the headphones: 1. Transparency mode on / off with 1 second touch is very sensitive— while doing yoga, my arms hit the headphones often and turns it on and off. Wish I could customize the settings with that to be either a different amount of seconds to hold, or have the ability to turn off and on the touch setting and only use the button when working out. 2. The app shows there’s a widget available which is awesome! It just isn’t an option on my iPhone 13 Pro. It didn’t show up for my coworkers iPhone 15 either. 3. When working out, headphone slip off my head sometimes. A little more tension could help but also could possibly cause headaches? Not deal breakers!!! Just feedback (: The price and quality of these headphones are absolutely amazing!.Version: 3.6.4

Wow!!! Super impressed!Ive had lots of different brands of earbuds and audio devices and always stuck with high end brands such as beats, bose, airpods, and sony. Then one time on a trip i realized I lost my beats set and bought some soundcore p30is, intending to replace them after i got back home. I was actually cery impressed by the sound quality right off the bat. Bass is really good, and its very clean. Battery life of the earbuds is also pretty good. The case battery life isn’t anything impressive but for the price its great. I ended up keeping them and recently bought another pair and only now realized theres an app! This app is unreal! Its designed very well andhas lots if features. I love Anker!!!.Version: 4.0.31

Soundcore is a Great Product , in my opinion the sound is better than my AirPods 1-2 .The Soundcore Sport Air were left in my pants on laundry day. They got a full heavy duty wash and a heavy duty dry . I’m not gonna lie they were super hot when I took them out and didn’t work that day. I totally forgot about them for 2 weeks and decided to upgrade to the Liberty 2 since I thought my Sport Air were done. 2 weeks later I found them in my travel bag and decided to charge them just one more time hoping they would work .... they did charge !! :D I charged them fully and at the moment I’m using them lol , this shows how tough this earphones really are. I love them and would prefer them over AirPods !!.Version: 2.0.3

Widget Lacks the Promised SupportIf not for this, then would be 5-star. Widget support took some time to catch up with iOS and 4NC. Soundcore sent a message saying that they are aware and will update the widget to work again. Since then, if I plan on needing the widget, it takes some troubleshooting of loading and reloading the full app, which after 1 or 2 or 7 times, it may or may not load the widget and, but either way, I have mostly stopped trying, especially when on the go, ironically when I most wished it worked correctly. Seems that they have moved on to new models having never resolved 4NC issues. To me, it is an issue of integrity, which I otherwise have associated with Soundcore (Anker)..Version: 4.0.40

Good, but could be significantly betterI have been using soundcore for the last three weeks. Overall the product and app work as published and consistently. However, there are a number of improvements that would make this significantly better including… 1) use iCloud storage for cross device availability, 2) better Speaker identification and classification (put list of speakers at top with first speaking point link, and when it mis-identifies a speaker let me override it), 3) Shortcut integration so that I can automate workflows with soundcore and other apps, 4) use Apple Intelligence to transcribe (faster/local). I strongly recommend it but the amount of time and effort to use the results is starting to reduce my use and these changes would give me my time back..Version: 4.0.31

Awesome!I have P20i soundcore earbuds and I LOVE them. I got the app because someone told me there was an app and I’m impressed. You can listen to stuff and even make your own white noise! There sort of noise canceling but not 100%. My earbuds connect immediately when I take them out of the case and they also seem to never lose battery (there 70% percent and I’ve been using them for 20+ hours without charging them) there is some credit thing where you earn credits for rewards and stuff but I don’t really know what it is. I know that you can get like discounts from it and stuff by doing task but I’m not sure if the tasks reset..Version: 3.6.7

Amazing brandI own the Life q30s and the Space a40s and i love both of them. the sound profiles could be a little better on both but the noise cancelling and battery life are incredible especially for their price. the earbuds lasted 8 days before they died and i use them for about 5-7 hours a day and the q30s last even longer than that. i do have one complaint is that whenever there’s a violent thud or shake like a car door shutting or the wearer jumping the earbuds have this really bad feedback for like half a second. other than that though im entirely satisfied with both products.Version: 3.6.9

Great app butThe app is overall awesome but there is one minor detail. I have a flare + and had it connected to my iPad. Then I downloaded the Soundcore app and tried pairing it in the app. I selected the flare series and when it brought that up, it says flare and under it says connect. I assumed it meant all the flares (flare mini, flare, flare+, etc). When I tapped the connect button, it loaded for a while and said error. I tried everything and it still didn’t work. Then I looked at the reviews and I learned you have to swipe to choose your model. After that, it worked, but it is still very confusing. I think there should be arrows or something indicating that you have to select your model. That is my only issue so far..Version: 2.1.0

AnnoyedI’ve been a Soundcore fan since the time the speakers were sold under the Anker name. Their Bluetooth speakers have been solid and reliable but their app on iPhone does nothing but drive me crazy. I only open the app to make sure my Soundcore3 doesn’t have the volume turned up high and wake my 2yr old. If I increase or decrease the volume using my iPhone buttons, the change represents 2 button pushes on the speaker itself. Why not synchronize this? Also why not make better features like auto volume leveling so commercials aren’t horribly loud after having the volume up to listen to a quiet show? The app is more gimmicks like drinking games which don’t really match the higher quality of the products..Version: 3.8.4

Great Product, one HUGE flawThe Wakey is a great product. Fast charging, incredible sound, extra USBs... There is one REALLY annoying issue with the Soundcore app. The Superior Sleep function has 11 sounds playing at once. With slide bars you can turn the individual sounds louder and softer but with my iPhoneX/ios13.3, the sounds do NOT turn off completely! All 11 sounds are playing at once. There are annoying bugs and birds in the background that I don’t want to hear -but there is no way to turn them completely off. I have the “wind” and “fan” sounds turned up all the way, (white noise) but you can still hear the other 9 sounds behind them that have the bar all the way off. A VERY annoying issue but one that could be easily fixed in an update..Version: 1.9.3

UnreliableI barely use these anymore because the Bluetooth disconnects from the phone after about an hour, so whatever I was watching or listening to begins playing out loud, waking up myself and my husband. There’s clearly an issue Bluetooth connectivity. Maybe these work better with non-iPhone devices? The app is also glitchy. If listening to a specific sound within the app, after about an hour, it reverts to the default sound. I’ve tried all sorts of fixes, but nothing works. Everything simply needs a major software update! Wearing AirPods in bed is terrible, but at least they’re much better quality, and more reliable, not to mention work equally well with the soundcore app..Version: 5.0.02

*Almost* PerfectI recently ordered the Q30 Headphones, and all the features in the app and on the headphones work great, but there’s just one specific problem with the app itself. I have an iPad Pro, but the app interface when launched has the same amount of pixels as a phone screen, meaning it didn’t scale up on my device. This also makes a few more things difficult, because the keyboard when used in the app don’t have my passwords or autofill in it, and since the keyboard is so small, it makes typing in my passwords and info a real challenge. Other than that, great performance overall, really impressed with how much came for the low price!.Version: 2.7.9

Outstanding ApplicationThis is one well done app. I’ve had absolutely no problems connecting with my Life Q20+, Life Dot2s, or my latest Liberty 3Pro’s. In fact it’s using the app with the latter that prompted me to write a review. Maybe it’s sounding like I’m an Anker fanboy…I guess that may be so…but with good reason. The versatility of this app with the Liberty 3 Pros is amazing! Sure you can switch between ANC and transparency modes, and assign various touch patterns to the functions as you prefer ( and there’s a bunch) but mostly I like the ability to customize numerous EQ curves. Or is it the ability to manually adjust the desired level of noise cancellation? Not sure, but it’s nice to have the ability. You can also choose from numerous preset curves and leave the ANC/transparency on auto, your choice! This app is all about “your choice”. The app also did a nice job figuring out my specific ear canal acoustics and tuning a curve to it. Well done! I could drone on and on for sure, I guess. I just wanted to say WELL DONE Anker!.Version: 2.8.8

Wow no signup requiredI am so pleased that the best Bluetooth speaker has the best app to go along with it . Just like Bose or Sony you can adjust everything in the app like eq and there are all sorts of extras as well . And the best part no stupid sign up with your email address! I will be. Using more sound ore boom 2’s and maybe now a boom plus!!!! Thanks anker sound ore you guys really know what the customers want. Not only is it the best sounding speaker on the market it’s the best app too. I tried every speaker from Bose to beats to Marshall and Sony . This is the best bang for the buck full stop..Version: 3.9.8

Great app, one complaint.I bought a Boom 2 and I LOVE IT. The sound is loud, crisp, and clear. It has incredible bass range with stunning volume. I got the app and after some playing found the light customization and got to work. One thing that irks me is the lack of a ‘save colors’ button. If you want to change a light mode’s color, you have to do it manually, with no save states. For instance, I like the flame light, but I sometimes want red flames, and sometimes blue flames. I would like to pick a preset in a list and change it instantly. That would be lovely. Another thing: the color picker is 2D, with hue and saturation. It would be nice to pick value as well..Version: 3.6.5

Functional but irritating glitchesI have a pair of space a40s. Most of the time the app does not recognise when they are paired to my phone via bluetooth or not. I’ll pair them in settings first, then listen to music. If I open the app later, it’ll often tell me that my earbuds are not paired (which is not true) and I should go to settings. I click on the button that takes me to bluetooth settings and then immediately return to the app. Only then am I able to access settings like turning on and off noise cancelling/transparency mode. It’s a waste of 10-15 seconds of my time each time and I don’t think that time should be wasted. Otherwise clean and comprehensible interface..Version: 3.3.7

App GlitchI’ve had my Wakey for a few years now and absolutely love it, I use the white noise feature every night and the alarm when I need it. My only complaint is that for the past few weeks there’s been a glitch in the app. When I go to set up an alarm and select at what interval I want the snooze to happen, instead of it showing the options properly (5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.) it’s just gibberish. Luckily it doesn’t effect the functionality and I’ve used it for so long that I already know which bubble to tap, but I hope there’s a fix soon..Version: 3.4.9

Great app, not necessaryThis app is great, it did everything it said it would do. I particularly liked it because I could change the setting (noise canceling vs transparency vs normal) very easily. I could do that with the touch controls on the earbuds, but it was hard to know what setting I was on. My only problem was that the app was formatted for an iPhone, so it looked kinda strange on my iPad. It is just a little thing, but it annoys me every time I use it. This app definitely makes things such as controls and custom sound quality easier, but you would do just fine without it..Version: 3.1.6

Just one wishI love this product. I have the sleep headphones and they have been an amazing help with my sleep and I recommend them if you are okay with sleeping with headphones. The only thing I would change about the app is that I would be able to access my alarms and sleep sounds without connecting my device. Sometimes I’d like to make adjustments while I don’t have my device handy and I can’t. Other than that, big fan. If you’re still reading I recommend the sleep A20s and a sleep mask if you struggle with sleep. It was a game changer for me..Version: 3.9.7

AwesomeBeautiful compact mobile sound. Love it..Version: 2.2.3

Awesomeness 😜😜This speaker is amazing and the bass WOW!!! This speaker should be way more expensive for the sound that comes out of it and build quality and material is TOPS u will not be disappointed …just go and buy it.Version: 2.7.3

AppI got the sounflare mini, works great 10/10 speaker, the issue I have is with the app, it’s cool what you can control and I like the features but when I go to edit any of these things, like the lights or the equalizer I can’t go back to the main page I have to close the app and reopen it.Version: 2.8.4

FixCan you fix how quickly the app recognizes it’s connected via Bluetooth. I feel like I’m waiting for ages to click on my audio profile when I open the soundcore app and wait more for it to recognize it’s already connected to the earbuds to click on my sleep audio library..Version: 5.0.02

Not working well after latest app updateLoved using the ear buds for months then after the latest app update. They keep disconnecting from Bluetooth. I have to reset in the middle of the night, they also keep going to sleep mode with rain back ground. I keep having to shut this horrible feature off, every night. Not sure what to do, not happy with them anymore..Version: 5.0.02

Connecting doesn’t workI use the app for my boom v2 and it worked for a while but for some reason the app no longer recognizes that my phone is connected to the speaker and won’t let me change any speaker setting Im not sure what the problem is I’ve tried disconnecting the speaker closing the app nothing will work.Version: 5.0.02

Soundcore liberty 4ncWorks great, the sound and noice cancelling work great.Version: 4.0.71

Very goodIt feels like luxury.Version: 4.0.61

Great eq featureAs an audio engineer I rly enjoy the eq feature in the app, more speakers and headphones need eq customization(not a 3 band tho).Version: 4.0.50

Useful for someone with misophoniaI had to get earbuds with an EQ app. This one was perfect as it lets me customize frequencies to help with my misophonia. Only negative is that the ear buds don’t connect automatically to the app..Version: 4.0.61

Top-tierUsing with Soundcore Sleep A30 earbuds. A lot of thought went into this system. Great sleep quality improvement. Really happy with this purchase.Version: 4.0.50

So underratedHonestly, you don’t need the name brand pods. These guys have it figured out for a fraction of the price and the quality to compete. Usually, the software is lacking for budget brands like Anker. But! Anker has that figured out too. Even more options than the name brands. Whether it is noise cancelling, ambiance setups, EQ or fading. This app has it all!!.Version: 3.9.7

Need a Lite VersionThe app does what it’s supposed to do quite well. However, those of us just wanting it to control the headphones we purchased would like a lite version that does just that. No need for a product catalog and yet another AI hand in our pockets making us need more storage for unwanted self-promotion and excessively redundant features..Version: 4.0.50

Straight forward howeverI use this app for my A30 sleep buds i find them take long to detect that the buds are connected and the other issue is my sleep report doesn’t sync with apple health. I am hoping future updates will add:enhance those two..Version: 3.9.8

Charging issue happened since the last update. My A20 can't charge to 100%. This is weird…before the latest hardware update it worked just fine. Now no matter for how long I put them in the charge box, both earbuds can only be charged to 80%.Version: 3.9.8

Amazing 😊The sound quality is so good and the app is great 👍.Version: 3.9.5

GreatGreat sound and adaptability in noisy environments.Version: 3.9.3
