Here are a few aspects that stand out to me: Seamless Communication: The ability to send messages, make voice and video calls, and share multimedia files effortlessly has made WhatsApp indispensable in both my personal and professional life. End-to-End Encryption: The security features, especially end-to-end encryption, give me peace of mind knowing that my private conversations are safe and secure. User-Friendly Interface: I find the app incredibly easy to use, even for someone who’s not particularly tech-savvy. It’s intuitive, and navigating through it feels natural. Cross-Device Syncing: The ability to use WhatsApp on both my phone and desktop, along with WhatsApp Web, makes managing my messages so convenient and accessible, no matter where I am. Group Chats & Status: The group chat feature is perfect for keeping in touch with multiple people, whether it’s family, friends, or colleagues. Plus, I love being able to share status updates with my contacts. No Cost for Calls and Messages: The fact that WhatsApp allows me to communicate globally for free, as long as I have an internet connection, is something I truly value. That said, I’d love to see more features that can enhance our user experience, such as more customization options for notifications and better management tools for large groups. I sincerely love WhatsApp Business because with this app I could assigned a telephone number to my business and separate my personal number from it. It’s so genuinely designed for businesses with all the features you can apply it on your account; like: arrange chats, assign labels for easy follow ups, quick replies, have available business hours for your possible clientele! It’s amazing! I would love it even more, if WhatsApp Inc., could have WhatsApp Business compatible with iPad, because a great volume of businesses have an iPad for their daily business operation's. It could work with WiFi Only iPad’s and also with the iPad’s that work with cellular connection. It would be a tremendous great opportunity to continue with the growth of WABusiness downloads with a next update making it available and compatible for iPad.

I love the app….. but it needs some changes. As business owners it would be great to give the customers the option to make changes to their cart after we (Business owner) made changes to their order. Example: One of my customers placed an order and sent in their request. After updating and add custom orders, I sent it back to them. The customer then change their mind and want to now add more items to their cart. Surprisingly they can’t undo their order. We would like the option for them to make changes to their order before placing their order. Please see this!!!! I would also love if we could get to add a item within a Collection AFTER we create it. Not add an item then create a Collection. AND!!!!!! have an option within the ADD ITEM where we could select the ALREADY CREATED Collection!!!!!! I AM USING THIS APP FOR MY SMALL GROCERY STORE AND ITS BEEN GREAT. IF THESE BUGS CAN’T BE FIXED THEN TELEGRAM WILL TAKE OVER BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAVE THESE FEATURES. PLUS MORE!!!

Whatsapp business is a great app to have a more effective and efficient interaction with a potential client, and even though it gets the job done…it could be better. Here are a few ideas: -Search bar for the catalog (from both ends; client and business owner). This would help do business on this app in so many ways, and truly make life easier for not just the client, but also the business to have quick access to everything already registered. -Tags for products. Something similar to the tags for contacts; a few optional tags that would help not only with the 1st idea, but also could be useful to sort the catalog (similar to the contacts feature). -Option for client to see ALL catalogs at a quick glance (similar to the already existing feature for the business side). It would also be immensely useful for the client to be able to get a quick idea what type of products are being sold by the business and could really help accelerate the interaction process. -AND lastly… The ability to share individual products from the catalog page. (As a client and business owner). This would make it to where potential clients and even the owner could share a specific product with someone and or in groups or etc. Maybe even something similar to the feature of the cart and the ability to share in other chats. Other than that, the app is great. 4/5… for now…

App is wonderful however, we would ask you to consider below updates please; 1. Enabling us add music to our status while uploading. 2. Ability to set keywords so when such key words are mentioned in our chats, it automatically brings the chat to the front. 3. Ability to create a folder without it looking like a group. Like a folder where we can put various customers and their need and then visit the folder to collect info easily. Folders can be done on a seperate column. 4. Automated replies linked to keywords, like when customers type account” hence I already have account number saved on whatsap, it should be able to respond to the customer. 5. I also think that there should be a pop up question when someone wants to put our chats on erase. I should get a pop and confirm if okay with it else the chats should only erase the inniators end and not mine. 6. Please let’s be able to pin upto 5 or more contacts. I am pleading.🥹🥹 7. When are we going to have an interphase that enables us atleast view our various whatsap messages in one app even if it means not being able to reply but imagine moving from one app to another when I don’t want my reminders on all the time. We all know Our Lord God Jesus is coming soon and am privileged to be chosen and ordained as one of God’s laborers to do this task for him. Doing God’s work for me is the highest calling and to be called for service at this moment of retirement is indeed a big challenge for me . I am highly favored and honored to be a servant of the Lord . Previously , I was a full time servant in a church for 10 years but when my Pastor died I went abroad and still continue to serve God on my free time but now now that I am retired a new vision God gave and chose me to spearhead the ministry geared to help small churches and needy members of the church . So the mission is to go places connect to small churches which ate recognizing Jesus as of the head of that church and help poor people if their needs in the spiritual and physical needs

WhatsApp business Hangs First and foremost; I'd like to say a huge and fantastic thank you for creating such a resourceful app, it's the best thing for businesses out there at the moment. Sincerely it's so good. But it's got a few bugs that we've got to fix up. Anytime I send a status update or delete one; my WhatsApp goes out of service, it just hangs and you can't click anything at all. Nothings gonna work for about 5 minutes and it's frustrating. The same thing happens when I put my data connection on and opens the app: it just goes out of function for a while. Yesterday i was receiving status updates from other contact but I was unable to upload mine, I mean the whole day g ) ), people sent me text (chats) but my response refuses to send out . I thought it was going to last a few hours and itd be back up but no, it started about 4:30pm yesterday sept 14 and till this moment it's still like that; I mean today is 10:05 sept 15 g w w. Had to delete and now downloading all over, chats lost cos if I recover chats I might face the same predicament Go Go please help us fix this. Nonetheless, you've got a great app here. Kudos

I’m currently enjoying available features on WhatsApp business, but I think it will be more helpful if you make a feature which allows the wa business user to set a reminder which can be accepted by the customers to be reminded for example a customer promises to do the transaction in the next week it’s very possible that a business owner may forget to remind the customer and the customer may forget about the business, therefore a reminder can be helpful to schedule it for a specific day which a customer may transact , both a business owner and a customer should reminded to take action on the previous conversation. Secondly, I’m suggesting that on Labels, let it be possible to send a message to all the people who are in the same label , it can be helpful too🙏

I’d say WhatsApp business is the best app for dealing transactions so far. The features are really good, the business tools and the voice note on status but since the voice note update, WhatsApp status has not been loading like it should. The status stop loading the minute you leave WhatsApp and continue only the minute you return to it, leaving the ones that were uploaded while you were away out. I don’t know if this is a newly added feature or a bug but please, fix it. It’s affecting business owners already, customers that were away when we uploaded goods won’t be able to see it and that’s reducing our sales.

Hello! I was trying to install the WhatsApp Business app on my Apple Watch, but I wasn’t able. There is a WhatsApp app in the Apple Watch App Store, but not the WhatsApp Business app. I don’t use the WhatsApp app, I use only the WhatsApp Business app, and I want to have it on my Apple Watch, too. It is very necessary and would be very convenient to use on the Apple Watch. And it wasn’t possible also to link the WhatsApp app on my Apple Watch to the WhatsApp Business account on my Apple iPhone. So, I ask the developers to create a WhatsApp Business app for Apple Watch or to make the necessary configurations to give the users the opportunity to use the WhatsApp Business app on Apple Watches.

I have been using WhatsApp for years and I have been able to back up and restore my backups from iCloud. Anytime I got a new phone. Unfortunately, although I have had a previous back up when my phone went to put the other day with a weird green screen on my iPhone, and I had to get a new iPhone, when I re-downloaded WhatsApp the only version of my account is one that is from a year ago. It’s still even says the last backup was on July 12 and still not back up. How can I manually restore from the most recent back up? All of my work, all of my music, everything gone. This is devastating.

This is critical because many entities in Mexico use WhatsApp, but only accept Mexican phone numbers, banks, shipping companies, retailers, delivery drivers, utilities, federal and local government agencies. They might be sending WhatsApp messages to your Mexican number, but if your regular WhatsApp is already associated with your U.S. number, you will never receive those messages. Installing WhatsApp Business solves that problem; the only downside is you have two apps to deal with. I place to two app icons side by side on my iPhone Home Screen.

First of all, I must say a very big thank to the Whatsapp team for this, this app has helped my business grow and I do not take it for granted. But recently I noticed that I don’t get to see peoples update when I am out of the app only when I am online. If my WhatsApp is open I get to see people statues update but the moment I am out that is it. Some times I am out for one hour and the last update is 1 hour ago and be 1 or 2 minutes because I just came online. Pls what is going on because it seems I am the only one experiencing this. Pls kindly fix this as this is affecting my business with my partners. Thank you.

Okay so I love announcing new upcoming stuff on my business account in status, but I don’t always want to save so many numbers in order for them to see my status. Plus, when I get a new customer, they can see it directly without us having to add them to our contacts. Of course, it would be nice to have the buttons available when posting. For example, I wanna share something with my contact list? Have a button available for “share with: only contacts” “share with: everyone” Or even “share with: close friends” would be a super rad feature.

I’m enjoying WhatsApp and it’s really helping my God’s given Ministry (JESUS ENDTIME FIRE MINISTRY OF GOD) a lot. I recommend WhatsApp for all Glorious God’s created social Animals all over the world. Thank you WhatsApp. However, There are just two very serious issues I will like to recommend for the next version upgrade. They are: 1). Fix Auto Repeat Voice Record: There are very important and extremely precious voice records that requires to be automatically repeated without having to keep pressing the play button each time. Please kindly Fix this in the next version upgrade. I strongly believe it can be fixed. 2). Fix Auto Recall Previous status updates: There are very important status updates that needs to be repeated or recalled. I want to believe it’s possible to fix the auto recall according to their time and dates. Please kindly consider these two issues for the next version updates. I wish for WhatsApp to Live Forever in JESUS NAME.

Can you create a feature where users can share their WhatsApp links, each with a personalized message. This would be especially useful for referrals, as people can customize their messages when sharing the link. This way, when someone clicks on the link and opens WhatsApp, the customized message will be automatically inserted. This helps businesses identify the source of the referral and who the link was shared by. This feature enhances the referral process and ensures a smoother experience for both the users and the business.

I had been waiting for a sort by unread messages for a long time until it finally appeared on the normal WhatsApp (not business). And I was delighted … finally!! But then when I switched to WhatsApp business to my great disappointment and for some strange reason this feature did not make it over .. it is such a crucial one for me.. labels only go so far… plus to actually use labels is cumbersome compared with just marking a message as unread and then moving on.. PLEASE PLEASE incorporate it into WhatsApp business ASAP 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Really the best and I will give a five star, but not going to do because of the issues I’m having I don’t know If it bug fixes or whatever, whenever I’m out of whatsapp I won’t see status updates that are being updated while I’m offline probably on other apps, or I switch off my cellular data I won’t see status that have been updated while my cellular is off, I’m experiencing a lot and this issue has got me thinking of what to do, I would love a feedback to as what I can do !! My only regret is the underutilized tag feature. As a business app, I think the label feature has great potential customers for follow up, creating targeted broadcasts or customized groups. At a minimum, it could help me sort through my contacts easily. I am also hoping I can use this label feature to create a community, send customized messages when they contact me or even get customized alerts. I suspect the dev team have plans for this feature and I am excited to see what they accomplish in subsequent updates.

WhatsApp is such a fantastic app that hasn’t generated a pro version not even the Business WhatsApp … I wish to be contacted because I can make several tender for a policy to benefit pro users . For example ‘A pro user can see how many group each and every of his/her contact is managing at the moment and another one is forwarding calls for example your data is off it’ll forward it to another WhatsApp of your programmed choice . Like I said I have multiple policies hope to be contacted some day best regards .

I came back from class to find out my WhatsApp account was banned and that’s the only media I communicate with my family outside the country and I enjoyed using it but all of a sudden this happened I’m really depressed now and don’t know what to do I have no idea why my WhatsApp was banned and how that happened but I will seek for a release on my account because I’m schooling here in Africa and there is no other way I could get in touch with my family abroad so I will like that to be quick

I really would have rated this the best business tool but I have to be honest, there are some irritating bugs that has been there for way too long. 1. WhatsApp hangs when I switch on my data. My WhatsApp literally hangs on everytime my data is on and I’d have to switch off my data to be able to reply to texts 2. When it’s not hanging because of my data connection being on, it’s hanging because I just uploaded a status. Every single status update sends my WhatsApp on some 5-minutes-out-of-commission journey. I’ve been using WhatsApp Business for a while, and it’s been great for managing my catalog. However, I’ve recently noticed a problem — whenever I upload a new product, it no longer appears at the top of the “All Items” section as recently added. Instead, the new products show up randomly in the middle of older items, which makes it hard to find or organize them. Please fix this so that newly uploaded products appear first again. It really helps sellers like me keep track of updates easily.

First I will like to say I enjoy using this app deu to he fact that it’s for business too but I had an issue earlier this morning about the app refusing to open so they told me I had to contact their email🤦🏽‍♂️, And I really needed to use it this morning, I’m just confused that the same WhatsApp buisness I know isn’t supposed to respond this way it’s business for real 😪but well I hope you get I fixed soon or else I’m deleting it, it’s a great app tho, so I’m just gonna rate it 5 stars ⭐️ before leaving .

I’ve never written a review before. I’ve been loving WhatsApp since the day I started using it.. but for this,… I feel I must write something. There’s nothing I hate most now than the fact there’s no delete option for WhatsApp status. What if I mistakenly post something and I need to delete is asap?? That’s a bummer. Please. You guys really need to get this fixed. It’s really uncomfortable for me being unable to delete a particular status post. And this is making me avoid WhatsApp now.

It’s a good overall tool but I have a client issue affecting my business no date. when I use WhatsApp for texting purposes there is no date put beside the text which means if I have to go back to find information that I have texted i m outta luck. finding the date would be much easier to locate previous texts from clients. why do you not add a date iMessage does?

WhatsApp business should stop logging customers out because of some activities they don’t want pls . Some of my friends have lost their customers because business WhatsApp log them out and asking them to enter their pin and some of us are not longer in the American . And we travel a lot. I think if WhatsApp , instagram and Facebook can stop this nonsense the app will be more grate. I lost my usa WhatsApp number last month because of WhatsApp logging me out. And customers are now finding it hard to believe that I’m still the one messaging them. Secondly my instagram account was suspended and after verification instagram still take down my account and not just that I linked my Facebook account of 17 years and my page and now I can’t have access to my Facebook account anymore because my account was now totally disabled. Instagram should stop asking information that it’s not used when opening the account. That’s total nonsense asking for drivers license or passport when opening account was just with phone number or email and now they are keep asking for what was not on the account and when someone can’t provide that information. They take down your account. Please kindly restore all Facebook accounts that was linked with instagram. It’s will really help us to come back online again thank you. You stop taking down accounts. Allow customers to operate freely whose so ever fall into any scam its not your business or fault. On behalf of thousands of users who WhatsApp business or Facebook, instagram accounts have been disabled for no reasonable reason please kindly stop this act.

It cost me a lot of money buying new numbers although I do have 2 contact of my friends I’m contacting them that’s all and every number I buy I get logged out directly when I try to text them or call them and then banned my number I thought there is a bug in the app because no way I will get banned without a reason for contacting my friends only !? I never contacted any strangers at all or do anything against their terms I’m contacting only 2 of my friends that’s it i spent a lot of money buying new numbers because I thought the problem was with number never come cross my mind that this issue which harm me a lot was from WhatsApp itself they are the one keep banning me with out any reason !??? This banned policy should be stopped immediately if anyone is annoyed it’s enough to block and that’s it no need to banned users for contacting their friends and no reason to banned anyone who get one block of one report from any hater!!! Reports and blocks should not be less than 5 or 10 to make sure these guys are doing something wrong not one single block or report from any angry friend or hater cause the harm on all my devices and can’t use WhatsApp it’s not my fault I didn’t never ever do anything wrong or against the term this is can’t be done it’s impossible who will get my money back !?? 5 days ago, it was not functioning properly and it wasn’t out of update then so I been dropping a texts for my friends but my messages couldn’t drop and theirs was not dropping also, my status was not loading as if I has bad internet 🛜 connection but my network was perfect then so I don’t know why it was not responding then so I have to wait till the second day because I realized that it was about to out of update then so I waited till second day which is 3 days ago so I could see it then, it has been out of update then I updated ✅ it so it was functioning then but my surprised was that, since yesterday, it has not been functioning properly again why? Since yesterday, I couldn’t use my WhatsApp Business 💭😢 as if it is not connected with the internet 🛜 my status couldn’t load, I couldn’t drop a chat nothing nothing and my normal WhatsApp which is not WhatsApp Business, it is still functioning and it is not stressing me like this WhatsApp Business. Your App is very bad I think I should delete it and tell all my people to delete it and not using it anymore because it is too bad. If you don’t want that to happen, you have to get fixed if it so it could be working perfectly now before we uninstall it all Your App is very bad😩🥲😭

I’ve found WhatsApp to be increasingly unreliable, especially when it comes to account security and customer support. My account was compromised last year, and despite reaching out to WhatsApp multiple times, all I’ve received are automated emails with no real solutions or follow-up. No one ever personally contacted me to assist in recovering my account. What’s most concerning is how easy it seems for hackers to gain access to your account, contact list, and any other information linked to your WhatsApp. This app appears to be set up in a way that leaves users extremely vulnerable, giving unscrupulous individuals the ability to take over accounts without any meaningful way to trace or stop them. Unlike other platforms such as Facebook, which offer more visible layers of protection and recovery options, WhatsApp seems to lack both accountability and a reliable security infrastructure. Until they make serious improvements, I strongly caution anyone considering downloading or using this app. It simply doesn’t feel safe, and it seems like WhatsApp doesn’t care enough to protect its users.

With the recent updates to WhatsApp being used in FaceBook/MarketPlace more scams are happening and Zuckerberg does ZERO to POLICE any of it. As long as they pay for advertising, they can advertise anything. My WhatsApp worked perfectly and was encrypted but something happened in an update that allowed me to use my APPLE IPHONE 13-pro to save my password and allow my facial recognition to open my WhatsApp…. When the next update/bug fix updated my phone, my password was gone, I had to change my Apple password and that created an error for Apple to forget my Whatsap password or WhatsApp now required me to remember the password which I could not, and Whatsap refuses any customer service. I just lost a $15,000 commission because Apple and WhatsApp keep no password, therefore you have no way to recall people, chats, quotes, invoices, etc…. And WhatsApp does not answer emails or messages. They lie about getting back to you. They also lock you out longer, every time you enter an incorrect guess at your password.. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS TO META OR WHATSAPP NOR MARKETPLACE.

I have a concern and complaint! I want to bring to the Attention of the app developers that once someone in a group chat is officially removed by Admin that same person can and will be added again automatically if that person has a backup. By having a back up of the group chat once the person deletes and restores the app information the person will be added back to the group by default without Admin knowing. However other participants can see that the person is added. Admin does not have the ability to remove again. because the person appears “ghost” to everyone in the list of group participants but the person can still see and be apart of the chat! Please update this as soon as possible this is clearly a glitch that needs prompt attention! I also have a few suggestion, Once someone is formally removed from a group by Admin all information from that group should disappear ex: previous group chat messages and participants info etc Next Admin should have the ability to block person from the group even with a reset link the blocked individual should not be able to enter group. Also Admin should also have the ability to select which individuals can send messages in the group right now it’s only two options which is only Admins can send messages or All participants can send messages. Again there should be another option to select which in visual can participate or an option to block and unblock an individual from participating. Lastly the Admin should have the ability to delete any participant or spam messages for all. So the entire group will not be able to view the message.

I’ve been using WhatsApp Business for a while, and while it works well for chatting with customers, I’m really disappointed with how it handles video posts on Status. Every time I upload a video, the quality drops significantly and becomes blurry. This is a big issue when you’re trying to share clear product visuals or promotional content with your audience. As a business owner, presentation matters — and having sharp, professional-looking videos is key to building trust and engagement. It’s frustrating to spend time creating high-quality videos only to have them look pixelated after uploading. The compression is too aggressive, and it ruins the customer experience. I hope WhatsApp can improve this soon by either reducing the compression or allowing HD uploads for business accounts. Until then, the Status feature just doesn’t feel useful for sharing videos professionally.

I had an Instagram for over a decade and in november it was suspended for "fraud". I had never violated any of the community guidelines. I filed several appeals with videos of my face and sent several emails to Instagram support without a response. This was during hurricane Helene disaster in my area and without phone lines this was one of the only ways to contact some people. My Facebook was also disabled as a result. There Was never a response to my suspension and eventually I got an email saying it had been permanently banned again. I've never violated any of the community policies. I created a new Facebook and Instagram account which I have had for less than a month. Twice now, my Instagram account has suspended me from doing certain activities like adding friends or liking and viewing stories. I don't like an excessive amount of stories or comment excessively. I also did not follow a large number of people. I was only trying to follow the ones I had followed previously on my prior Instagram. Today I received another notice that my account has been disabled for fraud. This time it requested not only a video of my face but a picture of my license or ID. I submitted both but I'm not hopeful since I didn't get a response last time. There is clearly an issue with suspending accounts incorrectly, there should be a team to be able to respond and correct this, especially since it's some peoples only form of contact with others. This is honestly one of the worst business apps I have ever used. WhatsApp Business completely ruined my catalog. Products duplicate themselves randomly over and over again, some items disappear from All Items for no reason, and the app constantly freezes and glitches while editing products. I waste hours fixing the same problems every single day, only for everything to break again. This is supposed to be a business app from Meta, yet it feels unfinished and unstable. The most frustrating part is the terrible support. They only send useless copy-paste replies without actually solving anything. It genuinely feels like nobody even reads the reports. These are not small bugs. These issues directly affect businesses, customers, and sales. Imagine managing a large catalog and suddenly your products duplicate 50 times by themselves or randomly disappear. Then after deleting them, they come back again like the app is broken beyond repair. I tried everything: * Updating the app * Reinstalling it * Testing on another device * Cleaning the catalog * Logging out and back in Nothing works. At this point the app is becoming unusable for business owners. The amount of bugs, glitches, and instability is embarrassing for such a massive company. Stop adding pointless features and fix the core problems because the current state of this app is absolutely terrible.

Why the copy? Who ever told you guys we needed people to tell when we take screenshots of their chats?? Leave that for Snapchat (reason why most people don’t use SC to chat!). Pls and pls, we love WhatsApp the way it is, if you ever wanna make any update as it seems you’re very excited about making them, then make it easy for people to download WhatsApp status, or repost status mentions with the name of the person that made the status originally (cos right now, it actually looks weird, my viewers are confused what I’m talking about cos they don’t know it’s actually a status repost), or enable us to set upload to WhatsApp status in HD, right now it’s just in-chat, contents on WhatsApp status still looks terrible. These are worthy updates to make. Not telling people when we take ss of their chats. One thing is certain, if you don’t remove this unnecessary update, you’re gonna lose a whole lot of customers already on WhatsApp!!!

For us business owners, looking presentable and having clear visuals during client calls is so important. Also, I think it’s time to consider adding a restriction on taking screenshots or recording private video conversations. As far as the realization that most or some folks realize probably in the middle of the night. one suddenly realizes that life is short and one day you will obviously pass. I am trying to replace the person that I once were. back in the mid 80s. I used to airbrush guitars for a couple off guitar companies because obviously, I loved what was being created. When my artwork was created on the front of a guitar, it still had to go through so much more for that guitar to be absolutely unique. The app crushes video quality so hard your clips look like they were recorded on a 2005 flip phone. Want to send a high-quality file? Forget it—size limits and compression turn everything into pixelated garbage. And don’t even think about switching apps while something uploads. If you’re not actively staring at the screen, uploads stall or fail completely—with zero warning. You might think a video sent, but nope—WhatsApp just gives up silently. In 2025, how is this still a thing? To make matters worse, they’ve now removed one of the most basic features: seeing if your voice messages were listened to. Why? Nobody knows. But it’s yet another example of WhatsApp quietly stripping away useful functionality for no apparent reason. WhatsApp isn’t just stagnant—it’s regressing. Meta has the tech and the money to do better, but right now, this app is a clunky, unreliable shadow of what it could be. Fix media sharing. Fix background uploads. Bring back voice message read indicators. Right now, WhatsApp is a messaging app that flops the moment you try to do anything more than type “hi.”

For the WhatsApp business the category of music available for user when trying to upload a status is not relative or relevant to our locations. For instance, Nigerians cannot find relatable songs when trying to upload a status, the song options available to pick from are completely alien or unknown to us. This is not the case with the normal WhatsApp where the songs available are relatable to various jurisdictions. If possible, for business WhatsApp, adopt the same music distribution model or systems as with the normal WhatsApp. I thought a new updated version of the business WhatsApp would resolve this issue but sadly that is not the case. I have been using this app over 5 years already, and my app stopped working all of a sudden. I tried to delete and reinstall the app numerous times. I tried activating on different phones, same result. And after multiple tries of trying to activate on different phone, even my account got temporarily banned. I see the messages flowing on the background as I receive the banner notifications. However I cannot see the messages, I cannot sync with WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Desktop app. Upon emailing numerous times, it is obvious that each time different person replies and responses are irrelevant. I tried to activate on regular WhatsApp App (not business), even that didn’t work. It is obvious something happening with my account(phone number), and it is not the application.

WhatsApp’s customer service is extremely disappointing. The platform does not provide a phone number or accessible offices for users to resolve issues, which makes dealing with problems very frustrating. The only available channels are through the app itself or a web form, and responses are often delayed, generic, and rarely solve the actual issue reported. For an application that has become an essential communication tool worldwide, it is unacceptable that the user support is so limited and impersonal. WhatsApp/Meta should implement a more direct support system with trained agents available to provide personalized assistance. In conclusion, while the product itself is useful, the customer service experience is very poor and does not meet the global importance of the application.

Unreliable for storing data messages will get erased when trying to recover data This mega corporation called Meta literally just does a good enough job so that people will still use it But have not advanced to keep up with being able to use this app with the massive amount of data that goes through it Many many hundreds of screenshots and video tutorials that I’ve had on here I have been deleted even with it being backed up to the cloud Once you try recovering it, it just downloads an unplayable video or an unopenable PDF, which takes up data but does not allow you to use this app as a reliable way to store and save information Their support team is second to none the only reason why I don’t say none it is because they do have an AI generated response Currently as of this post, a lot of the links in their support portal don’t even work anymore I do pray each day for the failure and demise of the entire Meta corporation. Because of their greed and lack of sincerity could actually provide a working product They keep it working, just enough to generate revenue from Ads

It’s truly frightening to realize how much power we’ve handed over to a single company. I naively put all my trust in WhatsApp as the backbone of my business communication — and now, with no warning, no explanation, and no real recourse, I’ve been cut off. This kind of opaque, arbitrary decision-making has the potential to destroy small businesses like mine overnight. In Mexico, we are completely locked into WhatsApp — clients expect it, depend on it. This experience has been a serious wake-up call. It's terrifying to think that anyone's livelihood can be jeopardized at the flip of a switch, with no accountability. I built my business on trust and transparency — I only wish the platform I trusted had done the same.

Whatsapp is always freezing. Working slowly. We use whatsapp for work purposes, it should be able to accommodate or carry many messages and media. But whatsapp can’t, too many messages and it’s starts freezing and slowing down. How do we work efficiently with this malfunction? This is not only for business whatsapp but also for normal whatsapps. Your app is too slow and freezes a lot. About 30minutes just for messages to come in? And also stop banning our whatsapp accounts. People are losing their businesses and money because of this. I would have give Whatsapp business 5 star but I won’t be able to do that cause of the challenges I’ve been facing while using the app. Ever since the last time I updated my Whatsapp business app, it have been malfunctioning ie I find it difficult to update my status and whenever I try updating my status, I stopped receiving messages and my messages don’t deliver. 3 days ago I tried backing up my chart and uninstalled my Whatsapp business, then I reinstalled and recovered my charts but so far I’ve seen no improvement nor changes, it won’t just stop malfunctioning and it’s affecting me seriously. A seller has blocked me but because I could still see their profile picture I though they were just not online. After the next day came and I got no further correspondence I started trying to test it out with my friends. And now we realize now when someone blocks you. You are still able to see their profile picture and about. This is confusing and makes no sense. You should be able to know when someone has blocked you like in any other platform in the world. The new update of WhatsApp Business on iPhone is not too okay now when we tap and hold on a status we can’t view it indirectly we have to click on it first to view it which is not okay for iPhone users like us….and when you click and hold on a status it only brings the ‘mute’ option on the status this update is so trash kindly return it back to the normal way and find something else to update about it. And while on the app we can’t increase the volume of our speaker on our iPhone it’s so annoying kindly do some changes and stop making this app inconvenient for the users I hope you take this seriously and work on that

WhatsApp Business advertises the ability to create Communities as one of its features, which is exactly why I downloaded the app. Only after installing it did I discover that this feature is simply not available on my account — with no explanation whatsoever. When I contacted support, they couldn’t give me a single clear reason why some users can access Communities and others cannot. No criteria, no transparency, no timeline. Just a shrug. If you’re going to advertise a feature, it should be available to all users — not to a random selection of them. Promoting functionality that you then silently withhold is misleading, plain and simple. I expected a lot more from a platform used by millions of businesses worldwide.

My account was suspended without a specific reason. I have been using it for my work since 5 years. I have made so many broadcast lists over the years and have been exchanging docs over WhatsApp because i can always retrieve info from there but its all gone now. Plus I have been taking an online class for a year and I have all the notes, tests and exercises on whatsapp and I have an exam next month. I don’t know how will I study all that.

I am a pet groomer and instagram told me to down load this app for my business. Except there is no dog grooming or pet grooming category. So I choose pet supplies. When I try to finish the set up process it says my category isn’t support. Horrible app. What a waste of time and space on my phone.
