Could not find the way to cancel a subscription since when you go to My Subscriptions, it says you have no subscriptions. DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION!!I bought the subscription and tried to use it at a nearby store. Keep in mind, this store was on the map and there are advertisements on their pumps promoting the circle k car wash subscription. However, when I tried to use the app to do a car wash, it kept directing me to a completely different store. It would not let me start the wash at my local store, it had the address to a random one and would not let me edit it. Keep in mind, in my settings my local store was selected so why would it assume I’m at a different store hundreds of miles away? Also, I had my location on, and when I clicked on my local store it even said I was there. I refreshed it multiple times, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I even powered off and on my phone but nothing. The app had no problem accepting my payment and charging me for the subscription, but I was not able to use it! I have not even used it once this is ridiculous!.Mia3721Version: 3.1.6
Many Car Washes CLOSEDI have mixed feelings about this app. The app “works well”, the problem is that (without exaggerating) 60% of the times I pull up to a Circle K car wash it is CLOSED or OUT OF SERVICE. This is extremely frustrating specially since not all Circle K’s even have a car wash.
The price is decent and it is worth it only IF/WHEN car washes are actually open/working.
The app itself is a bit clunky, but it does work.
May 2026 UPDATE:
After my first 3-Star review a developer answered with a phone number giving me some hope… Nope; when I called they were very nice but there was no “solution”.
All she did was “note the issue” regarding car washes often being down or closed. No improvement. No credit. Nothing to make my experience any better.
I’m still living with the frustration of about 6 out of 10 times not being able to wash my car…
Will I keep the membership? Maybe. Like I said, it is nice when it works.

AGAIN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.
This time I used a carwash at another location which STOPPED in the middle of the wash leaving my car full of soap. I went inside and a very incompetent employee simply TEXTED her manager.
They wanted to give me a refund except they couldn’t because I have a subscription (which she had no idea it was a thing).
I told her someone can go a reset the car wash so I can run the car again but she had no idea how to do that and the manager over text didn’t either.
She then said I could wait until 11pm (45 minutes) for someone to come.
I ended up having to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find another carwash with the hopes that I would work… To my surprise it did..Actor2kVersion: 4.1.0
0 StarsThe app rarely works, you’re supposed to be able to get 2 washes per day, constantly will not get a wash for a few days then try to get one and when I go there it says “something went wrong try again” several times then eventually “you used your car washes for the day” when I hadn’t had one for that day let alone that week. When it does work very few circle k washes honor it. They said the one down the street from me honors it, turns out it doesn’t. I emailed the support email about why the app keeps crashing giving I have to drive over 30 minutes away to a circle k that honors the unlimited wash plan only to have it not work. Their support emailed back saying to call them, I called, waited on the phone for over an hour then had to leave a voicemail where they said they would call back within 24 hours. Always downMy local wash is nearly always down. There is no alert in the app whether a wash is working or not. No credit appears on my subscription when it’s down for weeks out of every month. The last straw was when we got trapped in the car wash, car covered in soap, and we were on our way out of town.
The answer in the app is that “they’re sorry” and “use another wash”. With my electric car’s depleted range, I can barely make it to the next closest wash and back on a battery charge; then I have a clean car that I can’t drive! Plus I’ve wasted at least an hour driving out of my way. Maybe people in more-dense areas have a Circle K wash at every exit? Not here. Driving on surface roads in my electric to the next-closest wash is 57 minutes round trip, not counting the wash time.
And, that’s *if* the other wash is working… again, there’s no way to tell. I’m sure if I go to the second and it’s down, they’ll tell me to go to a third? It takes hours to charge my car and charging stations are not ubiquitous here; wandering the globe in search of a working Circle K wash is not on my bucket list.
Cancelling my subscription out of protest for their treatment of loyal customers; specifically charging us for something we can’t reasonably use. We were patient with some downtime in the Midwest winter and kept paying for a subscription we chose not to use or would have covered the car in ice. Now it’s nearly July, heat index over 100°, and I’m paying monthly for something that benefits us in no way at all.
Implement push alerts when “my” wash is down, and again when it’s back up.
Credit me next month for the days it was down last month. Put your money where your mouth is. If you’re really going to monitor downtime, refund my money, and prioritize a lasting fix for the problem. Never got to wash my car is single timeAbsolutely disappointed purchased one month subscription they charge my credit card for a $90 and I was never able to sign in to the app and use the car wash. App Took My Money, App Never WorkedThe Circle K car wash app is a complete failure. The app charged my card, detected that I was at the correct car wash location, but the moment I tried to start the wash, it got stuck on a white loading screen and never connected to the car wash.

Inconsistent washes and frequently closed wash baysIt seems every chance I have the machine closest to me is always down like the McDonald’s ice cream machines. I just drove to the 3 nearest stores and they had trash cans in front on the wash bays so you can’t use them. Then when you do find a machine that’s open is doesn’t even work right. Not worth it. Was a family premium subscriber but not anymore.
