Works, but not easilyI originally tried to use this app several months ago, but couldn’t even make it through the enrollment process due to it not accepting one of the many cards that I provided. I believe I left a one star rating and a pessimistic review at the time. As of October 2025, the app does now allow users (or at least me) to enroll without issue. That said, the enrollment process is painfully clunky. If you can grit your teeth and get through it, the charger search and charge initiation processes are straightforward and work as expected. Circle K has comparatively great pricing in the area I use it. Note: the charger will show retail rates, but you should be billed for the discounted rate shown in the app as long as your start and end the session in your app..Lotsacaffeine99Version: 8.7.0

Great charging experienceI have had my Mach E for 3 years and have taken a few road trips in it. I’ve used most of the big supercharger companies to charge and this one has always worked flawlessly for me. Would have been sooo much easier if they just allowed payment at the charger. Challenging for the first timeI did eventually get a Circle K charger to work, but needed to download yet another app that wanted way too much intrusive information. Why is my gender necessary to use my credit card? Why does this app tell me I can use it as a guest, and then when I tried to do that, it told me I had not signed in? Wouldn’t stop charging when requestedTook a drive from Atlanta to Florida and would probably avoid this station going back. Swipe to stop charging wouldn’t work. Press stop charging on the charging unit and was told to use the app. Unfortunately the swipe to stop charging wouldn’t work either. It wouldn’t even slide to stop charging, unresponsive. I would have rather used my credit card than this app like other gas stations offer. I ended up paying for a full charge when it reached the max charging setting before it would stop. I even tried stopping the charge from my vehicle’s app but it failed. I charged it after using a different charging company with no issues..BaltmahfoVersion: 1.1

Stops After 2 MinI think there is a problem with the app that is telling the charger to stop after exactly two minutes. Tried multiple stations and multiple times with the same result every time. Potentially the worst app ever. Definitely the worst attempt at a fast charger I’ve experienced.I am not somebody who typically takes the time to write reviews but this app and in turn, this charger were so inept I felt the need to warn others who come across one of these chargers that it’s not worth the time or hassle. Aside from just simply not working, the experience is topped off with being required to enter a ridiculous amount of information before you can even get to a point to attempt to pay for and use the charger. When you do finally get to that point, you will then spend the next 15 minutes trying to get the charger to work before you inevitably give up and hope you have enough charge to make it to another charging station. There is always a chance that this is just anecdotal and some stations work without an issue, but based on the other reviews for this app and just how poor the app/charger interfacing is, I would say there’s a good chance their team never got the process to work and now simply use the app as a pseudo information collector..BosevorVersion: 8.7.0

The worst designed charging experience I have ever encounteredWhy should I need an app to charge? Why not just take a credit card? Why do I have to provide all of my personal details to charge? If you’re going to require I download and use your app for the one time I have to charge at a Circle K, the least the app could do is make it easy to add payment details or let me use Apple Wallet. Circle K almost stranded meTLDR: the only payment option is through this dismal app, which I couldn’t ever even get to work. My car routed me to a Circle K charger on my first roadtrip with it. I was pretty excited when I pulled up, because the chargers were 250+ and looked clean and fairly new. Well, they didn’t support the automatic billing with my car. No problem, there’s an icon on the charger for tap to pay. Oh wait, you have to choose it under the “payment options” on the charger screen. When I clicked on that, the ONLY option was to pay with their app. No worries, I download the app and try to create an account. It requires an insane amount of info. I’m desperate, so who cares. Oh, I can’t actually complete the account setup and add a card. After trying for 20 min, I call customer service, talk to them for another 10, and they give up and let me charge for free for a bit. Waste of 25 minutesYou can only use their chargers if you have the app with payment card info linked to it. Unfortunately, the app wouldn’t accept the payment card info on multiple cards and just keeps saying check your card information and try again. I spoke to the manager of the store who said others were saying the same thing. It’s been 2 years since they updated the app and I have to say…they don’t seem to care. Everyone Involved in the Design of this app should be firedEven the executive sponsor. The fact you shipped this and locked your chargers behind this pathetic excuse for a solution is appalling. Heads should roll and they should all never touch’s computer or phone ever again. You don’t support password management so you have to manually cut / paste passwords. You don’t support any OS features that would make it easier to create an account. Terrible App/ServiceIt took longer to set up than to get actual charge! They hit my debit card for the usual $1.00 then decide I needed to use credit card instead. They put $50 hold, said they would release when final charge amount went through but didn't. I tried to correct my email address and app won't allow. I was told to delete app and re-enter but it won't let me do that because my Only phone number was linked to incorrect email. This app is a crime against humanity.The account creation and credit card workflow is an absolute travesty. Whoever built it has no business designing software. It will take you multiple attempts to setup an account because the data collection is not validated at each step of the account creation. Rather it only validates AFTER the CC is added.
