Poor Payment Service!I’ve had this payment issue for over a month now, and I am not sure if "fraud" is the right word to describe it. I made a card payment, which was debited from my account and cleared on the app, but it later came back as negative. Despite escalating the issue to the customer service team, all they keep telling me is to use my card again and they will debit it and credit me. This doesn't make any sense to me because I have already made the payment and I shouldn't have to pay double for something I have already paid for. I provided evidence of payment, but the situation remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I am now unable to access the app, and I can still see a negative balance on the ride app. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed immediately.

Really badI tried to surprise my mom with a food delivery on March 8th, and Bolt Food completely ruined it. I was literally waiting for the exact moment the restaurant opened so I could place the order. The worst food delivery ever…We ordered our food using Bolt Food app in Lithuania after having a great experience in Portugal we were hoping for at least food to be delivered. It never happened. Terrible policiesBolt will let you make an order even when there are no couriers available, making you wait up to two hours for your food to be delivered. Refund scamThey ACCEPTED an order and then started calling me on WhatsApp about a product/food they can’t make so I requested a refund for that one item. They told me to wait until the food arrives and then text them again to get the refund, which I did. I went back to order the same menu, order again, and my total price came to $72. Food order stolenAfter waiting for over an hour for our food and I reached out to the restaurant and learnt the food was collected 30 mins ago. Given that it hasn't arrive at our place, 4 minutes away from the restaurant, something was up.
I ended up driving to the restaurant and learnt that the Bolt platform allows drivers to cancel the order, once they have collected it. Our delivery man was waiting for our order, whilst someone else as per the security footage, already collected our food.
As Bolt refunded as on the app, the restaurant had to remake our order which I paid for with the waiter.
Despite my efforts to support the restaurant being reimbursed by Bolt, due to their poorly designed app, Bolt has opted to ignore my messages.

Used to be betterBolt used to be fast and good. Now the app allows delivery drivers to make too many stops, pickups and drop offs simultaneously. Food that used to take 15-20 minutes and arrived hot and delicious now comes in 45 minutes and it is cold and soggy.

Скам від БолтВже в друге мене заскамили Болт разом з Маком на замовленні (цікаво, що це була двічі Кока-кола без льоду в меню). Першого разу (#8DUV7 замовлення), мені замість коли приїхала вода 😅, а другого (#Q6L8R) кола просто не приїхала. Двічі мені пропонували часткову компенсацію (22грн, коли для замовлення вона коштує). Першого разу я взяв компенсацію (це була помилка), другого разу я просто попросив додати колу до нового замовлення (мак я замовляю доволі часто). Я розумію, що це можливо технічно складно, але брати часткову компенсацію я не буду, дякую, наївся.

Worst food app ever made in historyI ordered food at 8PM, the restaurant delayed it for 2 hours which is understandable as they are busy. The food was then ready at 10PM but there was no courier to pick up my food… finally after 2 and half hours of waiting they let me cancel my order due to “no courier assigned”. Customer service is not helpfulI’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Bolt Food in Portugal.
The driver picked up my order and then took 40 minutes to deliver it. I tracked the driver the entire time and could clearly see they were making other deliveries while my food sat in the car getting cold. If the driver was unable to deliver my order promptly, they should never have accepted it in the first place.
What made the experience even worse was the customer support. I contacted them while the delay was happening, hoping they could help or at least investigate the situation. Instead, they dismissed my concerns with a generic response saying that “delays happen” and wished me a wonderful evening. They offered no solution, no apology, and eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether.
To make matters worse, I had tipped the driver in advance because I wanted to encourage good service. After receiving such poor service, I tried to remove the tip, but the app repeatedly failed. Customer support was unwilling to help with that issue as well.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any food delivery platform. Cold food, excessive delays, an app that doesn’t work properly when you need it most, and customer support that simply ignores customers are completely unacceptable.
