We really miss ask Sams. Squiggly does not work as well as ask Sams did usually whenever we’re asking for planograms or items that we carry in the club, squiggly gives us still learning and never finds the item or the planograms

Cannot access app since update. Can we get someone to address this and tell us why we can’t use the app? There are several co- workers with same problem and no one has a clue.

I loved this app until the last update .. now i can’t see my paychecks .. when i touch “pay and benefits” i just get a blank white screen .? fix this please .. also .. one thing i would really like .. an easy way to see EXACTLY now many hours i have worked in the current week .. i was able to do this on the time clock before, so why not on this app .? thank you

I use this app for work obviously and it works really well but after the update happened it wont let me access my pay information anymore and i have no clue on how to fix it.. other than that great app.

The whole store was clean as well as the restroom I would definitely go back there again and shop

Not sure if others are facing this glitch but I’ve had an issue where I go to the tab to check my time off requests and Absences and every time that screen loads on to my phone the app completely freezes up and crashes. Can’t put in a request for time off or report an absence which is obviously kind of an issue

When I make a time off request it wants to know for how many hours. But when I try to put the hours in other than eight, it’s so glitchy it jumps back-and-forth. I try and try before I am successful if at all. I am sometimes forced to use the store computer.

Any time I try to look at anything under the Me tab it just presents a blank white screen and no way to get out of it without closing out the app. I just wanna see what my paycheck’s supposed to look like.

So the only thing that makes me rate this at 2 stars is that I have to login in random sequences by putting in all my information and receiving random text even though I’ve never logged out and I normally just do facial recognition.

Half the time I use this app it refuses to show me my schedule and on top of that it refuses to take my pto when I need to call in sick unless I use their desktop website and go through 7 menus to do that

Blank white page nothing shows just blank page can’t see paycheck this has taken place since latest update

Not sure why it keeps asking twice for face registration after it has done so the first time.

Squiggly is terrible definitely need to improve that function in order for us to help members properly, was much easier with ask Sam

As of the most recent update, my schedule won’t load into the app.

Since the update I can’t do anything anymore can’t request time off or use squiggly

Just all of a sudden stopped working. Can’t pull up schedule or even clock in anymore. Fix please

App is terrible, glitches a lot logs you out and requires a new login every other day, better off just using a computer or a time clock

Wretched app needed for work. It will always, invariably, demand that you put your pin in twice instead of once.

Multi billion $ corp and they can’t make my app work, I have to re log in everytime TWICE just to start my day, start my lunch, annnnd clock out. Absolutely ridiculous Sam’s

Need to be able to see the exact time you worked.

App does not allow you to put in your PPTO. Submit button doesn’t seem to work even if your eligible to use your time off.

This app used to will flawlessly and it’s not terribly terribly slow. I have an IPhone 17 pro there’s no reason it just does not load.

Can not access my pay stubs and nobody been able to say why other than that app is pretty good

The my team tab does not work properly. It does not load.

Not compatible with iPhone iOS 26 please upgrade this so that everybody can use it

Noticing more glitches as of late

The app was glitchy before and now I can’t request for PPTO or PTO

I don’t have all the options at the bottom of the app
