How do I cancel the Invisalign Practice App subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Invisalign Practice App from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Invisalign Practice App app?

I like the app. But we have iPhone photography lights the need the phone to be in landscape mode. And honestly most intraoral photos are better taken in landscape mode. Yet the app is only working in vertical mode. Please make it work in landscape mode.
My patience so far I have enjoyed the ease of changing trays and looking at the results!
Once you get use to it becomes very easy.

Invisalign Practice App Negative Reviews and Ratings
We just began using the app in the last couple of months and loved the ease of use with taking the photos with us control. The recent update is not very user-friendly and does not snap the picture quickly. The new update to the picture taking is entirely too sensitive and it’s not giving better. Smile mock ups. What we’re finding is it is annoying the patients. We would prefer if we had an option to go back to the other way of snapping pictures as it’s more user-friendly.
I’ve been using the app for years with great results, but I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 17 pro max and can’t take pictures. When I try to capture the photo it shows the picture as all black, instead of the patients face like it should. Please fix.
Patient pictures taken with app are not syncing with your website. Very frustrating. The old app photo Uploader was better!
IO photos are fine, screen turns to black with profile and extraoral photos
Lots of trouble uploading photos and exporting photos.
Just switched from the photo uploader. It needs Dropbox support to work with my existing workflow in the office. I export photos to Dropbox. Other features look promising.
The old Invisalign obit app worked great since the beginning for us. This new app was rolled out and without warning the old app stopped working . This new app will not allow us access to old patient photos . We cannot take new progress pics or start new cases. The photo option opens but no matter what I do it will not allow us to start taking pics. The old photo app was great as practitioners we should be allowed to continue to access it and pics in it , which we currently cannot. Trying to put photos, rx and all records in this new app seems to be a bad idea . I would stay away from this app.
Align technology is forgetting that they are catering their service to people who are used to using apps such as Snapchat, Instagram, etc. This app is missing two very basic functions: notifications and categories of patients. They need a major improvement just to be an average app.
Don’t really see how this app replaces the Photo Uploader app. At first this appeared promising, but very it was very disappointing to use.
Our login works on the iPhone but not on Android.
New app is really bad I don’t think they beta tested it before rolling it out totally non functional previous app was great
