I down loaded the app and can’t get it to do anything!! Says I’m not an admin and don’t have rights!!! Shouldn’t be this difficult to become a juicer !!!!! I thought this would be a great side gig and you can’t even log in to the app to get started

Remove scooters that have been picked up showing scooters that have been at the same spot for a week update it ridiculous

I am a juicer but u can’t just download this and go it’s not Uber. U have to be hired under a LP and they stay full.

Quite honestly I love how the app works. It’s relatively easy to use consistently. I love the aesthetics. Color and layout are nice. The only issue I’ve noticed both on iphone and android is sometimes tasks will not show or will not show all of them until I reset the tasks I want to view. Not a huge problem for me but it happens about twice a week. Quick user solution just shouldn’t have that trouble of course.

Is there any way you guys could add location for tasks completed. Would be nice to see where we completed tasks at the end of the day.

Somehow Lime has figured out a way to make all the supposed “improvements” worthless. This app didn’t show any tasks for months, then like others have said, only shows tasks on a 250mi^2 map view that is useless bc even a child’s finger can hit what amounts to a dot a couple pixels across… zoom in? There are no tasks. Both online and phone support are next to useless “I am forwarding this to someone higher up to help” or there’s never a supervisor available at whatever time of day you call…then 🦗🦗🦗🦗 in each case. And my local managing contact at the main warehouse has ghosted and no one seems to comprehend it’s a problem, nor tell me if he’s been replaced, new number, etc… what started as an easy side gig is now just me trying to contact & complaining… all for no pay bc this “improved” app stops me from doing the work

Ever since lime started using this app, it’s been glitchy. For example: zoomed out of the map, you can see vehicles that need to be picked up/moved/returned etc. with ease. As soon as you zoom in and try to select a scooter, all vehicles that we available to move dissapear and the app shows no tasks. As soon as you zoom way out again, the tasks re-appear. Fix this, otherwise this app will die a fire ey death if it doesn’t let you do what it was intended to do.

I completed 18 tasks last night and my payout is pending because this app never let me change my payout information. The section to fix anything just takes you to a google 404 error page, and support is amongst the stupidest people I’ve ever dealt with and they will fix nothing.

You need a actual business this is not like DoorDash to earn money you have to be a contractor they dropped the ball on this one you can not find scooters to return them to the charging station you need to be able to charge them yourself as well as be a contractor downloaded and deleted terrible

I cannot sign in. It keeps saying account is not approved. Can somebody please tell me how to get it approved or tell me if it even works in Denver Colorado!

I can ride scooters just fine but the juicer app doesn’t work. It says sign in to the rider app, switches to it, and then says “sign up failed - region missing” There’s nothing else I can do but report the bug I guess.

Please fix the last photo tab. We are wasting gas and time !

App says account not found even though I have a juicer account. Lime support being useless. Friend was able to sign in perfectly.

When you zoom into the map, tasks disappear and the refresh doesn’t help.

Was pushed to this app by Lime saying the old app is not supported. i try to put in my phone and email, this app says “account not found”. scam app?

App doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time. All communication seems to be bots. No response or clear answers. Misleading.

Out of all the different scooter companies I’ve worked for, lime cares the least about city regulations and playing by the rules. Lime is THE WORST offender of all the scooter companies BY FAR.

App stopped recognizing acct details. No support. Task payments decreasing over time.

Apparently like still hates independent contractors. Support not helping at all

Everyone on these reviews has the same issue as me. No one is able to signup

Since this app is made from a “start up” company you can expect some bugs; however this has been here for long enough that this is no longer acceptable. As more and more people rely on this service, this service should improve and be more reliable. I will update my review when all my issues are resolved.
