My biggest complaint is that some information can feel overwhelming at times, especially when looking through pill information I also wish there were better medication features()

I took pictures of pills because i cannot read the imprint ( due to being over 60) and the software pictures are not close enough so they are unable to identify the pills. Photo feature needs to be upgraded since my eyes cannot be…

I took a picture of a pill that was in my bottle, but did that match the rest of the pills? You could clearly see the number on the pill and I took a picture of it through this app and it says sorry I cannot read the identifying number on the pill. So don't waste your time with this app wait till they fix the issues

Don’t get this app…all you get is constant unrelated pop ups of other apps to purchase and you can’t get them off screen unless you buy them..so this app is nothing more than a leader into for pay apps I assume from this seller developer…don’t waste your time

I don’t like when I refill a prescription and the pills are different. So I tried to take a picture using different apps to make sure it was the same strength that I had been taking. This app failed to identify the pills with the photo option and writing the description.

I was finally able to identify the pill, but had multiple ads pop up within the first minute of use. I know it’s a free site and do expect ads, but at the same time, this was a little overboard.

App couldn’t identify a highly common medication and then the ADS took over use of my phone and LOUDLY began saying my phone storage was full, over and over as my screen flashed red and blue. Completely inappropriate if used in a clinical or EMS setting. Garbage.

Every time you hit a button, nothing but ads. Ridiculous

You cannot use this app unless you watch a 30-60 second advertisement after you try to identify something. Once you watch the add, then you don’t get an answer anyway. USELESS

Cannot function at a basic level and seems only intent on overwhelming a person with pop-up ads.

Pop ups that lock you out of phone, requiring either accept the scam app “urgent clean your phone now”. Had to reboot phone to gain access again. DELETED. Pill app unable to identify common meds like Atenolol, Aspirin, Xanax! Worthless app. Stay away!

Neither the photo part nor the description part was able to identify a very common medicine. Google found it instantly

It doesn’t tell you anything it keeps telling me my storage is full which is wrong and then I needed an update to my phone then there was a security alert and needed to update. DO NOT USE THIS APP

One of those apps where you have to watch a video before you can use the feature you want

The app must be a scam because it asked you to install other apps in order to make it work or watch their video in term of marketing

Basically opens to a game that you can’t get out of! Noting to do with identifying medications! Tried to enter pill info and just kept going to a video game

Nope didn’t work wouldn’t focus on the pill to photograph and the options to identifier is like a 13 step hot mess! I usually don’t review apps but had to !

Can’t identify pills used the regular web got better results

This app identifies nothing. So lame and frustrating, just throws advertisements at you.

What can I say. If you want to be inundated with ads then download this app!
