사진 및 비디오를 주로 업로드하고 보고 있는데 흰색 바탕이 밤시간에 눈에 너무 피로감을 줍니다. 가능하면 다크모드 부탁드립니다.

아이폰 같은 경우는 문자 보내기에서 다른 앱들을 사용 할수가 있는데요 클라우드 앱도 떠서 사진보내기가 편하게 이루어 졌으면 합니다

어제 결제했는데 결제취소 신청합니다 여기서 하는게 맞는지 모르겠네요.

폰사진 백업용으로 쓰고 있어요. 동영상도 넣어봤는데 잘 보이고 좋더군요. 단지 폰으로 사진 업로드할 때 정말 시간이 너무 너무 오래 걸립니다. 초반엔 좀 빠른 것 같다가 조금 지나면 너무 느려요. 일분에 한 장 올라가려나??와이파이 빵빵해도 마찬가지고요. 이래서 어디 사용하겠나요??ㅠㅠ

To let the development team of Naver know, I allow myself to write a review without lying. First off, it's really great that the whole design, the name, particularly individual functions of the app have changed. Yet, a number of errors occur after the update, for example, after clicking a setting button of which the image is of a toothed wheel, for a while, it's possible to scroll up and down, and then, the screen and the app shut down. As a user who has used the app for more than at least 2 years, it's always grateful that an application like this is provided for free. However, the users would be really thankful if you check errors and fix them. I want to give you more than 2 stars like rating, but I couldn't, so sorry about that.

There was a new update and now it's telling me to put in a phone number and your personal information, but I'm Korean-American and I don't have a korean number so I can't access my old photos that upload a while ago. Before the update it didn't require any korean phone number and Americans could use naver cloud. Now the photos in my naver cloud are gone forever

I uploaded old photo and video files in Naver Cloud and they updated Could to Mybox. If you don’t think you’ve never done it, I want to ask you where is mine? I checked my files right before. Also, I read the reviews of others same as my experience. I can’t believe I lost them all.

You cannot attach file like pdf from phone. Even iOS now can save and attach from phone for file like this universal. This naver app deosnt. It sends thing on their naver cloud aka slow and inconvenient and one of worst app voted. Shame.

After recent update, audio and video play only once and stops - no repeated and no next clip playing. Going back to 80’s?

It crashes many times

My coworker sent me an .hwp file to edit and return. I was only able to open the file by downloading this Naver application since I do not have a Korean word processor program on my computer. I was able to edit and save the file, but when she tried to open the file it did not work. Then when I tried to open the newly edited and saved file, the application crashed. The file doesn't open at all and repeatedly crashes when I try to open it.

It do not work at all!!! Before this update, it functioned well. When i click the app, just switch off and never work!!! Do something! Please!!!

You need to update the app so it fits the iPhone 5/5s/6/6+.

Cellular도 작동 안하고 wifi로도 업로드가 안되는 서비스를 출시한 이유를 모르겠습니다

와이파이 5g 어떤 걸로 접속해서 파일 카테고리에 접속할 수 없습니다. 대이터 처리중 에러가 발생했다고 뜹니다. 아이폰, 아이패드용 앱은 안되고 맥북 아이맥으로 접속하면 되네요 ㅜㅜ

유학생인데 이제 한국 번호도 없고 비번찾기용 메일도 아주 예전 다음이메일이라 찾기도 힘든데, 해외에서 로그인했다고 한국번호나 당시 등록해둔 이메일 적으라는데 어쩌라는건지 모르겠네요.

평상시대로 검색후 오른쪽 내려받기 버튼 누르면 저장되고 내 폰으로 다운이 됐는데 오류탓인지 안됩니다. 이것때문에 수업도 못 하고 망했어요

몇년간 엔드라이브에 모아 둔 사진들 다 없어지고 지금 무슨 mybox로 업그레이드 되더니 저장되있는게 0 이래요 어떻게 보상할거에요

이름좀 그만 바꿔 씹년들아 찾는거 좆같애 죽겠어 진짜. 여기다 내 사진들 다 저장한게 내 평생 실수다 씹년들아.

Ios 13버전에서 오류때문에 전혀 쓸수가 없어요. 어플이 실행 되자마자 바로 꺼지네요. 확인 부탁드랴요

1) 이번 버전부터 파일이름 변경시 키보드 먹통됨 2) 예전부터 문서파일의 스크롤이 너무 뻑뻑, 부자연스러운데 어떻게 안됩니까? 사파리 상에서는 잘 되던 파일도 많이 어렵네요. 심한 경우 PC에서 다운받아봐야함

사진 백업은 다 네이버클라우드에 했는데 아예 앱 실행이 안되네여 열리지를 않으니 최근사진 백업은 커녕 다른 드라이브로 옮기지도 못하고. 언제 오류 수정하실건가요?

On settings of naver cloud it says for ios auto uplod will work for only 10 minute after app is closed- basically no auto upload. Very irritating since it work perfectly 24hr with app turned off on android. Im assuming apple blocked on purpose so people can pay freaking expensive icloud that is useless(because if you delete on your phone it deletes in icloud too) .

아이패드는 왜 화면회전이 3방향만 되나요? 홈버튼쪽이 위가 될때는 화면이 안돌아가네요. 다른쪽은 다 되는데.....

지웠다가 다시 깔아도 보고 설정도 제대로 되어있는데 와이파이만 됨ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 데이터땐 심지어 설정 누르면 팅김 아이폰6s+ 10.2.1임

해외거주자들에게아주불편합니다 제소중한기억들이 모두 없어졌네요. 드라이브에파일이사라질지누가 알았을까요. 혼자서 속상한2020 년말입니다

뭐죠? ㅋㅋ 갑자기 로그아웃된데다, 다시 하려니 패스워드 인증요청 무한반복이네요. 뭔 ai 트레이닝을 유저 데이터 통해서 시키려는지 영수증 계산 시키는거 15번 넘어가길래 그냥 관뒀습니다. 비밀번호 맞게 친건지 틀린건지 뭐 알려주는 것도 없고, 새로 설정하려니 원래 등록했던 이메일로는 링크가 보내지지도 않고, 전화번호 (계정에 등록된것과 동일) 은 invalid 하다며 거절되고 뭔가요? 황당스럽네

무슨 일이죠.. 저의 사진과 자료가 모두다 살아졌네요…

오랜만에 사진 확인하러 들어왔는데 사진이 다 없어졌네요 유저들 모두 이러려고 백업용으로 쓰는건 아닐텐데… 이제 더이상 네이버를 믿을 수 없습니다!

업로드 status 나오는 창으로 갔다가 바로 꺼집니다 (ios 업뎃/ 다크모드 변경 이후로 이러는거같아요 )

1년 이상 접속안할시 휴면계정 기록삭제 때문에 제 소중한 사진 모두 날아갔어요. 해외거주자라 문자알림도 못받고 이메일도 자주 확인을 못해 알림을 못 봤던지라 허무하게 제 모든 사진을 날려버렸네요. 개인의 사진을 임의적으로 영구삭제 하는 시스템 치고는 알림 장치가 너무 허술 하다고 생각합니다.

해외거주자인데 갑자기 안되네요.. 무슨영문인지..

네이버 클라우드로 업데이트한건 정말 잘했다고 생각하지만, 기약도 없이 엔드라이브를 거의 1년이 다되가도록 방치했던 네이버, 너는 욕먹어도 싸다.
