About Clinical Window (Dexcom)

If you are participating in a Dexcom clinical trial, use this app to get clear instructions for the following:
- Deploying your sensors
- Monitoring sensor status
- Uploading your sensor data to Dexcom
- Seeing trial information
- Contacting study staff
Clinical Window doesn’t show glucose information. If you use a CGM app during a clinical trial, you can use the Clinical Window app in addition to it.

If you’re using a Dexcom CGM and not participating in a Dexcom clinical trial, don’t download Clinical Window. Instead, search for and download the Dexcom CGM app.

How do I cancel the Clinical Window subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Clinical Window from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.

How do I delete the Clinical Window app?

Touch and hold the Clinical Window icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.
