How do I cancel the On Q Quest subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select On Q Quest from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the On Q Quest app?
Touch and hold the On Q Quest icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

App is basically worthless. I don’t want to read quest news at home. Having to sign in with my grid card twice is a pain to do the same thing as just going to the website. Clicking to check pay/calendar simply opens the webpage. Haven’t found any bugs though, and I’m using my own equipment, so it may be the one piece of software we have that actually works.
