How do I cancel the Quest SAM subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Quest SAM from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Quest SAM app?
Touch and hold the Quest SAM icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

I’m not sure why we have to keep checking in for quest to such a large company it’s sad they don’t allow there employees better access to their benefit profile such as insures, perks etc… without being on there actual network (work computers). Like who has time to do anything at work?? Quest get it together Gee Wee!!!
The fact that we have to keep login in to this app to get access to our own profiles is beyond annoying!!!!!
Makes sure the data entry fields are above the keyboard. Can’t get to the submit button when resetting the password on iOS phone. Never got a notification about pending expiration either.
I rather put it as no stars as a rating iOS not able to submit or even unlock account if anything. Even with the latest iOS still not able to reset.

I tried to use this app but after you make the 6 digit code you go to a pre filled section and then you can’t go any further
It asks for a resource code and I can’t even get an activation code with a failed website link to get one. I’m so lost and frustrated.
I’m having problems getting access code. After making up a 6 digit code it goes to a screen that is pre-filled and I can’t go any farther to access code to go in and change my password to QUEST
