ExamOne Negative Reviews and Ratings
You guys should seriously have a save username and password feature at the very least. But you should also definitely have the TouchID login because it's extremely frustrating using the app having to constantly login. Ability to schedule or to at least do a schedule request would be a great feature as well.
It would be nice if you could order exams and have the same functionality of the website.
This app has not been updated and the login is not working as intended. I would not waste my time trying this unless it is updated in 2021 !!! Use the website to check on your cases
All I can do on this app is check status. No ordering, scheduling or anything. Last update 3 years ago. Seems like you just put something out there without much thought and forgot about it.
This is nothing more than a status tool, something I can get with either (a) a phone call or (b) wait until I get back to my computer. Not worth the bandwidth to download.
Lack of Touch ID? Horrible UI? Last update was more than a year? Seems no one use or even care about it??
It keeps telling me credentials invalid when my password is correct. I deleted it.
It doesn’t work. “App temporarily unavailable.” Doesn't appear so temporary.
This app doesn’t work
I'm glad an exam company finally released a mobile app. But all this app does (currently) is let you check status of cases. It would be much more useful if cases could actually be created and scheduled through the app. Also, you have to enter your username and password each time you open it, so the app needs a "save login" feature or Touch ID option.
