Disheartened CustomerImagine being amped up to coast along the stunningly beautiful and peaceful Trinity River for two weeks on three separate occasions, following guided directions, to no avail! What has been proclaimed as an easy and seamless process has been everything but! Trinity Metro I was rooting for you, but I am severely disappointed in this service. Your customer service has been somewhat appropriate because when contacted they did reset my password when I assumed that was the problem. However, I have pulled up to 3 different bike stations and have left with my heart as connected to my convenient-morning-biking-desire as the bike has to its docking station. Rude service & double depositI’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. It’s been two weeks since I was charged a $50 deposit twice for one bike, when I called to get help, the woman on the phone was impatient, rude, and kept cutting me off. She showed zero interest in resolving the issue and acted like I was an inconvenience. I’ve followed up multiple times, and the double charge is still not fixed. Do not use!!Do not use this app. I would give a zero star if I could. The customer service team is extremely unhelpful and very rude. The app is not that easy to navigate, especially when you are trying to set up an annual pass with the EBT option. They will tell you anything just so that you can purchase it, it’s ridiculous. Why did you change vendorsA couple of years ago, we had a lot of fun renting bikes in FW and riding all over. Now I download the new app and 4/4 bikes we checked came back “unavailable for rent” with no other explanation.
Never mind. We’ll burn fossil fuel to congest the streets downtown, if that’s your wish.

Credit card wouldn’t registerI tried to set up an account but couldn’t. I tried registering with my Visa credit card and it failed. Nonfunctional appThis app borders on impossible to use. As soon as you get to any screen involving the camera, such as taking a picture of your credit card or scanning the QR code on the bike, the app crashes. Not only does it not function, you cannot go back. So if you were in the process of signing up, you have to entirely quit the app, start totally from scratch, manually type in all credit card info, and then pray for the best and go back and forth six times when trying to scan a bike. It’s not transparent about pricing either. Instead of $10 a day, now it’s $25 for 3 hours and 20 min. How’s that for inflation!
